The Pollo Marsala came with 2 pieces of tender chicken fillets and linguine pasta; both bathed with yummy wine sauce and topped with cremini mishrooms. Sauce was sweet with a hint of the mushroom flavor. Also yummy dish. The Carbonara looked like it had bacon instead of the traditional pancetta. The sauce was creamy but could use a little salt. Had a taste of butter. I like this one the least. They give complimentary Italian bread, butter and olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Bread was soft; didn't taste sweet compared to other Italian bread I've had. Didn't wait long for the food. Prices were reasonable especially for the size and yumminess of the entrees. Usually its thick meat sauce where the pasta can pick up the sauce with ease.
