The bread is top notch for sure! Mac and cheese was great! After going in and waiting in line the cashier was apologetic and grabbed the manager for me to help resolve my issue. He was quick to offer a solution(waiving both my correct order and the other one I got charged for) and even gave me a few tokens for a free scoop on my next visit. Will definitely be back, and while it was an inconvenience to have to go in person and stand in line, the situation was handled appropriately with outstanding customer service. The burger was burnt, barely had any meat on it, and the onion rings were insanely salty. Definitely not what I expected, especially for the price. The food tasted rushed and overcooked. I live in novi and I got home to find zero sauce packets in my box, even though the label on top says I ordered them. So now I get to eat my food sauce-less and I guess I'll have to check every time now. I do not think I've ever been so disappointed over something so minuscule in my life, but I find it hard to believe they can't read the dang label on the box and double check it before closing it up and handing it over. I was the only one in line. There were 4 cars in the entire parking lot. I shouldn't have to double check my order after them when it's a simple order that I don't even modify, and it's that dang slow. 3 stars cause I can't really dock that many over something like this but man am I so disappointed with this store today cause i don't live as locally as I used to, and yet I still prefer this location.
