This restaurant was extremely popular and we had to wait 40 minutes for a table for 6 on a weeknight but my friends and I just put our names down and headed to a nearby brewery while we waited. Once our name was called, we were seated and served fairly quickly. We got a combo plate, the sausage appetizer, and nachos with brisket to share between 6 people. Of the combo plate, the pork belly was unanimously the best (extremely juicy and tender), followed by the ribs (tender, well made home style ribs), and finally the brisket (a bit dry). The sausage platter was okay but not as memorable as the other items we got. To note, even though the nachos are listed as an appetizer, they are HUGE and with the addition of brisket on top it was probably the equivalent to getting one of the main entrees for 2-3. We found that the brisket on the nachos were better as maybe it was fattier cut of the brisket or the cheesy helped. Additionally the cheese sauce was fantastic on the nachos and they were one of the highlights of the meal.
