The past three times we have been there and we have gotten to the window to get our food and more then 2 workers will ask what I got? Order always seems to take long every time. The workers there seem to have little respect. They all seem to just be grumpy or giving attitude. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Filet o fish had buns toasted not steamed, fries had little to no salt. Over-priced for mediocre quality!

Waited 30 minutes for 1 meal, 1 happy meal and a McDouble. Which wasn't so bad since they were busy but they put onions on my boyfriend's burger which I put no onion no pickle and just tried to wipe it off. My fries were half cold. And they didn't put fries in my son's happy meal. read more

I have been buying iced coffee at this McDonald's for a few years. It was really good in the past but this last week something changed in January 2025. Sometimes a coffee taste so strong and it stinks like sewer water and it has a horrible taste. I take the coffee back and get a replacement with fresh coffee iced coffee and it's not a lot better. It taste sometimes like there's evergreen flavoring and I don't get any flavoring, but it has that taste and it still taste terribly strong.. I used to get a cup every morning of iced coffee but the last 3 to 4 weeks I've been getting one cup to 2 cups a week because you can't stand to drink it. There's no one I know of that works there that I can tell this to that matters and that might figure it out. So I'm gonna leave this here. Maybe a smart manager will read it because they do have a smart manager. I don't know his name, but he is smart. He has a arm that has been broken. And I think red hair. Hopefully someone will ask him if he has read the comments on yelp. Who knows maybe he reads them every chance he gets I'm not sure. read more

The restaurant is dirty, floors are not cleaned, staff are lazy and don't want to help. Their attitudes suck! They are so rude and disrespectful. You can hear them arguing with each other. The food is always bad, under cooked, cold and rubbery muffins that are not toasted. The kiosk screens were filthy, had ketchup and muck on them. I went to use the hand sanitiser and all 4 were empty. So I had to go to the bathroom. The toilets were gross, poop left in the toilet. No toilet paper and again, filthy floors. Made me feel sick! I will be writing to the USDA to investigate the health and safety of this place and their practices. read more

Place should close like the Stevensville McDonald's... obviously a lost cause with the workers available. Always disrespectful, always impatient, and never sincere or considerate of the customer. If I'm about to order and the woman yells, "THAT BITCH... sorry, one moment." And mutes the mic and we wait 3-5 minutes to order is ridiculous. Then pull forward and wait again to pay to have the woman showing a gentleman how to work the register whilst complaining about how easy it is and being snarky and rude in the process. Then saying "Do YoU WaNt YoUr RecEiPt!!??" As if we are the problem!? After grabbing our food I said thank you and the other woman goes "Mhmmmm." as she looks away. Show some courtesy, have some manners.. Can't imagine going inside to order reading these other reviews. I'm sure two cones from the closed McDonald's in Stevensville can be placed in the drive thru of this place. Left McDonald's on Saturday - 1/4/25 8:58pm read more

Horrible place , never once gotten an order correct and there's always some kind of issue and I have to go back . Go somewhere else to get food read more

Service is absolute trash. Front server was extraordinarily rude to customers and coworkers and got a shamrock shake when it was supposed to be a chocolate would not go here. read more

This McDonald's in Saint Joseph Michigan is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have been to. The entire staff is friendly and will pretty much get you whatever you need. In the past year I have had a single issue dealing with Chocolate Chip Cookies. I needed two dozen and they were unwilling to make them for me. I was going to take them to an appointment in the Radiation/Oncology Department for Corewell Health. read more

Was there at 10 am. Busy drive-thru and at least 5 people inside waiting for orders. Would not take order at the counter so went to use kiosk and they closed it down. I would suggest going somewhere else. I want to give this a zero star. read more

Waited 18 minutes for an oreo McFlurry & hot fudge sundae. We were the only customers at the time. Plenty of workers inside....McFlurry wasn't even mixed and was dripping down the side of the cup after waiting all that time. Not our first experience like this at this location read more

I don't usually take the time to write a negative review unless the service or food was really horrendous. I went inside this McDonald's for the first time in a very long time because the drive-through was backed up and not moving at all. Time was Saturday 8/3 10:20 am. The service at the counter was embarrassing. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes, looking at the backs of three people talking and who seemed to find other things to do than take an order apparently the drive-through and delivery orders get priority over somebody who is standing there looking at your back. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo and later discovered I received a sausage egg and biscuit combo - no cheese. I ordered a caramel frappe and watched the woman lazily shake out my cup 2/3 of the way full with the frappe and fill the remaining space with whip cream. Apparently she didn't have the time to wait for the rest of my frosted drink to empty out of the mixer. When I left I noticed that the floor was sticky and had countless footprints all over it from not being cleaned. I'm pretty disgusted with the service there. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's in the nearby area but I may have to suck it up and start going to Burger King. Maybe this memory will help me kick fast food! Lol read more

Not so long ago they renovated this McDonald's and it really does look nice.  I love that they decorated for ths Halloween holiday and the new adition of the machines that allow you to order with no human interaction (a socially awkward womens dream but a cashiers worst nightmare).  Food is standard for McDonalds and so is the wait.  The service is surprisingly friendly for the early evening.  Normally by 6pm most fast food workers are struggling to smile but not here.  This will continue to be my go to McDonalds (there are 3 within a resonable driving distance). read more

Found a brown speck that was NOT a part of the frozen coke. Started judging me and was rude

The lady that took our order was very rude. We waited about ten minutes to get our food and there wasn't even a line. We ordered three McFlurrys and they gave us vanilla ice cream and Oreos on top. They didn't even bother to mix the Oreos in. Not impressed at all. Do not waste your time or money coming to this location. read more

