This four star review rides solely on the good food and friendly service. While I come here often, there's a lot of room for improvement. The good: The food is great. Easily customizable and lots of choices and toppings. Try a pulled pork taco bowl! And the guacamole is free! Get lots of salsa, cheese, and pico de gallo on top to pile on flavor. Someone I know leaves out rice to reduce carbs. I think it's relatively fresh and healthy for fast food. It's a go to spot for me because of convienience, just swing by for a healthyish, satisfying lunch in the fifteen dollar range. And I've never had complaints about service. Convienience, good food, and good employees are what the four stars ride on. The bad: While the resturaunt seems to have good food safety practices (gloves, cleaner looking food prep areas), the dining area needs a deep clean. It's Montana in the winter and nothing will ever be free of mud, I know, but the windows and floor are grimy and many surfaces need a good dusting. Even the hot sauce bottles look a little worse for wear. They often appear to be understaffed and can only serve a few customers at a time, so the line gets backed up when it's crowded. Be prepared to wait 10+ minutes in line if it's busy! Tip: If the nearby Kidsport complex is hosting an event of some kind, it will likely be pretty crowded, and your best bet is heading south, away from Kidsport, to find less crowded places to eat. read more

Staff was great and it looked clean in there, they were checking temperatures of all the food they had out which I appreciate. However the food its self had little flavor other than the guacamole. My boyfriend got a ground beef burrito and it was so small and tasted poor. I finally gave up on them and decided to try something new. The variety of food available was really good along with the service. I got there about an hour after opening and the dining room was not too bad but it was not too clean either. My burrito tasted great except the steak was a little dry and only luke warm. Somebody get the health dept in here. I love qdoba but this review isn't about food taste. It was downright disgusting when I walked in. Nobody in the place, every table had old food on it and hadn't been wiped down in who knows how long, the counter where they make your food was filthy and hadn't been wiped down, chips were just been stored on the floor in buckets in covered. Flys were around the food counter, the employees weren't appearing to worried about there appearance, this is without a doubt the worst qdoba I have ever been in and I was about to walk out in the middle of my order but I just couldn't. The different meats, veggies, and salsas looked days old and they proceeded to use plastic spoons to scoop out the items (which is definitely against health code). To top it off, we asked for extra chips and the embent down to grab them out of a gross plastic hcontainer and half of his butt was exposed. They were out of black beans when I visited. The good news is that everything else was fresh and tasted really good overall. The dining cleanliness was an issue, though. I have never been so appalled over what I saw on July 8th 2017. When my husband and I walked in there was only 2 families that were in there. The place was a disaster. Food all over, tables weren't clean, their attitude was rolling of eyes. We got the tail end of food (which I could tell may been sitting for awhile) . It was pretty disappointing and gross to see their kitchen in that condition. After we got our food we went outside. My husband had to ask for a table to be whipped off. The line stopped slowly shuffling forward, the staff stopped and looked at each other curiously, than after a long awkward moment I was asked what type of beans.
