The flavors and quality are consistent between the two stores. All my favorite flavors were at the Brighton location too - blueberry muffin, butter pecan, and Vietnamese cinnamon! The staff are also friendly and efficient across locations. They are quick to move long lines along fast while providing great customer service. There is a casual ambiance and seating inside though most folks seem to take their ice cream to enjoy downtown near the Mill Pond or outside seating. Will defs be back!

I would recommend stopping by if you're craving a sweet treat. I just happened to be in this area…read moreand driving by here made me curious. I decided to get the "mud cup" of frozen chocolate yogurt, oreo and gummy worms. The gummy worms were not pleasant to chew but that may be the nature of adding them to ice cream. The ice cream isn't obviously as rich as gelato or something, it's soft-serve and it's about what I expected. I'd try something from here again. The portion size was actually absurdly large and I'm not sure if I could've asked for a smaller size because that's way too much ice cream for one person. So that's something to consider, but even though there was a constant stream of people, I got to order pretty quickly and had a seat on the bench while I waited a couple of minutes for mine. The people working were very nice. Additionally, it had tons of "outdoorsy" seating like benches and things like that. Lots of people sitting or watching their little kids run around. Cute family area.

AMBIANCE - came out at around 9pm on a Thursday, so it wasn't all that busy. As we parked in the back, it looks like they had set up some halloween decorations and hay stacks for people to sit on and take pictures. There is also covered seating right next to where you order. SERVICE - the teenager helping us was very friendly, and willing to endure the many questions we had about the menu. Believe me, there were A LOT of questions. MENU - this place had TONS of choices. from smoothies and soft serve, to scoops and parfaits, they had a whole selection of "specials" which look like diabetes....delicious diabetes. My one knock on the menu is there were no prices anywhere, so when we were getting rung up, it was a surprise for us. FOOD - We debated doing a biscoff sundae as well, but gotta keep it tight for swimsuit season. The person working there said they were most well known for their viral "Dubai Taco" which was a choco taco with pistachio, chocolate sauce and strawberries. However, we ended up doing a cinnamon roll sundae. The cinnamon roll was not home made, but they did warm it up which made it that much better. OVERALL - I don't know who Dan is, but I appreciate his Dairy products. Maybe next time we will be a little more adventurous, but certainly was not disappointed with our experience. CELEBRITY RATING - Dairy Dan of course

After sampling several flavors, I ended up getting a scoop of their "Fat Elvis" (banana ice cream all shook up with a salty peanut butter ripple and rich chocolate chips) and a scoop of their "Belgium Daydream" (buttermilk waffle ice cream packed with Belgium waffle bites and ribbons of brown sugar maple goodness). As you can see, they have unique flavors versus other ice cream joints I have been to in Metro Detroit and equally unique names for their ice cream with unique spins on some of the names. Nice! Staff is very friendly where there were four people behind the counter on the Saturday evening I was there ensuring fast service and minimal wait time to get your ice cream. The facility was very bight and very clean with a limited number of tables for indoor dining. Overall, a great place to go for a tasty treat. Reasonable prices and high quality premium ice cream is a hard combination to beat. As a tip, While there you should consider getting their 5 scoop sampler platter which is unique to this business. This will give you a greater sample of their ice cream at the very reasonable price of $12 and an enjoyable way of sharing with your significant other!
