What do you think? Mobile orders you order the person handing out food and taking in money does not know what you ordered. What kind of drink I don't know I don't know what the person ordered. Came about 10:00. They were not busy and must have just given us fries that sat around for a long time. Id appreciate fresh fries and would be willing to wait 5 minutes to be able to get what I paid for. Instead the fries just went into the trash. hello Yelp. If there is any piece of advice I can give to anyone with taste buds, it is to not visit the Burger King at 2051 Washington Ave. in St. Joseph Michigan. I am not ashamed to admit that this was the worst fast food experience of my life and I don't even know why I said fast because it was the slowest service I've ever even experienced. they asked us to wait a second about 17 separate times then asked for a name which they would never use. The ambience don't even get me started. the workers were the least inviting people I've ever seen. they asked us to pull up the second window when that was the only window in the entire place with another customer. I'm utterly disgusted that the Burger King himself would allow this type of action at his phone establishment. Read the other reviews and head warning do not enter. read more

I was just recently at this location and the only good thing about it was the drinks. I asked for the 2 for 10 meal them being an original chicken sandwich and a regular whopper with no onions or tomatoes. When I got my food, the chicken tasted like it was 4 days old and the bread for it was rock hard. For the whopper, they gave me an impossible whopper covered in tomatoes and onions. When I asked if they could change it they said no. Used to love coming to this location but not anymore. What has this location turned into? Smh. read more

I wouldn't normally say I've had a particularly great experience with this place, but never anything awful, either. Just average or above average. The reason I'm leaving a review today is because for breakfast this morning in the payment window for the drive-through, I encountered the most professional friendly young man. Great smile and just truly infectious joyous personality. Friendly good employees like that in customer service don't get acknowledged enough. The person who handed the food at the second window was very friendly also, she had a wonderful eye-smile and was friendly. Both told me to have a good day and the guy even said have a blessed day. It's nice to start your morning off with friendly customer service. I have special ordered food from this place and have never had any problems. I would call it an above average experience in general for this one, as opposed to the Stevensville one, which I have had awful experience with and have sworn I would never go to again. read more

Each time I've ordered my food comes out cold and my specific instructions for my burger are either ignored or not taken serious when I order. This is frustrating because I drive 20miles to eat BK. The food at this Burger King is on par with other Burger King's I have been to. The problem with this BK is that their drive through is painfully slow. I have been to this location a number of times and most of the time you cannot get through the drive through in less than 15 minutes. That does not mean they have a lot of cars and it takes awhile for everyone to get their food. Most of the time it's you plus one or two cars. Very rarely is there an apology for the length of time you have had to wait. Also once you are in the line you cannot leave as there is no room to leave the line. I would say avoid this BK if possible, but since it is the only one in the area, you have little choice if you want a Whopper. read more

During the pandemic while the commercials tell you their with us it's a lie . Remember "have it your way at Burger King", and "special orders don't upset us"? Forget those at this restaurant. Last evening I went thru the drive-thru (inside closed due to COVID restrictions) and ordered 3 Whoppers, all clearly requested with light mayo and extra lettuce. When I got home we discovered each was swimming in mayo, no extra lettuce, and one had no trace of tomato slices. If I go back I will not pull away without inspecting each item. Ugh this place was terriable yesterday. I ordered chicken fry and french fry . It halfway home and tried both. They were soggy and cold. The chicked fry had no crunch what so ever and salty. Then the fries were the same way. Im going to stop going to bk. Terrible food and high calories 800 calories total for those things I can get more, cheaper, and better food at popeyes for less calories and I dontneed to tell popeyes make my order fresh so i wont get food that's been sitting out. I could get two hot biscuits and large fry for 3 bucks regular price for 600 calories. read more
