Normally I think this place is better than other locations. I always order one of their online exclusive boxes through the app. I always ask for sauces in the app. Never have I been screwed out of sauces. Usually they give me so many extras that I end up throwing them away. Today, I got none. I haven't had to check my order, let alone for for sauces, ever. I live in novi and I got home to find zero sauce packets in my box, even though the label on top says I ordered them. So now I get to eat my food sauce-less and I guess I'll have to check every time now. I do not think I've ever been so disappointed over something so minuscule in my life, but I find it hard to believe they can't read the dang label on the box and double check it before closing it up and handing it over. I was the only one in line. There were 4 cars in the entire parking lot. This is the only Taco Bell in the entire area. Knowing that you'd think they'd get their stuff together and be more efficient. It's super normal to come here and wait in line for 20+ minutes. Unfortunately once you're in a certain point, you're stuck and can't get out of the drive thru. Their inside isn't open with COVID. Well, it's open very ocassionally. Next, I'm disappointed with TB in general for their lack of menu. They got rid of some of the best stuff. Anyway, this location always skimps you on so much. Chips and cheese, you never know if you'll get shorted on either. Not to mention the mass amount of crumbs you may get. This location started off really strong but has nosedived with each passing visit. At peak hours when the drive-thru line is 8+ deep you'll be lucky to get through the line in 20 minutes. With that in mind, once you enter the labyrinth of the drive-thru you may not leave until you run the gamut entirely, hoping they didn't forget part of your order. If you're in a hurry and the line reaches back to where the drive-thru lane begins, park and go-in, that's my advice.
