Actually we were very surprised. The first fast food place we've been in lately that didn't have us order on a kiosk. Friendly service very clean. My husband's baconator burger wasn't great and he said it had great flavor. My kids cheeseburger was a great little burger for me. Fries were cooked good and not greasy with a large portion. The service is terrible. Two of the employees smell terrible of BO. Bri and Cris. It is enough to turn any stomach, especially gross in a food establishment. The two of them of very rude and should not be in customer service. Then when we left they were making out. Disgusting. read more

Very unprofessional ran by a bunch of teenagers who were not professional but I I got my food and it was warm so can't complain to much

They work hard for so little and you can see they are stressed but I never had issuing with wait times

Always good food and service. If they make a mistake they make it right and correct it.

1. The customer service Is astronomically disgusting. 2. Yes, It's a minimum wage job, but when the General Manager refuses to give out HR number or a District Managers number, due to failing to comply with food safety standards, Is super unprofessional and says a lot about who Is hired here. You don't have to like your job, but you know what you signed up for. 3. Parking a car telling them the food will be coming out fresh, and waiting for 3+ minutes, to receive food that was held for more than 15 minutes, means you clearly are just trying to impress the actual, higher ups, and make drive times. It's quite embarrassing the lack of leadership and integrity the General Manager has shown as well as taught their team. read more

Me and my friends went there for lunch and we were told "it will be a second" we waited in line for about 8 minutes and my friend asked if she could order and no one answered she asked again but loader and the workers got angry and I know being a service worker is tedious and taxing but there is no excuse to call your costumers spoiled brats. After the insult my friends got angry and left, one of them saying "You need to get new workers" which resulted in a big man with a beard I assume a cook to threaten him and ask me if I wanted to go get my boyfriend in an agressive and insulting voice obviously meaning it as an insult. The girl with pink contacts was the other worker who was saying insults she said "we're the ones that make your food" and I know that but I'm the one paying for it and your getting paid to work it's called having a job overall it was a horrible experience the workers at this Wendy's are unprofessional rude and there actions are unacceptable. read more

Thought I'd go inside and order because of the long drive-thru line, only three people in from of me inside. Manager had only one girl taking and filling orders, at one point she had to stop taking them and started filling several mobile and counter orders. All she could do was repeatedly apologize for making us wait, after 20 minutes my patience was gone. Went to Papa John's down the street and was done in 15 mins. Time to promote a new manager, but not the guy filling the Frosty machine he moved like a snail. read more

Went through the drive through and told the guy to wait 4 different times within seconds of each other and came outside to "check on us". I understand they were just making sure we didn't leave or to check to see if we were ready to order-but it was weird at the same time. Had to repeat our order a couple of times as well. Asked for a medium drink and got charged for a large instead. read more

One of my guilty pleasures is going through the drive through of this Wendy's burger dispensary once a week to get a Baconator. Which is pretty much the greatest thing ever... It has great tasting beef; which covers food groups one through three, tasty bacon; which is basically the candy of meats (and the fourth food group) and none of that vegetable "food"; which should only be consumed by rabbits and hippies. I'm not entirely sure I like their fries though... They taste like fried potato. I have always received my order in a timely fashion, which I greatly appreciate. But that's should be expected with 'fast' food :) read more

Horrible service at this location I deliver food occasionally for this restaurant and I always have to wait around 30 minutes for my food or even on occasion an employee to acknowledge me being there I'm not one to give bad reviews but I've had so many unpleasant experiences at this location I wish they would close this one and put something else here employees are not trained properly the service compared to Taco Bell across the street is a very wide margin I hope that this place is fixed soon read more

I ordered tonight and had a coupon that wasn't working. It only happens with the same person and she gets mad at everyone who tries to help. This is ridiculous. Only trying once and it happening all the time then fix your website or take it down. I had then gotten home and my food was all messed up. I'm tried of the Wendy's employees reading my order back and still messing it up. Being disrespectful to your costumers won't get you anywhere in business. read more

Perhaps if the 3 employees were not all gathered at the ordering counter talking to the kid who is supposed to take orders I would rate this place higher. Exactly how does a semi frozen fry get in a mediocre fry order? Would definitely not return to this location - we would have walked out if I had not promised my granddaughter a frosty. Five stars for Wendy's?? Well, yeah. (Look at my MO). They have the three things that make something have value. Cheap, fast, and good. Take one away, and you're either going to pay more, wait a long time, or not like your choice. At this Wendy's you won't have to worry about any of those. Now, I will qualify that with the fact that I don't support fast foods' high calorie portions. If I eat at Taco Bell or McDonalds, I never feel good afterwards. But I feel pretty good after eating at Wendy's. I dont like their burgers and fries. I prefer Frugals for that. Currently I like their chopped salads..particularly the Chicken, Apple, Pecan with Pomegranate dressing. I like their baked potatoe selection and their chili. My guilty pleasure? The original chicken nuggets....I'm ashamed to admit it, but it's true :-) read more

this wendy's cured my cancer. i no longer have to rely on my endless supply of fidget spinners to keep me going. i was recently orphaned but the second i walked through the door at this wendy's, i realized that i've always had a home. they were fast, clean, and friendly. the cashier was low key cute does anyone have his number? they were so festive. they had halloween decorations all around and the halloween music was poppin. i sat there and enjoyed my heavenly chili while rocking out to the twilight zone theme song. the experience just really touched my heart it brought tears to my eyes. i think this is the greatest wendy's in the whole wide world. it was the perfect way to celebrate my ex boyf's birthday. enjoying perfect chicken nuggies without his cheating a** was the ultimate revenge. my first wendy's experience since the breakup was a wonderful experience of healing. this wendy's cured my cancer, gave me a family, but more importantly cured my broken heart. read more
