Terrible food. Really disappointed with my experience at Culver's. I ordered a Mushroom & Swiss and it was awful . The burger was burnt, barely had any meat on it, and the onion rings were insanely salty. Definitely not what I expected, especially for the price. The food tasted rushed and overcooked. Food/service: 5/5 BUT... I am not a fan that they added Mayo to the chicken sandwiches, and yet the staff only asks if lettuce tomato and pickle are okay. Yeah, I love those! I don't love surprise Mayo. But now that I know it comes on the sandwich, I'll ask for it without from now on. The last couple times I went it also had Mayo but the website was not yet updated to say it comes on it, so I thought maybe the staff was just messing it up. But I was wrong, and that's okay. I know for future orders now that the staff is doing their job correctly and I just have to ask for it to be without. That all being said, my chicken was delicious, my fries extra crispy as asked for, and my drink correct. Wish they gave a few more pickles on the sandwich but that's just how I like my sandwiches lol. Ambiance: 5/5 Standard drive thru experience for me. The waits were a little higher today, but I did go during peak lunch time rush so I'm not complaining, since my food came out perfect and was worth the wait. read more

Sadly I had one person in front of me at the drive through. It took over 30min to get my order. After driving home to Milford, I only had one out of two meals that o paid for. All they do was write my name and number in the office so they can make me what I paid for if I ever come back. Sucked watching my husband eat his dinner while I ate nothing! Nice little place with nice areas for seating. Very friendly staff and very clean restaurant. Order at counter and staff brings ur food. The Butterburger with bacon and fries were very good. It did take a while to get our meal so if in a hurry u may want to go in none peak times. read more

Ordered 2 deluxe burgers one in a basket one not. Ordered a pot roast with no bun and a molt. They delivered the basket and molt. We waited and waited. I finally went to counter and asked if they were going to deliver the rest? They had no idea. They said sorry and it would be right out. I was almost done with my meal when I went back to the counter when they were coming out. They delivered but no fork for the post roast. When we eat out it's nice to all eat at the same time. Ok ok I know we have all been to Culver's before but this location is the best. They are so nice and so fast with your order. The drive through always goes so fast and if you go inside the place is so clean. The custard is sooo good and I love the fries and cheese curds. Great food for a great price. read more

Only gave me 2 napkins for 2 people but when I go by myself they give me half of the inventory had to use the actual bag as a napkin. This is horrible but the food was good. Hopefully you guys understand where I am coming from thank you I will still get food from here in the future read more

Ordered Southwest Salad. Got no dressing. Chicken was spongy. There was feta cheese on it. Last time I looked Feta cheese was Mediterranean. The only thing that was Southwest was the tortilla strips and avocado. Truly disappointing. It sucked. read more

Very very slow service for a fast food restaurant. I have been to this location several times and each time have been disappointed with the quality of service. The staff don't ask the typical appropriate questions that one would expect them to. They frequently for get to give you sauce for the meal. Food was fine I just thought it was strange that I get coupons in the mail from Culvers and they say that they will not honor them since they do not state Brighton Culvers on them. I live in Brighton and received the coupons at my home address so how was I supposed to know and are they that cheap that they do not want to honor a coupon? Maybe they think I am cheap because I wanted to use a Culvers coupon? In my opinion, they should be like Texas Roadhouse who honors any Texas Roadhouse coupon even if it came from a different state. read more

First time at this location and was very pleased. Excellent service, friendly staff. Food orders were correct and prompt. We went as a family with our 3 and 5 year olds, but didn't see many other kids there. There were mostly older couples, but no one seemed to be bothered. Will definitely return to enjoy the flavor of the day again! read more

We love Culvers normally but this Culvers has never gotten an order right in the many times we've ordered...Brighton Culvers always gets it right. We thought it was because this Green Oaks location was new that they were having problems. Again I am praising an establishment without photo proof because I was hungry and the food was delicious! My battery was dead also preventing me from photographing my food, once again! ( I hope I don't get booted out of Yelp!) Using precautions (unfortunately other customers do not), family chose to dine in a half an hour before closing. I was sick and tired of burgers do I hesitated on what to order. I promise to update this review after I make sure I got the cashier's name correctly! If you read this, let me know too please. I want you to get all the credit. Without twisting my arm (at a safe distance mind you) Erik ( forgive me! I'll find out ASAP if I can) suggested that I looked like a Reuben type of guy. I am! With mashed potatoes and chicken gravy and a diet( delicious!!!) root beer, that first bite blew me away. So fresh and different from my usual fast food love meals. Even the mashed potatoes which I usually get with my dinner order was exceptional Thursday night. The inside closed at 8 pm sharp but the driver threw is until 10 pm. Free refills!!
