They are fastand friendly and my hasbrown is almost always fresh outta the fryer, I dont mind waiting an extra 2 minutes if its nice and steamy. So I went to this location again and then I could give them a fifth chance but no waited at the drive-thru speaker kept saying hello hello follow me the girl gets on says how may I take your order so I ordered proceeded to pull forward there was a car in front of me to chatting with the person in the window you know they exchange the money did all that but just still sat there very frustrating people have things to do in this world but sitting there just chit-chatting and letting me sit there for another 5-10 minutes absolutely not pull forward called spoke with a manager said she didn't know nothing that was going on because she was up front that's poor management right there I will never ever come back to this McDonald's again read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. There is zero customer service management is absolutely horrendous. They just ripped off my wife $20. She handed them $40 The total was 2065 they gave her $.35 back in change she complained they gave her back $20.65 didn't give her food but she lost the other $19.35. She called the police in McDonald's corporate and we are waiting on an answer. Please do not do business here. I have had similar incidents at this McDonald's with the staff. This is the worst MD in the state. The prices are higher than other MD. They always seem to be slow and it is hard to order anything because the don't even know what is on the menu. It is only 1/2 mile from the house otherwise I would never stop there. I have drove up to 10 miles to go to another MD just so I don't have to go there. Do not use curbside pickup. Have tried it 4 times and my wait has been 30, 25, 40, and 15 minutes. Twice I had to call in to the store to see what the problem is. All during my wait you see the other cars coming and going through the drive thru. 3 times they used the excuse they were waiting for fresh fries Which of course is a total lie since all the cars were coming and going through the drive-thru. The fourth time they said the employee handling this gets confused between curbside and door dash pickups so my food was just sitting there. Shame on me for trying curb side this many times. I understand most McDonald's are extremely busy - especially in the mornings - so I won't rip hard on them. My only complaints are that the place is usually trashed and the morning shift is always very grumpy. I go out of my way (since I work fast food and understand the pain of gross customers) to throw away straw wrappers or to bring trays up to the counter for them. I just wish they weren't so stressed. I get the feeling only some of the staff work hard and the others slack, making the hard working staff angry. Otherwise, everything else is fine! :) read more

I've never had an unpleasant interaction with the staff--they've always been very friendly. unfortunately, they always seem woefully understaffed in the morning and service can be painfully slow. They have well-water, so their fountain pops taste bad. Very poor customer service usually. They don't know how to say "Hi" or "Thank you". Also, there's some older lady who was working the drive thru who dropped my money/credit card on 3 occasions! I went there to get food and I ordered a happy meal for my niece and I asked for apple juice with it and when I got back to my car I realized I didn't have it so I go back in and nobody was there anymore. I did check and they did charge me for it, but I never got it. Also I asked a meal for the mushroom and Swiss and i only got the sandwich and only got charged for the sandwich, so I had to order fries and a drink separate. I ordered my food despite the fact that the guy taking the order was very rude and seems more than unhappy that I pulled up, Yet my order was simple, #3, No ketchup but heavy onion and pickles. I waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes while cars behind me backed up. The guy was attending all dine in before me (as it looked like) and when I finally got my food there was no apology for how long I was waiting but he just handed my food. Don't go here, they sold me 2 rotten salads yesterday 12-24-18 salads that had expired the day before and there were even stickers that had sell by date of 12-23-18. They were brown. Also when I did order them I pulled into the left drive-thru and nobody ever said anything on the speaker and I even said hello several times. Anyway I backed out and went thru the right drive-thru because another customer had just pulled away. I gave my order and was told to pull up to the second window and then nobody came to take my money, so after waiting about four minutes and seeing several people walking by I honked the horn, paid for my order, drove home and they salads were rotten. I was literrally kicked out when I was about to order for my children because I had a drink on my hands and I was told that drinks from outside are not allowed into their establishment.
