I love coming to this place, always good food, always good quality, place is clean. Yesterday I went in and ordered a double protein bowl with the new Adobo BBQ steak and the Cholula chicken. As always, the Chiluba chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked. But once I got to the Ancho BBQ steak, 90%+ of the pieces were black, crispy and burnt. The flavor of the pieces that weren't burnt were amazing very tasty. But very disappointed with the fact that I was given almost an entire portion on burnt steak. I understand maybe having a little char on it for flavor, but this was beyond char, this was thick black burnt steak. read more

Ordered chips and queso for $5.99 and the bowl was literally half way full. Luckily was at the store dining in and I took it back and they filled it up. If I were to have gotten home and opened that I would have been so mad. Not sure who thought that was the right portion, but that would never cut it. read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Chips and queso - half way empty. $5.99 no way - Mexican Near Me - Howell, Michigan

Honestly...it's really fancy fast food and a chain, however, this location was exceptional. Super friendly staff...great overall service! Worth it to drop-in if you just want something on the quick! read more

Decent food and service, but portions vary widely. I have literally had bowls that are half the size of other bowls that I've purchased from the same store. They need to get some consistency in their portion sizes. read more

Delivered the most disgusting, vomit looking nachos Ive ever seen. Oh, got it, additional thoughts, its additonally looked like vomit, did I mention that? read more

The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, have returned multiple times and i have just been treated so poorly every time. I have gotten incorrect food from the drive through so many times and have been blamed for it just as much. I have been glared at and hardly spoke to numerous times. this is not somewhere i will be returning. read more

Good food. BUT the blonde hair manager blamed us for breaking the credit card reader, even though I had just walked up to the check out and the cash register unplugged right in front of my face. She was very rude to my group and I about the whole thing and handled it very irresponsibly. read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - hello??? my boyfriend ordered me tacos but i got a dumpling instead?? was someone that lazy to grab another scoop of pulled pork??? - Mexican Near Me - Howell, Michigan

So let me preface this by saying that I am a first responder and I understand that this virus is making everyone's life hell. So I try to go into the restaurant and both doors were locked which was a surprise to me because I was at a different restaurant in Livonia Michigan and you could walk in, so I called the phone number to place a carry out order I also had a question about a birthday reward that I have not gotten and the person that answered the phone, the pre-pubescent bastard mocked me to his coworkers and manager and called me a fucking jerk! I wasn't being a jerk like! I was asking a simple question and maybe he should ask himself a question next time he treats a customer like that he might want to press the hold button on his phone first! I heard the entire conversation exactly what he said and I will be calling His manager, the franchise owner, and corporate! These are the people that want $15 an hour? What ever! read more

Been going to this place for years now, always a good choice. I had an injured knee and the worker gave me extra cheese and beans and meat. And extra chips. On my birthday, a free brownie/ cookie. The workers are always kind and patient. Highly recommend this establishment. read more

I used qdoba to cater my son's second birthday. I was very please with the service, only $25 for a delivery and set up, includes plates serving setting, warmers and pans stands. The food was a huge hit and totally worth the price. I order food for 45 ppl and had well over 70 come with food to spare. read more

Every time time we've gone here, they get the order wrong almost every-time. And we were frequent eaters at the Howell one since we live across the street. But with them getting every order wrong between only 2 of us, it's annoying. read more

I've tried to call the store twice about my nachos not having any beef in them. They either couldn't hear me or acted like couldn't, hence the review. I've never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect with an online order. I looked top to bottom in the bag and couldn't find the protein anywhere. My son had a burrito. He said his was really good besides being cold. The nachos were really good. Just wish I had the ground beef. read more

Last 2 times i get home with my order and it's missing half of what I ordered in my bowl. Since they went to drive thru only it's been really bad like they just don't care. I'll never waste my money there again. read more

Great food and service, the kid with the red hair and braces is amazing, he's fast, polite, and a great advocate for Qudoba's products. His energy and passion definitely deserve to be recognized by management. read more

Serious quality control issues. Didn't get requested items (salsa and guacamole), but the worst part was the steak, couldn't even chew it, had to throw it out. They have to know the meat should t be sold. Will never go back read more

Come here often and always get great service. The food is amazing and is made fast. Never had a bad experience here.

