On multiple occasions at this specific location I've stood at the counter waiting and making eye contact with employees but no one wants to say a word. It wasn't until I got my food that I was able to ask for a printed receipt then they act like it's an inconvenience to them. The staff here are extremely unprofessional. 2 Young Boys (Tyqwon and Dee) asked my young daughters for their contact information through the drive-through window. When they declined due to the obvious AGE GAP, they responded with sexual remarks towards them; some that were extremely disturbing involving tampering with their food. Not Okay. A week previous to this incident I arrived at Taco Bell and the worker seemed to be under the influence of THC, as I could smell it through the window, because of this, I received a MCDONALDS receipt, that I believe to have been his own personal receipt. To start with the kiosk wouldn't respond to my touches or punches. I gave up quickly and ordered the old fashion way. I filled my small Pepsi and was putting on the table and they called my name. My food was already ready. The best part though is that it was the BEST Mexican pizza I had ever eaten from Taco Bell. Conservatively, I guess I've eaten 300 but nothing even close to this one. Decent option for a late night snack, with unique, very American Mexican food. Best part is the Baja blast. Only weird thing was I got my food before the person right ahead of me. They did order more than me, so I guess it's not that weird. The dining area is small, so when a crowd of teens came in, it felt extremely crowded. Started Doordash recently, and I'll tell you right now that this is not the business for it. The people are incredibly rude. Their hours say from 10 am - 12 am everyday except Thursdays, but they've been closed by 11 everytime we showed up. Which is fine, whatever. What was NOT fine was being YELLED at by the employees because we were just trying to do a delivery. A MANAGER at that! Do us a favor and either change your hours on your website and everywhere else it says 10 am - 12 am because I really don't feel like being yelled at again, or having our rating go down because of this store. read more

Never really had an issue here but when I did it sucked. I ordered food in drive thru over my lunch break, got back to work and saw it was made incorrectly. I called and their line was constantly busy. I tried calling again when I got off work because I wanted a refund. They asked if I still had the food for proof that it was made wrong. I threw the food away why would I keep it for hours? I did however take a picture for proof & had the receipt which did include how they were supposed to be. Stopped by with some friends here as we were traveling. We stopped inside as there was nobody in there and the drive thru line was longer. After ordering our foods, it took us about 30 minutes until we got our first order and then 45 minutes til we received our last. The service at this Taco Bell makes it a 5-star venue relative to other fast food establishments in the area. The young man who took my order was very friendly and efficient. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the gordita questions my wife inquired about. The kitchen staff completed our three combo meals in under two minutes and the food was fresh and well presented. Beyond the basic expectations, I was impressed when an employee held the door for me and how the sauce packs were all arranged facing forward and were parallel to one another. If I could give a zero rating and no stars for this Taco Bell, I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I've been to multiple around Indiana and Michigan. I ordered a grilled burrito box with everything inside to be replaced with steak instead of beef, I also got a chicken quesadilla with a Baja freeze. I asked the lady Tatianna at the window for fire and hot sauce and she rudely said it was in the bag. For starters, NOTHING but the chalupa had steak in it and I specifically asked twice about replacing it with steak. There was only mild sauce in the bag and I got charged for a large freeze which is $1 upcharge and got a small. The customer service was terrible, the people are ALWAYS RUDE, and they do NOT care about the service they give to people!!! Just got home from the WORST fast food experience EVER . They messed up the order on two items and we only complained about one. They refused to make it right and the manager came out to the counter with her hands on her hips literally yelling at my wife that the customer is not always right. So, I never ever waste my time writing reviews but this has to be said. I have NEVER had such poor customer service at any establishment. I went through the drive thru on my lunch, it was rather busy which I assumed and didn't mind. I ordered, and they failed to put anything on the screen, didn't ask me if my order was correct and told me to pull up without a total. Which is all fine and dandy until I get to the window. The cashier was a younger gal, VERY polite and sweet. She goes to hand me my drink and it's the completely wrong drink, and it looks like the receipt had the wrong drink as well. I let the younger gal know that's not what I ordered and apologized for the inconvenience because I knew it was obviously busy as hell and with covid everyone in the service industry is low in staff. Another woman which looks like a manager came behind her and asked what the problem was. The younger gal told her, and the manager seemed annoyed right off the bat. She proceeded to say she doesn't see the drink that I ordered anywhere on the screen repeatedly, and asked what else I ordered. I misheard her the first time because she was pretty far away. She rolled her eyes at me and decide to yell as she repeated herself. At this point I said "don't worry about it, I'll just take the incorrect drink, I know you guys are busy." She took the drink from the young gals hands and rolled her eyes and shook her head and said "no I'll get you your drink" and stormed off. At the end of the day this is the least of my worries, but I've never been disrespected so much when dealing with the service industry. The woman working the drive thru window was one of the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered. We ordered food to be picked up at noon and the staff had only just received the order when we got there. Understandable, not their fault. But we had to get somewhere so we just canceled the order. They wouldn't let us. Because they had already received the order we couldn't cancel it. The staff was very rude about it. We could hear them saying rude things about us on the food line. They said our only option was to wait for them to make it. Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. At 12:30 p.m. on a Monday, during lunch rush woman working the drive thru was slow, lazy, disrespectful, and rude. I waited in line 10 minutes before getting to the box to place my order. I repeated my order twice. It never appeared on screen. She tells me to proceed to the window for my total. 16 minutes later - a total of 26 minutes in the drive thru line - she charges me $11.11. Sounds a little high but sure. Go to hand her my card, she gets distracted and closes the window. Three minutes later reappears, runs my card, hands me the wrong drink and disappears. When she finally returns, I am pissed. I tell her, this is not what I ordered, it's the wrong drink. She asks "What?" Not excuse me, not I'm sorry. So I lose it. "It's the f..ing wrong drink!" She takes it closes the window again! Says she's giving me my money back. After waiting 26 minutes I just want my f...ing food! After arguing she starts to hand me a bag and, you guessed it, wrong order again! I tell her this. She asks what I had. I told her a No. 8 and a Mexican Pizza. Her reply after finally finding it on the screen. "Well, I don't know, that was so long ago ..."You don't know? It was so long ago? Well who's fault is that?! I'm in the middle of yelling all of this when I realize they hadn't even made my food yet! She disappears again. I have to honk to get her attention. That was it. I wanted my money back and wanted her to hurry up! I only get a 30 minute lunch break. She tells me she will take all the time she needs. I'm so done. Finally hands me back my money and gives me more condescending shit. I call her a name, she calls me a dickhead. I'm not even out of the parking lot when I realize she gave me back $9.40 - what she should have originally charged me - and not the $11.11 I paid. So I have to march into the store to get my the rest of my money back.
