The el pastor marinated pork with achiote, pineapple, salsa Verde, onions and cilantro was fair with minimal flavor. The asada tacos were grilled steak with onions, salsa verde and cilantro. These were also fair and not much flavor development. The chips had no salsa on the side. I was disappointed with the overall product. Locals are flocking to this establishment and appear to be supporting them quite well.

In a panic I reached out to see if there was any way S&M would be willing to squeeze in some additional catering for me that weekend and all I heard was "don't worry! we got you!" at a fraction of the price of my previous intended location, on short notice and with a smile. Chef Star and her team have already gone above and beyond and we haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet. We are so looking forward to actually getting to taste the food (Which I've heard is incredible), but even if it was just mediocre, they will still get a 5 star review.
