We were told to wait outside like others, which was fine, but the 20-minute wait turned into about an hour. During that time, we noticed multiple groups who arrived after us being seated before us. No one came out to call our name like they were doing for others. When we went back inside to check, my boyfriend was brushed off and told to wait again while the host seated another group that had just arrived. He said he felt like he was being treated as impatient just for asking about the wait. At that point, we were ready to leave, but suddenly we were seated. The lack of organization, communication, and basic courtesy made the experience feel very unprofessional.
