The owner of this establishment is obviously not around very much. I counted 15 ceiling tiles with water damage in dining area. Floor was dirty. Condiment area was a mess. Register screen was COVERED with grease and dirt. (This is directly over where you get your order.) doors and Windows covered with fingerprints, drive through is in shambles. And employees seem fully willing to overlook it all. ANY responsible owner would want to fix this. This one clearly does not care. FWIW. I only noticed the problematic interior when I had to return to ask for fresh fries as mine were cold. The kid in t-shirt and sweats behind the counter seemed like he was in charge and got me some new ones? He Def NOT in ANY Wendy's branded uniform, but he's the only one who stepped up. read more

Didn't even deserve one star ! Extremely rude staff from the manager on duty, to the rude employees working the drive thru !!! I will never return to this restaurant !!! There is no hope for this location with the current employees working there. If I owned this location, I would fire every employee working on the shift today, hire a new store manager and start over with new employees that understand how to talk and wait on customers in a friendly manner. read more

Went to get dinner and the people didn't wait on us told us the lobby was closed so go to the drive thru and they was a few people waiting to order and they were so rude to everyone the owner needs to really check out what's going on there read more

I was so hungry for their new chicken tenders so I went thru the drive thru!!' I didn't open them right away as I was in a hurry!! When I did eat them they were the most disgusting fast food tenders I've ever had! Hard, tough and stone cold! Even not opening them Right away shouldn't be that big of a deal!! I've never had anything decent from that location!! Total waste of my money!' read more

Was told to pull up front and wait for my order, ended up getting the wrong one and called the store explaining what happened and got some nasty attitude when asking for a refund lost out on 15-20$ worth of food and never going back read more

While the drive through pot holes were finally attempted to be filled in, it's always something at this location. Today, their system "glitched" so they couldn't take any orders. This operator needs a visit from corporate. read more

Service was fine, I snuck in because my wife doesn't want me to eat anything served through a window, BUT darn a good hamburger?! As a child I remember how great they used to be So a double with cheese and fries(makes the guilt worth it) However, it was so greasy that I went through a ton of napkins and I don't mean greasy good, I mean like lard Ambiance well it's a fast food, ok - could be cleaner There went another childhood dream read more

Hate this place should've gotten a zero star review. GOT my order wrong . Mold in my sandwich Super rude Had ketchup read more

My fries taste like they've been touched or been around someone with sh*tty weed. Good job Wendy's in Saint Joseph... you lost a valuable customer. I'll be going to the Pilot Wendy's from now on. At least they care. read more

Today had to pull forward wait. About wrecked my tire from the giant holes in pavement. I'm done here with the bs. 5 cars got food and left behind me. I'm not going to go back. Wait until I get my tire and wheel looked at. You got /4 people there why not use less and fix the giant holes 3-4 five gallons buckets. read more

So disappointed in my Cobb salad purchased yesterday. It barely had anything in it!! It was basically a $10 bowl of lettuce and a piece of bacon read more

Very quick drive thru and great service.  I like their chili and pecan salad.  I must admit their plasic forks are terrible.  I bit off part of one of the prongs and swallowed it.  So yea....their forks are a hazard, but easily avoidable if you do the drive thru and use your own forks at home.  Food is decent, employees are kind and the food comes out quickly-just be careful with the crappy forks. read more

Very slow service. This place is understaffed and they dont care. I always ask for 3 chili sauce packets for my chili. I asked the guy at the window for my usual 3 packets as he hands me my bag. He says its in there. I ask are you sure. He says theyre in there. They were not and unfortunately im not waiting in a line of 10 cars for sauce. (Dinning room was closed) Very disappointed read more

I generally don't have any complaints about the food quality here, but as the pandemic continues on with cases in Michigan currently rising, it was a major bummer to go through the drive-thru today and see the girl at the window with her mask around her chin and the coworker behind her not wearing a mask at all. YOU'RE SERVING FOOD TO THE PUBLIC, PEOPLE. If you're not even gonna wear gloves when you're handling cash and cards, at least put your mask on when interacting with customers. Just because some of the other ignorant states in this country have eliminated their mask mandates, doesn't mean it's time for us to get sloppy and let our guards down. Shame on you Wendy's management for not enforcing masks on employees. Highly unlikely I will visit this location again moving forward. read more

My Mom is in a nursing home. She asked me to get her a hamburger with bacon. Mom said it was awful, and it was burnt. Thanks for nothing!

