Food is good but fuck this service no gives a shit and are rude every time I go anymore

What an absolute joke of a manager and customer service. I spent $70 on a take home order around 8 pm on July 16th. With a house full of hungry people we quickly discovered that many of the items we had paid for were missing - such as the tortillas (corn and flour) which were clearly printed on the receipt, along with Queso, sour cream, and lettuce. I called to see how we could rectify the situation, but was advised by Otis the manager that he could credit the tortillas. I was hoping to return all the items and have them remade so that the food was hot, my request was laughable in the eyes if the manager Otis. I then asked if the missing food could be delivered, which was also seen as a joke by the manager. I then asked for credit, which was also seen as a joke by the manager. So I did drive back to town to get the missing items, only to be confronted by the manager and called a liar in the store. I cannot express how disgusted I am with this - and not to mention the guy was not even wearing a mask - I remember because I could clearly see his teeth as he was calling me a liar. In the end, he did put the lettuce, sour cream, and shells along with some free rice in a bag, but growled under his breath to his employees. They all yelled sarcastically "have a nice day" as I left, which was not well received. Otis refused to give me his manager's name nor would he give me his card. I'll never return - which I'm sure would make the staff serving food tonight happy, but I'll be sure to spread the word. read more

We arrived at the St. Joseph location on Sunday evening. We noticed that the entire inside of the restaurant was very dirty. Food and debri all over the floor. The bathroom was very dirty and gross. Two employees were wearing masks below their mouths. Another one was wearing one below his nose and the other was not wearing one at all. We left without ordering food and would not return here due to the lack of safety precautions and the state of the restaurant in general. read more

Miserable staff, always quiet and depressing, rude. I'd go to chipotle if there was one within 30 miles.

What a difference two years has made in this place. Have they changed ownership? When my husband worked here two years ago we love to go to this place to eat in women and there were friendly and walked you through the process and the food was delicious it was our favorite. Now rude abrasive people. Terrible service and one man behind the serving counter bosses and hollers at everybody and treat you like you're annoying him when you walk in the door doesn't take the time to walk you through the process he just grunts what do you want. We are never going back. By the way, the food isn't as good as it used to be not even half as good. The beef is dry and they never even offered sour cream. We are very disappointed read more

The service at this location is atrocious. Rude and uninterested employees who make you feel like you're bothering them when you walk through the door to give them your business. Very difficult to actually hear what any of them say. It's a shame because the food is good. I'll be going to Moe's from now on, they are much friendlier there! read more

This is a Pet Sematary version of Chipotle. It seems right at first glance, but then you notice everything is a bit off kilter. I almost walked out when I looked at the display of condiments. Unlike Chipotle, which is always fresh and attractive, the containers looked like they had been taken in and out of the refrigerator for several days. I tried a chicken burrito with as few condiments as possible, but it was still wretched. I ate some of the tortilla because I was hungry, and dumped the rest in the trash. They started with a good idea and have obviously put a lot of money into building and decorating, but the quality of the food is sorely lacking, and the staff are not neat and professional. read more

Older Woman working on Thursday 9:00 pm had the worst service ever. As you can see through the picture she made the burrito horribly and also gave attitude saying that the burrito was too big. When I Always get my burritos with extra rice. The burritos always turn out good but this woman, when double wrapping, wrapped it from the same side a the first wrap... Thus the burrito still exploding. I didn't even say anything but she gave me attitude saying "that's what happens when you get too much rice and beans". Worst service from this woman read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - This is how the lady working on Thursday night at 9pm made my burrito saying there was too much rice. I always get extra rice. - Mexican Near Me - Saint Joseph, Michigan

This is the nastiest Qdoba I have ever been in. The employees act like I am bothering them to actually get my order. Nothing is stocked, no sauces napkins gone. But the food is good, usual Qdoba. read more

This place has come under new management over the past month or so and the portions have become significantly smaller. The old manager mad coming super worth it, not so much anymore though. It's not horrible, but the value has gone down. read more

The quality of food here is terrible. The food is poorly seasoned. The little seasoning that it does have, is absolutely terrible. Their fiery habanero salsa is supposed to be their hottest, it was mild at best. Tasted terrible as well. When I walked in, the employees were tilting all the tables onto their sides to clean underneath them. I was under the impression that they were about to close, but they weren't closing for another 3 hours. I would never recommend anyone to go here. read more

It's pretty sad when a manager is the problem. We went to Qdoba today and was treated like absolute crap by the lady waiting on us - she had the worst attitude. To literally shake your head and make faces at a customer is unacceptable - I am just floored honestly. She was literally rushing us out, rudely asking us what else we wanted when we couldn't even see everything, due to the line. Anyway, I asked someone else who the manager is and it was HER! Love the grilled meat, it jumps the flavor up compared to other Mexican places in town. They also have more options then other similar places. As for the taste it's a chain so they seem to be close to others I have been at. read more

The food was okay - Build-A-Burrito Workshop style, with customization options. The tortilla seemed soggy. But not as soggy as the attitude of the girls behind the counter. More interested in their personal conversations and gripe sessions than assisting customers. No real need to go back. read more

I've visited this Qdoba few times now. Although it is not quite Chipotle (my favorite burrito joint), I thought the food was better than I remember Qdoba being when I first tried it in Colorado a few years ago. The guacamole is great. The best thing about this Qdoba is that is the service has been consistently great each time I've ordered, And I think I've interacted with 5-6 different employees in the past few months. During every visit I've made, the employees have been polite, enthusiastic about the product, and helpful & knowledgeable when I had questions (which is especially appreciated by people like me who have a food allergy.) The food is consistently tasty. The service is also dependably good. Works for me! read more

If you aren't aware, Qdoba is very similar to Chipotle, but has more options and an awesome cheese sauce, their "queso". As far as Qdobas go, this one is pretty mediocre. Nothing too horrible, but a very "meh" experience. Instead of "Yummmm, a steak queso burrito!" I was left thinking "I've had better burritos at other Qdobas". The beans were all on one side, there wasn't very much rice -- I asked for a bit more, and they overloaded it with shredded cheese (I opted for shredded cheese, but didn't expect nearly as much as I was given). read more

The GM and her staff are amazing. The Queso burrito is wonderful and has a little kick with the brown rice. The steak nachos are good as well as the chicken quesadilla... There chips are lime infused...they have a large selection of soft drinks with a update coke dispenser... read more

I've been disappointed by this restaurant for the last time! I checked the hours of operation before leaving my house. It said they were open at 10:30 am and I walked in at 10:54 am. All employees were around a table with the lights off. I believe the manager is the one that approached me and rudely said "We're having a meeting." This isn't the worst thing on Earth, but combined with the last experience of receiving an incorrect order and noone answering the phone when I tried to call, the rice being undercooked the time before that along with other numerous occasions of poor quality food, none of the employees wearing face masks and having questionable hand washing procedures, and the general decline in service over the last couple years, I've had enough. I've been a loyal customer since this restaurant opened, visiting on average once a week, many times more than that. I've filled out numerous surveys to corporate, given constructive feedback, and remained a Qdoba fan until now. I've seen no improvement, only a steady decline and I'm done giving this restaurant chances to get better. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

For what it is, pretty good. Fast service, semi fresh ingredients based on their fame. Nothing deep fried. If you can get it, La Perla is better, but for a chain, this is top notch. read more

Although most of my experiences have had here are positive, and the food has always been good, the employees have a tendency to be rude, and they often talk much to fast for you to be able to understand them. read more
