Let me say right off the bat that this is fast food and to expect anything different from this is just wrong. BK has just changed up the Whopper recipe to make it more appealing, it's been a good while since i've had one so i decided to try one for myself. I ordered through the mobile app so it made it a super easy process, just make your selection and pay, drive up and give them your name. The burger was what i remember the Whopper to be, but in my case the burger was a little bit dry, but everything else was fresh and delicious for BK. And if i were to order one again i'd probably go with a double whopper, because one patty simply wasn't enough to work with the other ingredients, so lesson learned for me. read more

Since all of the reviews are total BS, here are my thoughts, as seemingly the only person who has actually worked fast food and knows how grueling a job it is (why do you expect the exhausted teenager getting paid one sandwich an hour to smile at you all the time?) I frequent this Burger King a ton, usually after work around 9pm, and the service is great! The employees are polite, even friendly once I became a semi-regular. I have also gone earlier in the day, and have received similar fair treatment. I have a pretty small order, so I can't speak to their accuracy with large orders, but they've never forgotten any of my food. I have also never had a sandwich that was poorly prepared for fast food standards. My one critique is that the timing is not great, at least around the midday period. I had 3 cars ahead of me and waited for...20-30 minutes? Possibly just a bad day, understaffed or whatnot, but if you're on a time crunch I'd say head inside or have a plan for a long wait. read more

The same lady at the drive through is always courteous and respectful of customers. And she always welcomes customers wholeheartedly. I have come here many times at early hours, and she is always at her best. She doesn't argue with you and no attitude issue but she is always trying to be helpful. read more

Well, the image says it all. My wife and I tried the Impossible Whopper meals at the Howell Burger King and this is what I got. I will say that I do enjoy a good whopper and they normally come full of condiments (lettuce, tomato, onion). As you can see, this was pretty sorry so I don't believe it was the "Impossible meat" that was sad, just the preparation. On top of this, these are really expensive burgers. Thus, they should warrant a little extra. Maybe better to try the Brighton location?! read more

Me and my son went to Burger King the food was excellent! I got a whopper and my son got a bacon cheeseburger the meat had so much flavor I loved it and my son loved it too he's a Burger King fan I was just a little disappointed of our drinks I asked for a Sprite water and a Coke instead they gave us a Dr Pepper and two sprites and we ordered a Oreo shake to the Oreo shake didn't taste that good it just tasted like milk chocolate and whip cream on the top but after all the food was good. read more

Ok, my Burger King friends... The food here is good and the service is good too... Today I decided to dine-in and work from my laptop. First thing I noticed is, they have free internet, always a plus!! I use a VPN to keep my passwords from being skimmed by prying eyes and keep my data secure. We all know these type of "Open Wi-Fi" sites are so easily hacked and your data is always at risk. Imagine my surprise to find Burger Kings Wifi has the VPN ports blocked so you are forced to put your passwords unencrypted thru their router. Bad, bad, bad... Burger King, you get a Zero for your WiFi access. It may be good for kids to use, but not anyone who cares about privacy! But hay... The food is good and the people are nice! read more

I stopped to pick up takeout for my family on a Tuesday at 7:30 PM and the dinning room was closed so I was forced to go to the drive through which makes me cringe because rarely get what I ordered. I usually have better success when I go inside. Tonight, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a whopper, 2 medium onion rings with zesty sauce, and s small fry. They got the order correct based on the receipt, but did not put one of the chicken sandwiches in the bag. So, I drove back to the restaurant to go through the horrible drive through. I didn't want to argue over my missing sandwich so I ordered another chicken sandwich, medium onion rings, and zesty sauce. I had them read the order back to me to make sure the got the order right and he read it back correctly. After about a 20 minute (fast food?) wait I got to the window, I paid, and was handed a bag with a chicken sandwich, medium fries, and zesty sauce. Wrong again! When I explained to the kid working the window that this was the second time in an hour they gave me the wrong order he told me the computer said medium fries. The had me pull out and they brought out onion rings 5 minutes later while my sandwich was getting cold. I do not know what is going on there, but if the dinning room is closed I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

My husband and I wanted Burger King breakfast in Howell, MI. The website shows they open at 7:00 am but the restaurant says 9:00 am. So we waited the 15 mins for them to open. There was four cars in front of us and they took their order. We went to order to be told they are not open and it was 9:10 am at this point. So we left and I attempted to call twice to figure out why they told us they where not open and the phone just rang and no one answered it. That is completely unacceptable when you are considered an essential business and have customers wanting to enjoy your food. If that is how you treat people we will not be going back. read more

I really want to start out positive. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved our server Natalie. She was very nice and she entered our special orders correctly. She even put the condiments in our bag personally though the one putting it together would have if I asked there. I was very disappointed because two sandwiches had things put on there extra that I asked to have off. (Fairly it got busy). However the low score is because two of my family had to give up meals to feed the others. No time to go back and replace it due to work constrictions. These incompetent jackholes screwed my order up two days in a row, and five times since new years. The young-girl-who-acts-like-a-pretty-princess assistant manager who works window glares at customers, as do the majority of the young females who work there. They are unapologetic and act like they give a rats fanny about the customer. They must have better stuff to do than represent a professional image for their employer. I honestly felt like I was intruding on their little circle by even coming in to make a purchase! I returned the order they flubbed up today, after letting it go yesterday. The female asst manager has a really bad attitude. Rotten looks, you should have seen the non-verbal feedback when I requested they correct the order they screwed up twice in two days. Make sure you go in to eat. No matter what your gonna wait 20 minutes for your food, even if it's just a burger and a pop. There's usually at least one or two young, pretty girls working so if, like I said, you go inside to eat you at least have something to look at while you wait a half hour to eat. I've lived around the corner from this BK for over 25 years and can say that I've witnessed the decline of a once great establishment. On average a drive-thru order can take anywhere from 10-15 mins, sometimes longer! Aside from a very slow service, the employees making the burgers, shakes, etc are not the friendliest in the business and very often make mistakes on your orders. If I choose to eat at a Burger King I'll go to the Brighton location for prompt and courteous service. If your in no rush and like to be treated poorly then I recommend "Carrols" Burger King in Howell. read more
