This is the hardest 5 stars I've ever given...why? Because I'm still emotionally recovering from my $30 chicken swarma bowl. The food? Absolutely chef's kiss amazing. My chicken swarma bowl was so good I wanted to write it a love letter. But here's the twist: we're staying at an Airbnb in Whitefish and last night we scoped the menu. $30 for a bowl? Our husbands said, "No way are we paying that for chicken." Fast forward to tonight--husbands are out, we're feeling rebellious--so we smugly ordered the bowl. Well. Let's just say I've seen bigger portions in a happy meal. My friend and I looked at each other and knew instantly: karma. Our theory? If you dine in, you get a $30 adult portion. If you order takeout, you get the $30 airline snack portion. So, word to the wise: dine in, don't take out. We ended the night eating microwave popcorn from the Airbnb cupboard, pretending it was swarma, and silently admitting that--ugh--the husbands were right. But don't tell them. Ever. This may be the best restaurant in Whitefish, MT. The unique mix of Mediterranean cuisines is creative, satisfying and special. This is not only a pita, humus, shawarmas kind of place - this blending takes from the entire Med sea area. There's beef, pork, chicken and veg offerings. Chef Adam is personable and the real deal. His chocolate desserts are famous! **And a note on the cost. Remember this is a resort town and all USA prices (been to the grocery lately) are up. We love the hummus so much that we even ordered extra bread. The gluten-free Pork, Shawarma and the Piemonte dessert were perfectly seasoned and prepared. The food is amazing! The Scallops are the best I've ever had, and they are consistently wonderful. Menu is always interesting and changes with the seasons. Always a fish, a red meat, chicken and vegetarian options so everyone is sure to find something delectable. It is not cheap, but less expensive than several lesser choices in Whitefish. No pretentious atmosphere or wait-staff just exceptional food and wine. read more

Food here is ok but definitely not worth the prices. Prices are high, the service leaves ALOT to be desired, it's Very loud, and stinks like all the food and fats being cooked-heavy heavy smells. Had to shout across table with our company. Seems like this group is trying to jump on the overpriced band wagon of the majority of restaurants in Whitefish. I was expecting great things. The food was good enough. We shared cold corn soup, odd and tasted of tapioca, tomato salad, good but very little dressing or olive oil, falafel, good, scallops, again good but 3 scallops and a few vegetables for $46? Finally the chocolate dessert with raspberries was good. We each had a glass of wine. The bill was $130 without tip and we shared everything. There really was not that much food. Whitefish local here...this spot has the freshest ingredients hands down, and a rotating seasonal menu. I enjoy the ambiance of a semi formal restaurant where the dishes are presented with excitement and an explanation of ingredients! Great wine list (my friend mentioned it would be nice to have a sparkling wine as a per glass option). Fast and friendly service for a small crew. Excellent choice for dinner, you can't go wrong. Beyond excited to have this spot in downtown :) PS try the nougat dessert (yummmm) I wish them luck!! read more