I don't know why I go back to this place! At drivethrough and the manager on duty tells me to go ahead with my order then proceeds to talk and laugh with someone in the background. I place my entire order and he replies"sorry I wasn't listening. You'll have to place your order again" and proceeds to put me on hold without notice. When he came back, he was snarky and mimicked my order in a sarcastic tone. I ordered and proceeded to leave the line. Only wish now I would have ordered more! Who promoted this idiot and how does he keep his job? read more

Went here to get sweet tea and the lady said she didn't have any..so got a sprite with NO ice. She gave us ice, then after we left she gave us carbonated water. Disgusting! read more

This is the most trash McDonalds you could go to. The service is not only like they could care less but the food (if they insert it into the bag) is HORRID. I live down the street, and I'd rather drive to any other location to get McDonald's from sj. Not one time have they gotten my order right. I'm talkin, leaving out entire sandwiches. If you do get SOME of your order, it tastes like it's been back there since grandpa was in nom. You ask for extra crispy nuggets, they say "we don't do that here" then other days they do and on the menu it's 'cooked to order' you never get good fries? Don't bother asking for them fresh because this staff could give a fuck less. You still get fries that tastes like yesterdays rush. One time an employee almost hit us while we were in drive through and when we confronted her, she said they and her all of the staff spit in the food. This isn't the place to go. They forget it, don't cook it, give you old food, YOURE wrong and they could care less. The many times I've gone and asked for special things just in hopes I get something edible from this place, they ignore it. It makes me want to drive around and throw it at the window and I'm such a nonchalant person. Don't come here. Fix the staff or not, I'd rather eat at a half ass crack corner than this McDonald's. Not even kidding you. Been there for 28 years of my life and rarely get it right. Staff is rude. read more

Avoid at all costs. Worst McDonald's in the area if not the country. Evening staff routinely tells drive thru customers that their "system is down" during busy times so they will leave. Staff does not honor curbside orders and you will have to go inside to retrieve your order. If that's not bad enough, you may be unlucky like I was to receive the wrong sandwich with a bite taken out of it. Staff has poor attitudes and regularly inside chatting with non-employee friends. read more

the drive thru employee we dealt with was incredibly rude. we tried to use the code for the free double cheeseburger through the Mariah menu thing and she told us to give it to her at the window. when we got to the window, she took the card and shut her window before we could give the code. then when we tried to say something about it, they said she told us to give it to her at the drive thru and that there was nothing they could do about it now. read more

I just had a really bad experience at this McDonald's. First of all, when I got there their ice cream machines were broken which happens way too much here. Secondly, they really screwed up my order. I asked for a root beer with my happy meal expecting to get a kids size. Instead I got a large soda and it wasn't even the right kind. I asked for root beer and they gave me diet coke. Also both my Big Mac and my Mcdouble were stacked improperly. The middle bun on my Big Mac was on the bottom and the bottom bun was in the middle. The cheese and pickles on the Mcdouble were on one side of the burger. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this was an exceptionally bad experience. read more

horrible service made me wait 20 minutes for literally just a drink. the girl was literally like oh yeah i forgot about you.

They do the same thing as Dunkin' Donuts with their filthy tissue paper that they pick up muffin tops with and put in a bag and they throw in the tissue that they used along with it. What is the common sense in doing that? If you were wearing plastic gloves would you take the gloves off and throw them in the bag with the food?I give them one star because I can't give them zero stars. July5/3/2018. From out of town. We saw recent reviews and were a little nervous, but wanted to grab something quick so we went anyway. The customer service was one of the best experiences we have had in the morning of July 3, 2020. The food was good for McDonald's, I had a special request and I received my food as I needed it. The people were wonderful and that needs to be said. Thank you for your service during this crazy time in the world. read more

Filthiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Bucket by the soda fountain machine I assume as some sort of a Band-Aid for their equipment failure. Bucket is full of garbage and some slurry liquid. The Formica on all of the tables is cracked and on some tables pieced back together providing a petri dish for bacteria to reproduce. When we walked in there were garbage sitting outside by the garbage cans and they were still sitting there when we left. Don't know if anybody was planning on disposing of them. Everything felt sticky and nasty and they don't know what bleach water/disinfection is read more

already was having a bad night and me and my friends wanted food, mcdonalds being our last option. we were very specific of what we wanted especially with my friends big mac order bc she is allergic to dairy so we kindly said "no cheese please" while we were in the drive through we looked at the big mac and it had cheese so we pulled around again bc we were gonna pull off. we kindly stated they messed up the order and that my friend has a dairy allergy and this girl wanted to insist that we pull it off and go on w our day. the cheese is melted and if you know dairy allergies just because we pull it off doesnt mean it wont have the same impact. we stayed there for a bit asking if it could be remade or refunded and she just kept telling us with an attitude to pull it off. no wonder this place only had like 2 stars should have zero youre the one who made our food wrong and made it uneatable. waste of money never come here!!! also charged us twice because the staff is clearly untrained and rude asf, hopefully we got the refund but the girl was in their w our card for like 10 minutes, bffr mcdonalds train your staff read more

This McD's is the only one on my route to work. Frankly, if there were any other reasonable choices, this place could go pound sand. At least the coffee is reasonably good (don't expect your cream or sugar orders to be correct, though). Slow, inaccurate, surly, snippy, and frazzled are all appropriate adjectives for the crew here (not usually all at once, though, so at least they've got that goin' for them). The place hasn't been updated in forever; it's really dismal to be inside. Also, if you have any fragrance allergies, steer clear - my car typically reeks of whatever the servers have marinated themselves in after receiving my order. The property is owned by Dawa Enterprises out of Plymouth, IN. There's a sign by the drive-through window with an e-mail address where you can direct your comments, etc. But the staff has coyly turned it around so it can only be read from the inside. What's the matter, folks? Not proud of your performance? Can't imagine why... read more
