Waited 18 minutes for an oreo McFlurry & hot fudge sundae. We were the only customers at the time. Plenty of workers inside....McFlurry wasn't even mixed and was dripping down the side of the cup after waiting all that time. Not our first experience like this at this location

Not so long ago they renovated this McDonald's and it really does look nice.  I love that they decorated for ths Halloween holiday and the new adition of the machines that allow you to order with no human interaction (a socially awkward womens dream but a cashiers worst nightmare).  Food is standard for McDonalds and so is the wait.  The service is surprisingly friendly for the early evening.  Normally by 6pm most fast food workers are struggling to smile but not here.  This will continue to be my go to McDonalds (there are 3 within a resonable driving distance).

Seriously? This is my sausage McMuffin?

This McDonald's charges $1 for a cup of ice water even if you order food. 98% sure that's illegal. Enough said.

Why is clef fast food when this location always asks you to pull forward and wait... It is a joke...

The typical parking lot was fenced off so we had to utilize the street parking nearby. We were told to choose a seat and they'd be right with us. They only opened at 11am, at by the time we got there around 12:30 it was starting to fill up a bit already. My husband got the "in a van down by the river" cocktail, which I tasted, and we both agreed was delicious. For our appetizer, which we had never ordered one before from this establishment, we got the Wisconsin cheese curds. The sauce it came with reminds me of a good sauce for onion rings and was just as amazing on the cheese curds (it was called Sunny ranch I believe). We both got our usual entrees, my husband ordered a double smash burger and I got the atomic punk sandwich, both of which came with fries. My husband devoured his food, while my anxiety basically required me to wait until we got home to eat. I would definitely recommend stopping by The Brick House and grabbing a bite to eat. They have never disappointed us or the people we've sent their way.

Awesome experience! We snagged a table in the back corner…read moreright before the dinner rush and couldn't have been happier with the quality of food and service. It was our first time dining at Silver Harbor and won't be our last. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a small craft brewery. Fun, lively, and modern-- a place where people of all ages can enjoy a great drink and some tasty grindage (yes, I just quoted Pauly Shore)... The unique beer selection hits all the marks and my seltzer was exactly what I needed after a long day in the sun getting burnt at the beach! We started our meal with the Bacon Apple Fig Flatbread and it was outstanding. I'd order it again and again. The Hubbs got the Michigan Olive Burger and practically licked his plate afterward! My Asian Crunch Salad was top-notch--I wish every restaurant had a salad like this!! It was fresh and delicious and paired perfectly with the flatbread. If you're traveling along Michigan's beautiful Sunset Coast, make sure to stop into Silver Harbor! Leave the beach early and get there before everyone else does! You won't be sorry! :)

My husband had the fried pork chop sandwich with fries, and it was absolutely delicious. I went with the fish and chips and they were exceptional; crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also shared a flight of beers, and most of them were fantastic. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, the place was clean (including the bathrooms), and the service was excellent. Overall, a great spot for good food, great beer, and a fun, welcoming vibe.

We happened upon The Buck at around 8:30 and bellied up to the bar. The website showed they closed at 10, so we thought we would have a couple of drinks and head back to the hotel. We had never been there so I made some small talk and I learned about the wheel of indecision. I was excited to try it (knowing my husband was with me boosted my confidence cause he'll drink anything... lol). They also have a huge variety of local beers! There were still quite a few people lingering, so we settled in to enjoy our drinks. I continued to try to make small talk with the bartender, but she seemed less than thrilled to have us there. The staff began cleaning up and closing down not long after we arrived and the bartender brought us our tab pretty quickly. We attempted to get an uber starting at 9:23 (they aren't kidding about Lake effect winds!), but apparently those are few and far between in St. Joseph. They closed up all around us, so we took the hint and walked back to the hotel around 9:45. The concept was great... (we loved the wheel). I will also say, we did take a Facebook call from our daughter about halfway thru (which I know can be annoying), but even before and after that, we could tell that they were not interested in having walkins an hour and a half before closing. I'm giving this a 3 because we also understand long shifts and being ready to be done for the night, so maybe we will try again next time we are in town and I can update my review!

I'm in the process of moving (not even out of the city) and my best friend decided to help me out…read moreso we needed food.  We ordered Grand Crossing burgers to eat while we packed because they sell Roxy burgers which are the best around.  If you never got the chance to eat at Roxys when they were open (or if you did and miss them oh so very much) I'd heard this was the place to gobble one up. My husband got the triple cheeseburger, no pickle, no onion, add bacon.  My bestie and I both got double burgers (hers without pickles).  I was disappointed they didn't ask how we liked rhem cooked they they lost likely would have had we sat in the restaurant.  The burgers all came somewhere around medium well which was fine for me and my best friend but my husband is more of a well done guy.  For 2 double cheeseburgers and a triple cheeseburger add bacon it was $23 which is not bad at all considering each patty is a third of a pound.  My husband, who picked up the food, said it was super heavy (lol). The burgers are delicious, not exactly how I remember the Roxy burgers but pretty darn close.  It oddly reminded me of meatloaf.  My husband eats burgers a lot and we have tried most (if not all) burger places in the area to find our favorites.  Grand Crossing is definitely top 3 for me.  I have yet to expierence the staff or restaurant itself but the food is on point.  I will continue to come here for a delicious burger that takes me down memory lane.  Next time I'll have to sit down.

The food here is amazing. Definitely qualifies as a dive bar, but worth the visit. Don't come if…read moreyou're expecting an upscale experience.
