Neither my husband nor I had ever been to a Wingstop, so when one opened near us we knew we had to try them out. The first positive was that they stay open until midnight. Not many places around here are open that late, so it'll be nice to have a super late night option since we often find ourselves hungry at around 10pm. We both also liked they have a one of those Freestyle Coke machines because we like that they have so many flavors. I got a small combo meal, hickory smoked bbq for my flavor of my 6 bone-in wings (you cwn get 2 but I wanted to just try one), veggies as my side and ranch as my dip. I also got a 20oz cup, which I put cherry Dr. Pepper in. It only took about 20 minutes to make our food. This isn't a sit down restaurant, so we headed home. My husband literally said "this is what freedom smells like" when he came back with everything. We got home, settled, and dug in. Everything was on point. My husbands fries were delicious, my veggies were crisp, and our wings were fantastic. I can, without a doubt, say I'll be coming back (most likely for a late night snack or meal). read more

We have been here for a whole hour and haven't got the rest of our food and our normal food is cold there were ants on the table the ice machine doesn't work and there is no garbage bag the door was also locked and they were swearing in the back.Now my child is cussing. read more

I've always loved the food at Wingstop and have never had a issue with the service. Imagine my surprise when I realized the restaurant chain has changed from serving fresh cut fries to now serving frozen. I'm not sure if they thought we wouldn't notice but you can definitely tell the difference in the taste and seasoning. Finally a late night food option in town! We ordered 20 classic wings to go; you can pick up to 3 flavors for 20 wings. Wasn't sure on the heat level so we went easy; but now we know it's similar to Buffalo Wild Wings for heat. The wings themselves are a decent size. Tried the mild, I was just a little disappointed at the lack of flavor. Not a strong Buffalo taste at all and more like a rub. Enjoyed the Spicy Korean Q - they were sweet, not much spicy. My husband really liked the Hot Lemon - which had the most heat out of our choices. They were hot and ready on time. Overall we are very pleased! read more

We have missed WingStop since moving back to Indiana from Idaho & stopped in for the 1st time tonight wings & fries were as delicious as we remembered. Charles was working the counter & was awesome. I've never had a worse experience at a restaurant than I did at this Wingstop. The workers were extremely rude. I couldn't hear the person taking my order; when I kindly asked him to speak up, he got (visibly) extremely annoyed with me. It took more than 20 minutes for me to get 6 wings and fries. While I was waiting for my food, the staff started blasting music. Not to mention, the place REEKED of marijuana. Every staff member here should really go through some customer service training. And maybe go to school for once. I have never felt inclined to write a poor review for a restaurant until I set foot in this Wingstop location. Ranch was fire as always. read more

The wings were good. This review isn't about the food. This particular location is terrible. The bathroom was revolting. The employee taking orders was incredibly rude. He took our order, and we waited for about 30 minutes. It wasn't a big order. They forgot the veggie sticks. We were traveling, so we ate there, unfortunately. I had the pleasure of this guy telling some people he could take their orders, while other people he said they had to order online, even though there was nothing wrong with the computers. He seemed more concerned with his phone. This place has terrible customer service. read more

Was hungry for wings. 100% Hit the spot. First time having WingStop and it was great. Wings where delicious and my Voodoo Fries where awesome. This place did take a really long time to get me my 2 10 piece orders, despite us being the only ones in there I think they put some carry out to go order in front of ours. All in all a great place. Wing stop @ the benton harbor location is trash after dark. They should shut down after the manager leaves in the daytime. Had a upset worker get mad at me for asking for ice for my drink i payed for. She complained that it was only 2 workers and she will not get me NO ice. Sad situation for a decent restaurant. Get the works that dont want to work out and get people that want to work in. read more

They have the best wings in town, I love the lemon pepper. If you haven't tried this place I would definitely recommend it.

Got take out today. My rating is as follows Rating: Chicken flavorless not very good not much difference between the two flavors. Skin tuff chewy and dried out, bones broke in just about every wing. Rate it at -10 Fries terrible fries no seasoning not fully cooked wet slimy no crunch other than from them being raw. Best wing spot in town! Always fresh and the wings are super juicy! Perfect amount of sauce as well, and I've tried multiple sauces, not too much or too little. The fries are sometimes not as crispy as I'd like, but the regular seasoned and Cajun seasoned fries are good! It also helps that the people working here are always nice, patient, and fast! read more
