Stopped in late night on a Thursday for dinner. I called ahead because after driving 8 hours I was ready to eat and didn't feel like waiting to order. I was greeted by an automatic service which was extremely accurate and efficient; it even asked if I wanted my onions raw or grilled. When we arrived my fiancée sat and I went to the front counter. The lady was extremely kind and welcoming. I ordered two additional drinks. After waiting about five minutes a gentleman came to pick up counter and called our order until I approached to ensure we received it. Overall it was a great experience. read more

This location is very spacious inside with a lot of seating! They also had modern touchscreen drink dispensers which was pretty neat. The burgers were great, but the cajun fries were pretty messy. It's really difficult not getting seasoning all over the table. However, the reason why this location got 3 stars is because none of the staff were wearing masks at all during a pandemic, which made our group feel rather uncomfortable. read more

This location is not fitting of the Five Guys name. Normally we love Five Guys but this place just tasted like Acme Generic Dirty Burger. The location seemed dirty and they didn't require people to wear masks in the restaurant so be warned! Also, we ordered online which Five Guys always advertises you to do and they messed up our order which is inexcusable considering all they had to do was follow the order that printed out of their computer. We double checked the detailed receipt and it printed correctly yet they completely forgot to add simple things like tomatoes, onions and ketchup. Overall this was an awful experience and despite being a huge fan of Five Guys, this location just didn't deliver. Like most of the other people who have left reviews for this place I can't give it 5* because the burgers are on the pricey side. I felt like I was in an In-and-Out knock off. White interior with red checks. Just burgers, hot dogs, burgers and fries. When you order you choose from the list of what you want on it. Hubby chose a bacon burger and I chose a kids cheeseburger with a vast assortment of toppings. The fries came in 3 sizes so we decided to share a medium. These burgers are definitely good and messy, cooked to perfection. The French fries are fresh cut potatoes with skins on and they were delicious and a medium is huge. I noticed on their menu that you can mix and match ice cream and additives for a custom shake but we had enough with these monster burgers and fries but maybe next time!! read more

I don't even love burgers and I'll tell you five guys Is the best spot in town. 100% consistent delicious food, I didn't eat a burger for more than 4 years and someone got me to eat a five guys burger - now I eat five guys 4x a week or more. They are also one of the only places open till 10 and they never refuse to serve like 95% of the other local restaurants when they get overrun during tourists season. Probably some of the best burgers in town... at least for a fast food joint! Two can eat here pretty easily for under $15, that makes it much easier to go with a fast food place in the first place. One of the regular burgers is a TON of food! So don't be surprised when the regular fries explode out of the bag at you too! My wife and I usually just get a burger each and split a fry and drink. I sorta think you are either a 5 Guys fan or you're not...the concept is kinda cool. Peanuts while you wait, lots of fixin's for your burger, you tell them what you don't want on your burger as opposed to what you do want, watchin' the guys make your food, ginormous portions, loud and busy. Reminds me a little of Fuddruckers which I love, but 5 Guys is just about the burgers and it's not as good. It's a guy joint, hence the name. This chain is my husband's mostest favorite-est burger maker on the planet, and this particular location is the one we have liked the most. I don't know if it's the staff or the set-up of the restaurant, but we always get generous portions and delicious burgers here. We love the fries; we love the cajun fries; we love the peanuts. It's all good! Because we have to travel aways to get to the Flathead Valley, every time we're in Kalispell, it's part of a long day trip. Ordered a standard cheese burger, fries and drink for around $10. The Good: A ton of items you can have on your burger for free including grilled onions, hot sauce, peppers and the standard items. Fresh hot fries enough to feed two people. Plenty of seating. The Bad: The hamburger itself was nothing impressive. It was your standard fried burger. I like my burgers simple so all the extra toppings aren't a draw for me. In the end I'd rather get a gourmet burger or settle with McD. The price doesn't really match the burger. read more

Fast and delicious burgers and fries near work place. I was told that the potatoes are from the farm Five Guys owns, and very fresh. When you are waiting, you could also have some peanuts from their farm too. The burger is very juicy, and fries very crispy. The burger starts life off as a patty and bun, but you tell them what you want on it, and man is there a big selection of what you can have put on it...15 topping at last count and at no extra charge. Any combination you choose is sure to satisfy your burger habit. Not in the mood for a burger, they also have sandwiches. You can choose from veggie sandwiches, cheese veggie sandwiches, and grilled cheese sandwiches. They have a few hot dogs choices too. My only negative comment, and this is a personal choice, is for there fries. I'm more of a thin cut, crispy, firm fries kind of guy, the kind that you find at McDonald's and Burger King. I went with a 'Little' burger (which just means one patty instead of two) and split an order of fries with my girlfriend. I recommend splitting a regular order - they give you a ton of fries. Really nice staff. Delicious burgers that you can make any way you want them at no extra cost. Quality is always consistent and price really can't be beat for what you get. My only complaint is that the fries are so soggy I usually end up throwing them out. Probably won't get them anymore even though the seasoned fries have really good flavor.
