I doused it with mustard sauce, bbq sauce, jalapeños and onions. Then ate it with a fork. Couldn't finish it. But wanted to. So much oozy gooey goodness. The brisket on the nachos was juicy and flavorful. It came with beer cheese where there was an excellent balance of flavor and we loaded it up with jalapeños, onions and sauce. We especially loved the homemade Carolina mustard sauce and also enjoyed their BBQ sauce. The pulled pork sandwich came on a fancier hot dog type roll which was a new way for me to have a pulled pork sandwich and fabulous! Loaded up with the same toppings this melted in our mouths.