Me and my boys were hankering for a hearty meal and good god this place did not disappoint. The place was very clean and the staff was well versed in their burrito constructing ways. I'm an honest guy who likes a little crunch in my life, and the employee must've seen that in my eyes, I got the HOOK UP with the tortilla strips. No complaints, never such a thing as too much of a good thing here. Except for the farts from all the beans... ;) lol!!!1 read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - mMmmmm so good hahaha - Mexican Near Me - Howell, Michigan

I'm very upset with this location. We had ordered dinner for a family of 5 through drive-through and almost every item was messed up. We had to have the taco salad remade, the 3 steak tacos and the 3 soft shell chicken. When I got home, I went to eat my chicken tacos to find that my tacos had NO chicken. I called the location to explain what happened, and long story short...WE WERE BLAMED FOR THE MISTAKE. Not the employees. They said "there is nothing we can do to fix the situation, you should of watched us make it and tell us the chicken was missing." IM SORRY WHAT?! This location has given us problems before with our meals, this location is terrible. Do not go here. Do yourself a favor and go to the location in Brighton instead. read more

Staff was very friendly and fast with my order. Gentleman even asked if I wanted a smiley face or a star drawn on my to go container which of course made me smile (wasn't having the best day). Little things like that add that +1 to my experience. Thank you! read more

If you've been to a Qdoba, then you get the basic premise/ concept/ execution of Howell's Qdoba. That said, I must say that the staff are incredibly friendly, consistently get orders 100% on the money, and the food is always warm/ good. Additionally, unlike some locations a few miles up/down I-96, it's always well-kept and clean whenever I've been in the store. I do wish they allowed online ordering like other stores, but the drive-thru window is a nice consolation prize for when you're in a hurry. read more

Food is always good, but each time I've gone there recently they've barely given me any food. Like if I ask for extra rice, can I please get more not less!! I guess I'll just stick with chipotle from now on. read more

Love this place. With the comfortable atmosphere along with great food, for ten dollars a person you can't go wrong. (They even have guac that isn't extra!) The service was the sweetest, and with informative attitudes that made you feel like you where in the kitchen with family again. Since the bowls are so limitless you can't go wrong with the (tender and flavorful) chicken with the cheesy and warm queso, if your a person watching what goes in your body as far as calories, carbs, and sugar, the staff and restaurant itself lets you customize what amount of each ingredient you have, best of all soft drinks aren't a ridiculous price either. I'd come back here in a heartbeat. If your craving Mexican grill food, skip the chipotle and come to Qdoba. read more

I've been going to qdoba for years and love it, but this location has very poor service and has ruined it a lot for me. Just went today and it was pretty empty. No line, nobody behind us and we were very rushed by a younger blonde lady with glasses. I keep giving this location another chance hoping that the service will be different and it's always the same thing. Will not be coming back to this one again. read more

Reliable and a great road option. Burritos are always a great healthy food choice and work well while in the car.

Placed an order online for pick up and they didn't put cheese on the quesadilla, just pico de gallo and a tortilla. When I called the very rude girl proceeded to say she remembers putting cheese on it. Why argue with the customer whose daughter didn't get to eat lunch. Never going there again!! read more

I'm here about once a week. Usually for Wednesday burrito night. Can't beat a huge burrito bowl and a soda (yes I'm not originally from MI, I know you guys call it pop :P) for $6. It's always packed on Wednesdays. I've even had to park in the Meijer parking lot a few times. Someone said they reuse day old product... I've never seen that, in fact they're almost always bringing out freshly cooked trays of ingredients to replenish the line. Maybe it's because I always go there for burrito night and the place is packed??? Either way, the times I've been there, I've been happy with the food and service. The only thing that can be a drag is the line up that forms at the soda machine. read more

