I used to avoid coming to this location due to the management of the store not taking pride and always being out of staple items. I just gave the location another chance and it was the best experience I've had at a Qdoba in a long time. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make their cholula chicken sauce for me because they had just run out. The location was very clean and the bowls/burritos were very good. Got a bowl with chicken and the food was barley warm. Ok top of that I spent $3.50 on a large soda just to have the soda machine be out of ice and the soda was barley carbonated! It tasted like I was drinking syrup! Definitely will not be coming back to this location read more

App orders seem to take at least 15 minutes longer than quoted. Order was supposed to be ready at 556 and it is now 610 and hasn't even been started. And forget 1 hour delivery times. While this Qudoba is supposed to be like all the rest, its a horribly run shop. Let me start by saying waiting 1 hours from the time I order on the APP to actually getting my food may Bias my review. (This is the Second Time there won't be a third) When I walked into the shop it was empty, and the parking lot was empty as well. I didn't expect to have a problem when I ordered at 11:45 and that the app tickets don't get worked. Qudoba is good, not wait 1 hour good. My smashed meal was just the topping on an already garbage experience. I get handed a bag with 2 foil topped meals one on top of the other...it was all smashed and all the juice went into the bag... I like the variety of way that you personalize every dish they have here. Chicken, beef, pork, and now plant based options. White or brown rice, black or pinto beans, and several salsas an cheese to choose from. You can make every meal different. Chips and salsa and a drink make for a hearty meal. I think it can be a little pricey but for an occasional lunch stop it is worth it. read more

I have twice try to go to this particular Qdoba to eat lunch and it's been closed. Not sure why. No explanation on the door or anywhere. Multiple other people coming up to the door just as surprised as I am. What is going on? Make sure and call prior to going there to make sure they're open. read more

I love me some QDOBA but not till the last few weeks. With them closing at 4 it has made it very difficult to get me some dinner. I am not going to take off work early to go get food. The food was good. Service was horrible. There was a lady there who is a middle aged white woman who's heavy set who was so rude. She laughed when I said what I wanted and she was rude the entire time I was there. The only thing that made up for it was the cashier a 20ish year old dirty blonde kid who was so nice and got me exactly what I wanted. We just moved here from Southern California. This satisfies our Mexican cravings way better than Chipotle with their bigger menu selection and customization. Filthy!!!! Cashier had an attitude problem. They all talked to each other with zero respect in front of customers. Trash cans were over flowing-every single one. Tables were filthy. Vents leaking above tables and dripping water onto them. I am surprised the food was good. Only reason we stayed was because we were starving. Complained to corporate we will see what happens. I finally tried this place for lunch today. I ordered 3 different flavored tacos on corn tortillas. I eat a bunch of authentic Mexican tacos and these are Tex-Mex and taste horrible. Out of the chicken, shrimp, and steak the steak was best by a mile. My wife had a burrito bowl, all the ingredients looked great but the flavor was just all wrong. Not a single person in my family like the flavor of the food. The hottest salsa offered was a habanero base and it was mild at best. The service was great and the price was fair for the amount of food they just need a different flavor profile. read more

I haven't dined in-store so I won't write the review for that but I have ordered through Doordash and I'm not happy. Out of the 4 times I've ordered, items have been missing every time. Usually it's the queso missing. I order chips/queso as a side on my kid's order as well as the regular order of chips/queso but we're always missing the kid's queso. Also the kids side of chips aren't in the container with the quesadilla. I guess they figure the chips can come from the 1/2 bag of chips that are with the regular queso? The sticker that comes with the items even specifies 2 quesos. I NEVER do reviews to complain but this is ridiculous. Doordash/Grubhub/etc don't check the food (bags are usually sealed before leaving the restaurant) so it would be great if you guys would double check before sending the order out. read more

We love Qdoba, just moved into O'Fallon area three months ago and decided to try this local one and are sorely disappointed. We ordered through DoorDash on a Friday evening, my husbands meal came without several Ingredients he asked for. We decided to try it again a couple days later and not even kidding you both of our entrees showed up without meat, which we both ordered. Also we're missing several other ingredients. I was ordering food from here and the woman behind the counter kept making passive aggressive comments throughout (in that she sounded "bubbly" but what she said was clearly being aggressive). She kept accusing me of being mean to her "every time I come in" which confused me because I never eat out with exception of the week prior when I popped in for lunch. Point being, she thought I was being "mean" because I was clarifying what I ordered. The week prior a kid put tortillas on my meal when I said cotija and she asked if I wanted the whole order remade to which I said no. I didn't think anything of it but apparently she took the interaction PERSONAL and decided to let me have it while I was trying to pick up dinner for my family. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and she kept asking what my protein was but I thought she was asking which beans I wanted. Not a problem, but it resorted in her tirade on "why am I so mean to her?". This kepted on until she was halfway through my order at which point I decided it was not worth following through because I didn't want her to f*ck with my food (this is not an outrageous thought judging by the way she was interacting with me). I have never been more confused my entire life. As I left she said, "I guess you don't like being pointed out that you are mean." Again, this was bizarre and I have no idea why she behaved the way she did. I asked another employee who the manager was that night and lo and behold it was the woman who flipped out on me I like qdoba, but I'm not going to eat there if I am getting berated because an employee can't handle a small communication problem. Disappointed. I got the bottom of the barrel everything. Also they were basically out of rice so they gave me tiny baby portions of rice. Even worse with the guacamole portions it literally was an infant baby spoon of it. I paid a lot of money for my order for 3 people. There were two guys in line ordering breakfast and we heard one of the girls behind the counter say we have to make more eggs and after this order we are done with breakfast. Since we were next in line we asked if they could make us breakfast burritos still and with an attitude the girl said "we are out of potatoes and need to make eggs and we are done with breakfast". So I have visited this Qdoba on several occasions and never really had any issues, but today I went in for a breakfast burrito and totally got grossed out. The guy who is making my burrito looked like he had a big wad of chew in his lip and spit was coming out of his mouth dribbling down his chin while making my burrito. When he started wrapping up the burrito by the cash register more spit landed on the counter. I was like - "dude really? You got some spit coming out of your mouth" and he said - "yeah sorry about that I'm on this medicine that I have to keep in my mouth and let it dissolve it's been a pain in the butt " So the obvious question to Qdoba managers and ownership of this location: Are you aware that you have someone on your food line who is sick and spitting in people's food and if not, why don't you?