I love their breakfast they have several different things for breakfast but I think it's too expensive I wouldn't order fried potatoes for $1.99 for breakfast the only reason I got some is because I had a coupon for free. Not open for breakfast until 630 which is way too late for me to get to work by seven so I don't know what the sense are having a place that opens at 6:30 so I just go next-door to McDonald's they open at five read more

This has got to be the filthiest Wendy's I've ever been too. Dirt and food all under there grills, which looked like it was there for a long time. Dust and dirt behind coolers. Ceiling tiles are falling out in cooking area and the vents around food are filthy with dust hanging. Mgt. needs to be fired. Worker took back chicken nuggets and dumped them back in bin. I walked out and didnt order. read more

The workers are rude, they don't seem like they like their job, my fries were completely soaked in grease and they barely get my orders right.. also, got sick from eating at this one! read more

The food is good for Wendy's, and the place is clean, but the service at this location can be pretty mediocre; the employees are generally friendly and accommodating. My biggest gripe is that orders are filled slowly and are often incorrect. read more

Normally don't eat much fast food but had a burger on a pretzel bun . Totally enjoyed it. Seems like Wendy's is stepping up their game. Fries we hot and good . Server was fast and friendly . Sorry for the 3 but its the best i give for chain food. read more

I wanted to give this location a shout out. While on vacation we stopped by for lunch. The people working the drive through were awesome. They made sure our fries were fresh and hot, they were very friendly. read more

Usually my place to go, service is quick and I prefer their burgers (fries not so much). This time out they forgot a drink at the drive thru which is forgivable. Went inside with receipt in hand (I was the only one in there and 1 car in drive through line) 4 employees working and 3 looked at me when I walked in. Waited 5 minutes at counter with girl up front never saying anything, but she was making bacon fries (finish your work so again forgivable). But when she returned she looked right at me turned her back on me and started playing in the cheese she was just using scraping the container. I finally said excuse me and she never even turned around. 100% not forgivable. My go-to has now been added to the "not again" list. read more

Came during the lunch rush at about 1. You'd think you'd get hot, fresh food with how busy they seem but I opened up my order of spicy nuggets and fries only to find everything is ice cold. Nuggets are crunchy and gross. Fries are soggy. They also forgot my dipping sauce. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm done coming to this Wendy's. read more

I went to this Wendy's for an online order. It took aver 20 minutes to get the order and when I got it they forgot the soda.

Worst of the Wendy's locations for miles....often so far behind that 6 or 7 customers will be waiting up to 15 minutes...and MOST of these orders will be partially filled...so getting colder while you wait. Maybe this is how ALL Wendy's are headed...if so, avoid them all read more

Terrible!!!!!! There was 3 customers in front of me, but totally I wait 15 minutes to make my order, after that, I order a meal with medium drink and fries, they give me the small one, and I order 6 piece chicken nugget, they give me 4. What service is it!!!! read more

This place has gone down hill. I used to come here for fast food, but not anymore. Ordered Daves single $4.69 supposedly a 1/4 pound of beef, ordered it with extra onions pickles and had to pay for extra tomato so I did. What I got was a 2 ounce patty for their Jr. Burger $1.29 with no extra onion, no pickle , no tomato of which I paid for. I brought it back up, told them my problem and she took it said they would fix it. I sit back down wait 5 minutes, look back and it's sitting on the counter with a mayo on the side cold, with no extra onion, no pickle, and no extra tomato of which I paid for. So I flag the same person down tell her the same thing and she rolls her eyes; the manager does nothing, and the girl hands me a couple onions two pickles, and again, no extra tomato OF WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!!! I sit down to eat a cold tiny Dave's single of which was a Jr. Cheese burger. I can't believe how bad this place has become. read more

Very surprised by the speed of their drive thru, especially at lunch hour. Probably the fastest I've seen.
