Pocket club sammy

Pocketstone, rocketstone, talk on the phone. I didn't believe the hype about this place so I had to check it out for myself, and I was pleasantly surprised. We started off with a cinnamon roll and boy oh boy. One of the best cinnamon rolls to ever bless my taste buds. Would definitely recommend. I ordered the pocket club sandwhich and it was delicious. Nothing too special, but definitely a good meal. Service was great as well

Downtown Bigfork did well with the addition of this local breakfast/lunch spot. It's a perfect place to grab a bite to eat either before or after you do some shopping down the street or walk down to the lake. The food was filling and flavorful and the service was very nice as well. Inside the restaurant has a lot of historic artifacts and cute little trinkets that makes this spot more down to earth and authentic. There is street parking outside and they don't take reservations so make sure you get there early!

We like to bring the kids to Pocketstone Cafe! The kids absolutely love the hot chocolate drinks because they have candies in and around the drink! Good food and friendly staff. I personally enjoy getting breakfast here.

Waited over an hour for our food here and we simply ordered eggs and toast. Won't be back due to the service but the food was good! After being very apologetic they didn't comp any meal either which is not the appropriate way to handle poor service. We weren't looking for free food by any means but how a business handles mistakes says a lot.

Cinnamon Roll To-Go

We were recommended by 4 friends to go and get their cinnamon roll. "The Best in the World" and sure enough our friends were right...literally the best in the world. And I've had a lot of cinnamon rolls around the world. Not all, but a lot and this one was the best of them.

Simply the Best Cinnamon Roll Ever! A Must!

Service and food is top notch! Never a bad experience. A must go to if ever in town, but worth a trip if not!

Good breakfast, friendly waitress, cute town. We enjoyed our drive around Flathead Lake. Beautiful country! I would stay in this town.

Can't say enough about this hamburger as it beats his competitor down the road Burgertown. I will definitely be returning here multiple times for hamburgers and skip Burger town.

So we've been to Grateful Bread many times. Every, single, time, we leave disappointed, not in the food but in the service and the wait. The food is okay. Honestly, because of how long you have to wait to get it, I'd expect something out of this world, but it comes out as run of the mill eats. At this point, we know what to expect when we go in. What GB has going for it, is that there aren't a lot of options in town. Last week we went in before hitting up Harvest Foods, saw that there were just three tables of people and thought, ok, let's give it a shot, surely we won't have to wait TOO long. We were short on time so we ordered two Avocados toasts, one with bacon. That's it. With only three other tables in the house, it took 30 minutes. As we sat there, about 6 more tables came in. With ONE waitress. With also whom I can presume is the owner as I've seen her time and time again, also bringing out food, there was absolutely no hussle. Listen, I worked in food service for a decade. When I worked, I moved. People were waiting to have their order taken. The bell would ring that food was ready and it would sit there. The owner surely could have been taking orders too. Heck, you could even give the tips to the waitress! Maybe there is a worker shortage in Big Fork, I don't know. But girl (owner), you gotta be hustlin' to make up for it. And no offense to the waitress but girl, you too. Or hire a busser, someone to bring out food and cleanup, ring people up. In any case, it's always this way. We hadn't been in a few years and gave it a shot again. As we were walking out, I said "well that wasn't THAT bad", as in having to wait that long for food and watching people just sit there in silence wait for the waitress and then their food is a good thing. Also, not to be petty, but as a deadhead, I take a minor offense to you using the name and not being vibin'.

The service was excellent, Niko was our server. I enjoyed the caesar salad. Several people ordered the short rib and really liked it. The presentation of the food was good. The filet was really good. I really liked the 1/2 potatoes, it was really yummy. The portion size was good and the prices were as expected. Since we were in a side room, it was a bit quieter and had soft music playing.

She was on top of the many cocktails that were being ordered and kept up the water for us non-drinkers, she was the best. Our food, from appetizers to the main courses, were amazing. The Cioppino was awesome and I would definitely like to try it again since I didn't get to eat it. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is, the young girl they had helping take dishes and help in other areas looked like she didn't want to be there. I didn't see her smile once even though I made eye contact several times and smiled at her. As our dinner was wrapping up, I was in the middle of a conversation, I looked up to see her walking away with my full bowl of Cioppino (I had eaten too many appetizers). I had literally eaten 3 clams and one slice of the bread. I hadn't touched my shrimp or lobster. When Terri walked in as the girl was leaving, I asked her if she was boxing up my dinner for me. Terri immediately went to check. She came back stating that my meal had been thrown out and that she would take $20 off my meal. I didn't want to cause a scene during the festivities so I accepted her offer (it wasn't her fault.) I am disappointed that I still had to pay $25 for a meal that I didn't get to enjoy. I have never had someone come take my plate without asking if I was finished, let alone without asking if I wanted to take it home. We spent over $2,500 for dinner and I don't think we will be back for another party. I would definitely recommend this place, just make sure to hold on to your plate if you want to take some home with you or if you are not finished.