I've been to this location a few times and the service is hit or miss. The female workers with glasses are always rude and punchy, while the other female workers and male workers work hard and greet you with a smile. On more than one occasion, I have been made to think that I was a problem for coming in and ordering food by the female employees with glasses. The product is always consistent and I have never had any problems with the quality of food at this Qdoba location. The place just needs a few staffing changes to make it top notch. read more

I just went through the drive-through and ordered a burrito with impossible meat cauliflower instead of rice which was an up charge which is fine then black beans. The employee then read back those ingredients and asked if I wanted anything else and I said yes corn salsa a little sour cream and cheese and a little queso so she said OK pull ahead and I will give you your order. I pull ahead and pay for my burrito that was $11 and drive away as I'm eating my burrito I realize there is no cheese no sour cream no corn salsa so I paid $11 for a burrito that had beans impossible meat and cauliflower in it. It's really hard not to be annoyed and confused and come off rude when I say what the hell are you doing when you're taking my order and you're making my burrito you're just not putting over half the shit that I asked for in it?! I am beyond annoyed that I paid $11 and some change for that. And of course by the time I realized all those things were missing I'm on the highway and I don't have time to turn around it's just a complete inconvenience that employee needs to pay more attention or that team needs to work better together because that's just ridiculous. Because you had no problem making sure I was rang up and charged properly so maybe pay more attention to actually making the customers food correctly especially in a time like this people don't just have money to be wasting on poorly and incorrect made food get your shit together. I will NEVER come here again. read more

This was my first AND last order via the app and most likely my last visit to this restaurant. I placed the order via the app which worked okay. The app did not denote cashier or drive thru for pick up. I entered the drive thru to help expedite and as a convenience for me. The store manager Ashley ( found by asking other employees later) rudely and briefly denoted they do not service online orders via the drive thru. I entered the restaurant as directed and asked Ashley why is that. She irritatedly denoted "they just don't do that". I pressed on and she denoted that "most stores do not have a drive thru and if there are people ordering, it would slow down my online purchase". I questioned her reasoning since this store, one, had a drive thru and two, I was the only one in said drive thru. Ashley them ordered another employee to "finish this up" and waved her hand toward me to dismiss my questions and note she was done dealing with me. I asked if ignoring customers is the way this store or Qdoba operates? She did not reply or even look in my direction. I asked for her name and received the same. A different team member told me her name was Ashley. This is a ridiculous way to treat customers. I wrote Qdoba to inform them of this. As well, the store did not prepare my food as instructed and the the burritos had to be eaten on a plate with a fork as the employees ripped through the tortilla shells preparing. read more

The staff is friendly and the chicken nachos are delicious. The menu has few options, but I have sampled nearly the entire menu and it is all good. My family and I have eaten at this location before and until tonight my experience was unpleasant. As my son proceeded with his order first, the young lady aggressively threw food on his tortilla. I get this is a fast food chain but there was nobody behind us as I felt rushed to proceed with my order as well. The brown rice was almost empty and the young lady asked if I'd like new rice, I said yes. As I approached the meat to create my burrito I wanted chicken but the chicken pan was almost empty and it looked dry and burnt. So I ordered beef brisket, which was good. When paying for our order I had reminded the young lady she had forgotten to put the rice in my burrito. She unrolled it and added the rice. As we sat down to eat I could not even pick it up, it was so wet and sloppy. I tried to eat it with a fork and knife but I kept cutting into the foil it was wrapped in and quite frankly it was ridiculous. I had went up to the young ladies and asked if I could just get a new tortilla. She said she would have to make a new one since it was cut into. I said that wasn't necessary I just cant eat it and I would just like a new tortilla. Another young lady heated a new tortilla without hesitation and dumped and rolled me a new tortilla at my table. She was irritated and claimed this isn't the way they do things. So my question is, why did she do it?!?! If she was persistent about the rules and regulations of the company, i wouldn't of object of a new burrito. During this time they were training another young lady. Not good ladies, it looks like your the ones that need to be trained. I definitely won't be back. read more
