My half salad contains an enormous lettuce core. Considering how small the half salad size is, I paid way too much for it to contain a big chunk of trash. Not cool at all.

We eat here at least 1 to 2 times per week, sometimes more. The Saturday night crew tonight left a lot to be desired. We left a 5$ ripe hoping to cheer them up. But the experience and service was not very friendly. Pretty much threw us our food on the way out. The cashier was friendly, but for a $40 dinner for two people the food was not up to normal quality. The broccoli chicken bowl was extremely runny and so was the Mediterranean bowl. Perhaps it was the rice that was runny, but all the water in both dishes completely ruined both meals. The taste was bland and removed from the bowls. On top of all, the large soda was 90% ice leaving 5-10 small sips maximum before it was completely empty, except for the ice.

Stopped here after day trip to GNP. Almost didn't come in because the "average" yelp rating was only three stars. Then I noticed that all the yelp Elites actually gave this place high marks and the lower star reviews were from people who don't have many reviews under their belt. Not sure, but the lower reviews might be coming a few vocal people with an axe to grind? Whatever the case I'm glad I paused to read a few reviews and made the decision to give this place a try. Anyway, our food was awesome, quickly prepared and delivered to our table by two very polite and kind gentlemen. Okay, so the caprese salad was a little sweet for my taste, but we're in Montana so I'll let that slide. Loved the other soups and sandwiches. Floor could use a good cleaning but it's 8:00 pm so perhaps the employees could work on that for next time? All in all it's a value priced option for a family especially when you're trying to find something healthy in the $10-12/person range.

Can someone explain to me why this is $13.59. He said they were out of a few things. This is literally a half a cup of lettuce. Absolute garbage, throwing it away.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Rude staff. Panera error and refused to fix. Way too many choices for me to return.

Nice place I visited. Not very delicious, but okay for breakfast. I liked coffee. Service is nice, too

Husband and I split the 3 meat plate (although we were tempted by the special-beef ribs on mashed potatoes). We had brisket (good and my favorite), pork ribs (fall off the bone good and tasty), pork belly (hubby said it was good since it isn't my thing). For our sides we had collard greens (we fought over those they were so good), bacon Mac (creamy and smokey), and corn bread (so glad we each had our own serving of that or there would have been bloodshed). That cornbread was the best I have had at a restaurant in ages. Staff were on it. They were personable and friendly. Kitchen staff--wow. It was awesome to watch the magic and teamwork happening in the very small wizard's workshop. Thank you for the great night and the leftovers.

So, I really don't know why people come here. Maybe we got unlucky but let's run it from the start…read more Upon entering, the place does look very cool. It almost feels like you're in a mineshaft or an antique store, which I thought was awesome. We are immediately greeted with a very friendly smile and told there were seats at the bar (the restaurant was packed, another good sign). A few minutes go by and we're still standing at the check-in, and another couple comes in. They are greeted in the same way, offered seats at the bar, and are thusly ushered to their seats... while we were still standing there. Okay, few more minutes go by and we call out the table that was just cleaned, and we get seated. The menu looks phenomenal, and we ended up getting the meat combo to try everything. This is where it gets even worse. The barbecue itself took a while to get to our table, which would be fine if it wasn't cold. Yes, you heard correctly, the barbecue was all cold. Baked beans had to have been Bush's. Potato salad and Mac was good, same with the cornbread. But the main things we paid $60 for were cold. The ribs were beyond burnt, and the brisket was tough. Oh, and the single sausage we got was slathered in mustard and barbecue sauce, come to think of it everything on the plate was slathered in barbecue sauce. Usually not a good sign lol. I really wish I could say nicer things about this place but I unfortunately cannot recommend it to anyone. But hey, they're packed so maybe that's just the quality of the food around Kalispell. Hidden Gem for Authentic Kazakh Cuisine - Hungry Hun…read more If you're ever near Kalispell (just 14 minutes from FCA Airport), don't miss Hungry Hun - a hole-in-the-wall Kazakh restaurant tucked inside a half-dead mall. At first glance, the setting might feel unusual: an old shop converted into an open kitchen with a small seating area that overlooks the quiet mall. But don't let the location fool you--this place serves up some of the most authentic, homemade Kazakhstan food you'll ever find in Montana. We ordered the lamb and leek dumplings and the lamb kabob served with naan bread. Both dishes were fantastic--the dumplings were juicy and full of flavor, while the kabob was perfectly chargrilled and tender. Every bite tasted fresh and lovingly prepared. The servers were warm, welcoming, and eager to recommend menu options, which made the experience even better. The seating may not be glamorous, but the food more than makes up for it. Hungry Hun has been open for two years now, and they also run a food truck in Whitefish, so locals and visitors alike have more than one way to enjoy their cooking. If you're looking for something authentic, unique, and delicious in Kalispell, Hungry Hun is absolutely worth the stop.
