Sauce was sweet with a hint of the mushroom flavor. Also yummy dish. The Carbonara looked like it had bacon instead of the traditional pancetta. The sauce was creamy but could use a little salt. Had a taste of butter. I like this one the least. They give complimentary Italian bread, butter and olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
