My chicken swarma bowl was so good I wanted to write it a love letter. But here's the twist: we're staying at an Airbnb in Whitefish and last night we scoped the menu. $30 for a bowl? Our husbands said, "No way are we paying that for chicken." Fast forward to tonight--husbands are out, we're feeling rebellious--so we smugly ordered the bowl. Well. If you order takeout, you get the $30 airline snack portion. So, word to the wise: dine in, don't take out. We ended the night eating microwave popcorn from the Airbnb cupboard, pretending it was swarma, and silently admitting that--ugh--the husbands were right. But don't tell them. Ever. Bottom line: the food is incredible, but for your wallet's sake, eat it inside the restaurant.

This is not only a pita, humus, shawarmas kind of place - this blending takes from the entire Med sea area. There's beef, pork, chicken and veg offerings. Chef Adam is personable and the real deal. His chocolate desserts are famous! **And a note on the cost. Remember this is a resort town and all USA prices (been to the grocery lately) are up. Meals can be shared and wine/beer ordered by the glass. The quality is exceptional and that is priceless.
