We ordered the PBJ (pork belly jelly bites) and brisket cheese steak sandwich with jalapeno mac n cheese on the side. Only thing we will try to avoid here is the desserts that were not bad at all but because we saw them being made in front of us now we know it is just assembled we may not order more of that. We got the huckleberry peach cobbler and banana pudding. Both the dishes aren't really made from scratch and had we not seen how they're assembled we may not judge it too harshly.

All the other "sides" you can get were skimped on. If you want raw tuna (the "Poke" part) it's $1.50 extra. If you want seaweed salad, it's extra. If you pay with a credit card, it's extra. They don't have a public bathroom. Really, it's the low quality of food that I'm most bummed about. I really wanted to support this business in CF, but I can't. I hope they can learn and improve.

The packaging for the cheese curds gets very greasy, and the wax paper/foil used to package the burger gets stuck on the melted cheese and other toppings, making parts of the burger inedible due to the transfer of the paper to the food.

We arrived at 3:30pm and there about 35 minutes, and as soon as we walked in we noticed food all over nearly every empty table and all over the floor. This was NOT during a busy rush. There were only three tables being used while we were there, and we actually had to wipe down a table ourselves just to have a clean place to sit. There was also a wet floor sign over liquid on the floor when we arrived. We ate our entire meal, and when we left, the sign and liquid were still there. During the entire time we were eating, not one employee came out to wipe down tables, sweep the floor, or clean the dining room. I did see an employee come out to refill the straws, so employees were coming into the dining area and could clearly see the condition it was in. Even the garbage cans were overflowing! My husband used the men's restroom and came back saying it was filthy. He actually told me not to even bother going into the women's restroom after seeing how bad the men's was. The disappointing part is that the food was fantastic as always. The broccoli in my beef and broccoli was a little mushy, but it's cooked broccoli, so I can overlook that. We genuinely enjoy the food here, which is why we come several times a month. What I can't overlook is a basically empty restaurant being left this dirty when employees were not busy. This wasn't the aftermath of a packed lunch or dinner rush. Nearly every unused table was dirty, there was food all over the floor, the bathrooms weren't clean, and no one made any effort to clean the dining room the entire time we were there. We really do like this Panda Express and would like to continue eating here, but if we walk in and find it this dirty again, we will go somewhere else. Great food doesn't make up for having to clean your own table before you can sit down and eat. On a positive note their new cantonese barbecue brisket is very good!
