I can't remember the last time I've been to Jet's Pizza but my husband was craving their classic deep dish pizza so we decided to get some takeout. I had never done their non deep dish pizza with the flavored crust so I went for a cheese pizza with garlic crust. My husband got a square pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I enjoyed it and Jets is one of my favorite chains, but they really don't compare to my local owned favorites. I will be coming back eventually but seeing as my last visit was about 3 years ago, I don't come often. The flavored crusts are good but I do love their deep dish best. I was visiting from out of town and tried this pizza. It was very good. The service was excellent.

I've only had Jet's pizza a handful of times and normally it is really good and so is the service and delivery. Last night, 11/26/23 was not a good delivery. Delivery time was slotted for 52 minutes, long time but it was a Saturday night. It was 20 minutes past the slotted time. I called and he checked and told me, it's not here so it's out for delivery but if it's not there in 10-15 or 20 minutes call back. It takes roughly 10-15 minutes to get from there to my home. I'm guessing it was just leaving when I called. Then the driver tried to deliver it to the neighbor next door. I had already said in the notes section directions to help them out. I did order this online. The pizza....if it had been at least warm it might have been good but this time around, I have to give it a 1 out of 5. I'll just leave Jet's out of the selections of pizza's to order from here on out. read more

We call in an order at 7 and they say our pizza would be ready at 8:30. at 8:15 as we are already on the way they call to tell us they are out of cheese!!?? Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni deep dish pizza. Very cheap and delicious. It's greasy but not in a bad way with a good (proportionate) amount of cheese and pepperoni. I have no negative comments. I first had Jet's in Lansing, and was very happy when they put a store in my neighborhood. Their deep dish is by far the best of its kind among chain pizza places in the area. Actually, for Berrien county, I'm not sure there's a better deep dish. The crust almost has a sourdough / beer smell and taste, and I mean that in a GOOD way. Their other pizzas are okay, but deep dish is the star. Other pizza places can be better on price, and their delivery charge is higher than anyone else around here. After waiting for an hour and a half I call to check on my pizza. Only to be told that the driver was at my house, which she was not, I asked to talk to the manager and was told this was the manager. And they still charged me. I am furious. I have had there normal circle pizza's as well but I dont think they are as awesome as the deep dish, but i do like the turbo crust on the normal pizza's. The Best Western attendants told me they didn't deliver pizza and I ignored the front desk and called jets and they said they did deliver. We ordered 2 large pizzas using a 13,99 coupon for each. We also got a Greek salad But instead what they gave use was 2 mediums and the sale for 44 dollars and they said they charged use for 2 mediums when they actually charged use for more than the large with coupons and apparently if the pizzas were 13,99 a piece for mediums the salad would have been 16 dollars. Over the course of 6 months ordering from this location, we have yet to receive a good order. I grew up on Jet's. I know how it's supposed to be. Instead of the usual quality, they majorly skimp on the toppings, never cook the pizza to your specifications, give you the wrong wait time. I keep trying it in hopes that it will get betTer, but tonight's undercooked pizza to the point where the dough is still dough, has done it for me. While I love good Jet's pizza, I will be giving the other pizza places in the surrounding area my business. $30 for an undercooked large pizza and jet bread will never be worth it. I asked them if they could cut it back on my order, but their crusts are pre-prepared in heavily greased pans.
