Terrible! Waited over an hour for pizzas that I never received, that were given an online delivery time of 15-30 minutes. After they have delivered to my home several times over the last 10+ years they suddenly couldn't find my address. When I told them they had the wrong address they told me I was wrong. I think I know where I live. The customer service is terrible. If their drivers can't find an address and deliver a pizza maybe they should find a new driver. Domino's in St. Joe, actually all Domino's have lost my business forever. After I called FOUR time to find out where my pizza was I lost it and they canceled my order. I'll tell you what Domino's St Joe, you've just lost my business FOREVER. I only had a 20 and a 100, asked if I could pay with a 100 because my order was $29. Was told no, somewhat unfriendly-like btw. So I guess I'll just go next door to Walgreens to see about breaking the 100. But no, they "just did the drawers" so they can't. So I walk back into Domino's to tell her I'm sorry and never mind: "Hey just letting you know Walgreens won't break my hundred either, so I guess never mind..." and she looked like she couldn't care less. Sounded like it too when her response was simply "okay." I've been ordering from this Domino's for years... always have tipped and always was friendly. But when I've fallen on hard times... had to overdraft my account by taking cash out into the negative bcuz my cards are all maxed... been living paycheck to paycheck... and I just wanted a nice pizza to make me feel better (if only for tonight)... but I get treated like my money isn't worth any effort. We used to go to Domino's in Stevensville but had to change because of very disappointing service there. Had some good experiences in St. Joe until a few days ago. We ordered the $9.99 pan pizza deal with 6 toppings, using all the 60 points we had. Took it home. It had the right ingredients but the wrong crust! It was something hand-tossed but didn't taste very good--not even close to their pan pizza. So CHECK your pizza before you leave the parking lot. read more

HORRIBLE LOCATION and extremely rude!! If you're visiting go get your pizza somewhere else. I ordered a pizza and someone did me the favor of picking it up. They told him the pizza wasn't even started after 35 mins of ordering it and made him wait 25 more mins and the pizza was sitting on the window the whole time. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

We're always pleased with our local Domino's. Carryout tends to be most reliable, and the folks working are friendly. Tonight (Aug 11, 2022) it looked like maybe only 2 folks holding down the fort and they kept it moving quickly and clean. We have an inordinate amount of good pizza in the area, but I'm glad we also have places like Domino's that help the budget and provide a quick option. read more

Fast delivery and quick with carry out. The app works well and the staff is extremely friendly. Had a nice convo while waiting for my pizza (asked it to be ready by 10:30 because I work until 10, and got there early) about one of the employees grandfathers and I talked about my work. They told me about their competitions they have among the employees and it was a generally good experience. I haven't been to the Dominos in Stevensville, but this one is well staffed and the food is well made. I love their double cheese thin crust pizza and my husband likes their hand tossed meat pizzas. Wrong Pizza was delivered and the replacement was delivered 1.30 hours later and was left outside the Appartments entrance door. Delivery person didn't bother to press the buzzer or call to notify me. I don't know for how long that Pizza had sat out there on the floor where there is a high traffic of people going in and out. I called the restaurant to report it and the girl I talked to didn't seem to know what to do or options to offer. I don't appreciate what was done. This is my last time to buy Pizza from Dominos. I had high hopes prior to this incident. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anybody. I wouldn't want to see or hear someone else getting this kind of service. read more

Dominos has stepped up their game and this location rocks. We have never been disappointed and I rarely can say that about a pizza place. We usually all order a speciality pizzas (white sauce rocks) veggie sandwiches and their stuffed bread sides are great too. My little sister loves their wings. My family of seven has been ordering from this Dominos for years! I also use this Dominos to order for my staff meetings. Trust me, it's no exaggeration when I say we spend at least $40 there every other week. Over the years, many mistakes have happened and many items have been forgotten but every time, they graciously fix the mistake or credit the missing items. Last week I ordered a chicken apple salad. I paid for an extra dressing. Low and behold both dressings were missing. I called right away and the "manager" said they would bring the dressings right away. 45 minutes later, I called back and say forget it, that it was ridiculous to wait that long for dressings. Now mind you I really wanted the balsamic dressing for the salad, not ranch dressing that I had in my fridge. The person I talked to apologized and said they would credit my account for the salad. Perfect, I'll forgive them. So here we are tonight, I call to place my salad order and planned on ordering a 3 pizzas, chicken wings, Parmesan bites and pop for dinner. The guy who answered was named Hunter and I explained the incident about the salad. He said okay hang on a second. The manager then gets on the phone and says that there is no credit for the salad. I then explained to him the situation from last week and asked him to look up my order. He said there's no credit, extremely rude like. I then asked, so ate you saying you are not going to give me a salad and he said no. I said you will be losing out on a lot of money not only from my family but from my business as well. He seemed just fine with it. So, Dylan Yaney, manager of St. Joseph Dominos, you have lost all of my business. I will make sure to spread the word. In a customer service world, you have horrible service. I hope losing a couple of thousand of dollars of my business each year was worth it. We get pizza here all the time. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always great. You can't ask for more than that. I usually pay with a gift card which sometimes throws them off a little. They recover nicely and do a great job. read more
