Friendly service and helpful with menu questions. If you are vegan, make sure you order with no fish sauce. We ordered pad thai and eggplant basil. The fish sauce overpowered the flavor of the pad thai... that was a disappointment. The eggplant basil with extra basil (extra charge) was perfect in cook and flavor. This Thai place is better than what reviews suggest. The mango with sticky rice was gorgeous. Absolutely loved the black rice variant. The Chicken Yakisoba was pretty lit . The shrimp fried rice probably tasted the best. But in general all the fried rice and noodles were outstanding. What didn't really stick out was the curry. Food was great, service was prompt, and it's some of the better Thai foods that I've had. Casual dining, authentic decor, and authentic dishes. One can always tell when they have roast duck on the menu. Seems it's northern-style dishes. Tonight was a little busy but was WELL worth the 30-45 minute wait. I'm usually a big eater but the Pad See Ew was well proportioned since I got full fast. A 3 spicy level was the best this lady could actually handle. First time here and first Thai restaurant in Montana since we moved here a year ago. My wife and I decided to go with the daily lunch curry plate which was Penang Curry with chicken. We were cautioned about our spice selection (3 out of 5 for my wife and 5 for me). But it was just right, as we prefer Thai food with some spiciness and whenever we pick a less spicy level at a new restaurant, we find it much too mild. The entrees did seem a bit pricey (which is why we went with the lunch specials), but it's hard to know if it is worth it since we don't know the portion size. Service was nice and we plan to return sometime to try the Pad Thai, which is our favorite. read more

Keep in mind that this is a mom/pop restaurant but it looks like all the best/authentic Thai restaurants I've been to this far. I'm from out of town (live in Houston so my Thai standards are very high) and this was an absolute gem to find. Very nice ambience but simple and server was very helpful and kind. We were able to make our food vegan and vegan papaya salad is very very hard to find even in my home town, which has a bustling Asian food scene. The things we ordered: 1) Vegan (ie. Minus shrimp) summer rolls - fresh, tasty and simple, strong mint taste 2) vegan papaya salad - absolutely delicious. I would've taken a second order to go if I could've guaranteed it'd get through TSA. Medium spicy had a kick so make mild if super heat intolerant 3) Vegan panang with non-fried tofu - I can't remember the last time I had a panang without fried tofu but this was phenomenal. Thai palace Ordered take out. Green Curry with chicken, Pad Thai with Chicken and some summer rolls. The food was ready when I got there 15 minutes later. Everything was piping hot and cooked to perfection. I like a little extra spice so I asked for a side of chili sauce (prik nam plaa)and that fixed it all up for me. We have walked by this place a few times over the years visiting the area, and from the exterior, it appears like a nice, typical Thai restaurant that you'd expect to be cozy and intimate inside, so we determined we should try it, but never had until last week. When we didn't feel like cooking on a Thursday night, we figured there wasn't much to lose by trying it. Upon entering the restaurant, I was hesitant. You can tell this place has been hit hard by covid, in the fact that the interior is just blah...like, it almost looked like it wasn't operational, tables were in weird places, there were no table linens, and the place was fairly empty. But, there were two tables of diners, so we proceeded as planned. I imagine they do a lot of take out, since the interior is not super inviting. The man that greeted and seated us was super pleasant, and obviously happy to have patrons. In reviewing the menu, they had all the expected items you would see at any Thai restaurant. We ordered the spring rolls to start. They came and while my partner found them fine, I found the crispy outer part a bit tough/chewy, and I could kind of taste the oil. So, my guess, is they aren't changing out the oil frequently enough. It was edible, but not great. We then had vegetarian pad see ew, vegetarian pineapple fried rice and my partner got sweet and sour shrimp. All of it was fine. But, that is it, just fine. Veggies were fresh in all of the dishes. I will say, the best part of this was how accommodating they were with dietary restrictions, asking us if we were vegan and would want the egg or not in the dishes. I really want this place to do well, but if they want walk-in and dine-in customers, they should put a tiny bit of effort into the interior, just a small update would help tremendously as we watched a group of tourist walk in and quickly change their mind. However, I feel like this place will "scratch an itch" if you are craving Thai food while in the area, but if you are accustomed to eating Thai food in more urban coastal areas, it might disappoint. read more

Best Thai food I have EVER had. They have the greatest spring rolls and the Massaman curry dish was amazing. Level 3 was pretty spicy to me. It had a kick but wasn't too much to where you couldn't enjoy the food. Service was quick when I ate there and when I called for a pickup order! Waiters are very friendly and attentive. The explanation was we are busy. 1/3 of the tables were empty. 2 other take away orders standing with us an hour on one and 20 min on the other. Both told 20 min. My wife, daughter and I went for lunch. There was a sign posted that masks were required. I was going to ask for one to comply. Older white lady comes out as we're waiting patiently and points at me and says "you need to put a mask on". I said "I know but didn't bring one, can I get one please." She said "no, that's your responsibility. You can't be here." Meanwhile she's at a table delivering food to two people without masks. There is no mask mandate; statewide, city or county. If you want me to patronize your business you need to provide the mask. AND ask nicely. My 12 y/o daughter (who had a mask) said, she was rude. First time I ever stepped foot in there.
