I've loved Qdoba for sometime. For those that don't know, its a full-service burrito bar that allows you to select what you want in your burrito in line-up fashion: rice, beans (black or pinto), chicken, steak, pork, grilled veggies and your choice of toppings (5 different salsas, shredded cheese, nacho cheese, sour cream, guac, onions, lettuce, cilantro, etc.) They also offer a variety of Mexican-American options: nachos, taco salads, tacos, quesadillas, tortilla soup, gumbo. My favorites are the nachos and tortilla soup. The nacho cheese is an amazing 3 cheese blend, the chips have a hint of lime and are freshly prepared, sprinkled with salt. And I can pile on the fresh veggies and salsa all I want. I'm not sure what they put in the tortilla soup but its so yummy, a great vegetarian option. The soup is vegan actually and there are quite a few vegan and vegetarian options. No fish options, but you can go to Taco del Sol for that. Qdoba gets five stars in my Yelp world for fresh, fast, healthy choices with awesome flavor for a great price ($7 average). read more

Went into qdoba about 20 mins ago and there was only one worker doing absolutely everything. I usually love Qdoba, but they have definitely went downhill. My chips are so stale. I will not being going back. Waste of money. read more

my husband wanted to try this fast food mexican style eatery. I ordered the 3 taco plate. The clerk became upset with me when i wanted the hard shell corn tortillas because he already removed the soft ones and had to put them back in the bag. I wanted ground beef but the bin with the meat was practically empty. I thought the clerk would go and refill the the bin. He didn"t. Roughly 3 tablespoons of meat was divided between the tacos. Next I was asked what else I wanted. The clerk was reluctant or just plain stupid to finish my tacos barley half full in the shell. My husband ordered the fajita salad. He had a half full bowl and roughly 2 ounces of beef. My husband has hearing aids and walked up to the counter to grab a menu, one of the other employees asked him something and my husband didnt hear him. The clerk said Jesus Christ and walked away angry. My tacos cost $2 less than the best full service good mexican restaurant here. At that restaurant we are served complimentary chips and salsa in a well appointed comfortable enviroment. I know good mexican food having lived my entire life next door to Mexico. Do yourself a favor, go to Taco Bell. Never go there because you are throwing away go money and leaving hungry read more

I love this place. It is consistently great food prepared to order and done so quickly by very pleasant staff for "fast-food" pricing. You can't go wrong here. It's always a big hit when I show up to a business lunch with a bag from Qdoba's. Also a great midweek- don't feel like cooking but don't want to dine out- solution for the two of us. If Subway did Mexican and Flavor!!!! My wife and I came here for her birthday just on a fluke, now we try to come anytime we're in Kalispell. I think the menu is confusing. I requested a vegetarian burrito. Apparently you can have either grilled veggies or guacamole but not both without an additional charge for one or the other. I have been to this qdoba 10 times and 7 of the 10 I have had to wait in a long line while all FOH members where all outside on a smoke break while there lobby filled up with people waiting to order. 3 of the other times I have placed an order for pick up and they don't even make it until you get there which takes away all the convenience of placing an order for pick up. The staff members are rude every time and haven't gotten a single order of mine correct thus far. Not to mention the bathrooms are disgusting. The floor is sticky and covered with toilet paper with mold growing in the toilet bowl. Honestly it isn't worth the trip or the money you pay for the food. I am giving these guys 2 stars instead of one because of one employee who is great. Dan Westfall is working his tail off, all alone at the front while everyone else are in the back doing who knows what. I used to love this place, five stars all the way but lately it has gone downhill. The place is filthy , you can see grease all over the walls from the checkout area. My last visit was earlier this week same thing, Dan working hard while everyone else was hardly working. The other day the girl working the cash register was chatting in the back for so long that I just grabbed a cup for my drink and sat down eating until she came back for me to pay. I have been eating here for years and years, usually a few times a week but I am going to suspend my visits until they get their act together. read more

Usually I enjoy Qdoba but not this time. The kitchen area on the line was very dirty. Not just from the current preparations. The fryer looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in many months if not years. Ordered burrito and was thin on the items in it. Floor was dirty with chips strewn around. I actually love this place and want it to do well. I remember when it first opened. The food and service were friendly and first rate. In recent months and years, I assume under different management, I've experienced with ridiculously salty chips, pico that tasted dangerously unfresh, and the slowest, unfriendliest, and most incompetent service I've seen just about anywhere (including servers chatting with each other while there were ten people waiting in line). Such easy fixes that I'm certain would make this a more popular haunt in Kalispell. Training in management, operational efficiency, and customer service is much needed! read more

This has been one of my favorite restaurants, but the quality and cleanliness has taken a dive under the new management. They have lots of new staff that just doesn't seem to be clicking. The inside tables aren't wiped frequently and the outside not at all. Service is much slower with a long line at lunch time. I hope they get it turned around. read more

I've given this Qdoba 3 chances to make me a believer but after today I'm complete over it. First time I visited and asked for no cilantro on anything, I get cilantro on my food. Second time I ordered online and had a colleague pick it up there wasn't any steak in the steak burrito bowl. I called them up and they offered me a free meal for my next visit so I thought "why not give them another chance", well I was wrong! I had the same colleague order me food which was the same steak burrito bowl and asked for brown rice, no cilantro, etc. I was with her when she ordered it so I know she ordered it properly. They got everything in the order right except instead of brown rice I receive cilantro rice. I'm one of those people who unfortunately can not and will not eat cilantro... it's a curse... cilantro literally taste like soap to me ruins the taste of any meal it's in. Is it so difficult to take an order and get it right? I'm giving it a two stars because the food would be good if they could just get their orders correct and the staff were actively listening to their customers. What if I were actually allergic? If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We just left this restaurant. The staff was horrible!! They messed up an order in our party and then the girl with the long hair talked about her in front of us! They didn't have shrimp. The place looked like a pig stye! If I was the owner of this place, I would be taking a close look at my employees and trying to find a way to change my rating from a B to an A. Not a good way to do business at all. read more

Amazing shredded beef and red chili smothered Burrito! The staff was very helpful in explaining all my food choices and even more patient as they let me try different items too :) so glad I chose Qdoba for dinner !! I also wanted to say that the staff was so friendly and smiling, Qdoba treats the customers great!
