While enjoying our morning coffee at Black Rifle Coffee Company, my husband and I ordered two breakfast burritos from Mother Chorizo's. The gentleman working the register was also the one making the burritos and I appreciated his upfront honesty when he let us know it would probably take about 30 minutes for our burritos. He was absolutely slammed, but he was hustling hard to get those burritos out so we did not mind the wait. We ordered two Montana redneck chorizo burritos and they were absolutely delicious. We live in California so we definitely can appreciate a good breakfast burrito, but these ones were top-notch. The chorizo had the perfect level of spice to it and he did not skimp on the filling. Just tried this place out and got a chorizo breakfast burrito. The burrito was sooooo good! Great taste and it didn't fall apart on me like most burritos. They have a red hot sauce that is bomb too! Check this place out for sure. They were behind black rifle coffee when I got it. read more

Love Mother Chorizo's Burritos. I was so excited to goto their Restaurant in Lakeside, Sadly it's NOT a Restaurant but another Fast food place. Tables 10 feet away from the counter, yet still have to service yourself and clean your own table yet they still ask for TIP!!! SMH Was very disappointed it's not a full service restaurant. If I wanted to serve myself, I would have stayed home. It was a long drive to throw my own trash away and serve my own table their food!!!!!! read more

This truck is a definite contender for the best burrito I've ever had. My friends and I were traveling through Kalispell and couldn't get into restaurants due to so many people, but ended up stumbling across Mother Chorizo next to a Black Rifle Coffee. I got a burrito with carne asada. It was perfectly cooked with a crunchy outside and warm inside, and the flavor was incredible. The crew was nice and were hard at work getting everyone's orders out. I have tried this place twice.....not a good experience I ordered a carne asada burrito ($13.00) and it was small, plus not very tasty.....no onions or cilantro. Plus two tacos that were not very good. Tacos were over $5.00 a piece .. I ready hoped they would b good but not. read more

I wish I had picture. Only tried the ELOTE but it WAS AMAZING!! I'm visiting from Texas, and I can tell you it's FAR BETTER than the 7 different elites I've tried in Austin and Houston! The gentleman gave me a Mexican cola on the house! Very kind. We are truck drivers, when my husband and I come this way again will make sure and come again. New taco truck! Amazing food! The Brazilian stew special was amazing and really hit the spot. Also had the carnitas street tacos. Very flavorful! Truck was very well set up. They even gave a buzzer so you could wait in your car. read more
