I usually stick to my go-to drinks like Thai iced tea or brown sugar milk tea, but this time I decided to try something different and ordered the Islander. It's a refreshing mix of strawberry and pineapple milk tea with non-dairy creamer, green tea, and mango popping boba. The flavor was delicious--fruity, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the popping boba. That's just a personal preference, though--I still prefer traditional tapioca pearls. The drink itself was great, and I'd definitely order it again with tapioca instead. Service was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, even with the busy festival crowd. Pro tip: Bring cash if you can. There's a 4% fee when paying with a credit card. Overall, I'm glad to have another boba option in the valley and look forward to trying more of their menu!

This review is about the Columbia Falls location. From my experience the past 5 years, the…read moreKalispell location does a good job w/ their bowls. My bowl at the CFalls location was absolutely the grossest "poke" I've had. If I hadn't just paid$18.90 for their 'Small' sized bowl, I would've thrown it away. Not only is it too expensive for what it is, the ingredients are cheap and the sauces poorly made. It was just some lukewarm rice with a bunch of regular mayo mixed in, and chunky cut vegetables. All the other "sides" you can get were skimped on. If you want raw tuna (the "Poke" part) it's $1.50 extra. If you want seaweed salad, it's extra. If you pay with a credit card, it's extra. They don't have a public bathroom. Really, it's the low quality of food that I'm most bummed about. I really wanted to support this business in CF, but I can't. I hope they can learn and improve.

Let me start off by saying our server was so nice, she kept calm under the busy lunch rush. She did well overall. The food not the same. The ramen was bland. It wasn't that spicy and also, there wasn't enough broth in either of our ramen dishes. My wife got the spicy ramen and we asked for extra broth, they charged us $3.50 for some bland water and seasoning. There wasn't anything that could be done. Mine was eh as well. Nothing special one bit. The crab puffs were ok, but I was expecting at least 6 pieces. I'm so disappointed in the ramen. It was lacking. I don't know how else to put it. The place isn't good for groups but if you have 4-6 people max it could work. It was nice, clean, nothing wrong with the inside or the seating. I wouldn't come back here again. But try for yourself, help didn't lead me astray here one bit.
