We stopped at Jimmy John's because a Subway wasn't nearby. I honestly can't imagine how anyone can like the sandwiches at Jimmy John's. Never been here before so stopped by the other night. Picked up a half of a Sub they called East Coast something or other. Having lived on the east coast for a few yaears along the way I decided to try it. Freaky Fast it was not but okay if the sandwich is good? Got back to our place and unwrapped this baby and what a surprise. Count them ... it had three, as in one, two, three slices of ham. Three slices of tomato, sliced so thin they damned near missed'ed. And that was it folks ... a very disappointing sandwich. The gigantic bun was good I will give them that. No sauce or lettuce. If you have not been to a Jimmy Johns you have never experienced a great sandwich. While Jimmys is a chain their ingredients are top notch. When you go into most Jimmy's locations the staff is overly fake friendly. This place was genuinely kind and appreciative. I forgot to ask for no mayo and they made me another sandwich no questions asked. What did I learn today? That Jimmy would 'love to see you naked' but that is against state code. read more

I ordered my sandwich on the app today as I've had bad experiences in the past with calling to place an order at this location. The person who answered the phone would ask you to repeat everything at the top of your lungs and seemed very distracted. That happened more than once, so I thought ordering via the app would be more efficient. I have used the app successfully once but today the app placed my order for pick up, not delivery. After not receiving my sandwich, I called and the person on the phone (sounded like the one who always needed everything repeated) stated it was out for delivery. 15 Minutes later I called back and a guy, who called himself "just the delivery guy" said my sandwich was sitting there for pick up and when I asked what needs to be done to get my sandwich delivered, said "Here, talk to a manager." The manager gets on the phone who asked me to repeat my request. So I do and she said I could pick it up. I state that I car pool and since I've been already waiting 50 minutes for my sandwich -- which your associate told me was being delivered 15 minutes ago -- there was not time to WALK to their store. She said she would deliver it herself, but they'd have to cancel my order and I could give payment information over the phone for a new order. I could just see two charges coming through on my bank account and having to straighten that out, too. I told her that 15 minutes ago one of her employees told me that my sandwich was "on its way" which was untrue. She made zero efforts to make amends for this, she just made an excuse that they were a new employee. JJ's needs to improve the process to transition an order status from pick up to delivery via their app. or through their employees in-store. Their managers and employees need improved training in customer service. I told her to cancel the order and know that I was going to never order from them again and I was going to tell all of my friends to never order again and that I was going to write an on-line review. This has been therapeutic, actually, and I advise you to not expect any great help from the management at this location if you have a problem or any apology for the inconvenience of being told a lie. read more

Can't trust a place when they're priories are with getting food to someone quick enough they'll blow through stop signs and cut people off. Glad you finally fired one of your drivers who almost hit me on 3 occasions (and I knew it was him because he had substantial amount of damage to his front bumper). And now I just watched one of your drivers blow through a stop sign twice in 10 minutes. If this is customer service I don't want to know what is. I get you have quotas to meet but that seems a bit ridiculous. read more

Food= amazing so why only the 3 stars? My only problem with this location is that I work a block away and consistently almost twice a day get hit by there drivers blowing through stop signs at about 35 mph. This is unacceptable as I'm always driving my work vehicle and them.striking me could always cause a conflict dependent on that drivers honesty, I work at a business where were not allowed to have phones in the cab so I'm never able to call into the store during these instances. I have never had a. Bad experience with this location. I introduced myself to the owner, he is very friendly and appreciative of our business. His staff is typically really good. I am always greeted, one of the managers remembers my name. I think his name is Michael. Nice kid, seems to run a tight ship and customers are first. Always clean, my food is always done right. I am impressed with the friendliness of the staff. My only complaint would be wishing there were more seating in this location. read more

While my Aunt was in hospice care we ordered a platter of sandwiches to take to the hospital. When we got there Amanda was so nice and so understanding. She said she just went through the same thing. When we went to pay she said it was on her and that the last thing we needed to be worried about was this. Told us to go be with our family and wished us the best. I am giving this place a 3 star because the staff are real nice and the food is fresh otherwise it would get a 1 star. The sandwiches are dry and the chip selection is poor. Poor customer service. When visiting from out of town at a location 1.5 miles away they refused to deliver because it was "out of their delivery zone". I had taken my young family of five into this establishment after a long day rafting in Glacier. I went with the kids and sat down as my wife ordered food. She then tried to pay with a check and wa told that they don't take checks then I had got up to ask where the sign that says they don't take checks was located and they said they don't have a sign. Then a man from the back came to the counter and told us that "Check are a thing of the past" and I responded by saying " A lot of major corporations accept electronic checks" I then asked what his name was and if I could speak with the manager and he said " I am the owner" and stated to us "We are done here and that we could go now" I was appalled at this and took my family and left.
