I gave this place only one star out of necessity. I usually look forward to having breakfast at McDonald's when I'm on the road for an extended period. However this one really let me down. When I asked the cashier for ketchup and jelly for my breakfast meal, she looked at me as though she didn't understand what I was saying. I presume that that was because there was none at the at the counter where she was standing, so she actually had to turn around and take a few steps back to a different area to get the jelly and ketchup. I thanked her and she still looked visibly annoyed. I was confused as I'm paying money for the food. There was nothing given to me free so I don't understand what the annoyance was. Then as I got into my food, I discovered that my hash brown was lukewarm at best. It had clearly been sitting. My breakfast sandwich it was warm, but you could tell that it was just thrown together. Everything was just kind of hanging over the sides of the English muffin. I thought that I was going to have a great caramel frappe as well. I was highly disappointed to find out that their ice machine didn't quite freeze the actual frappe. It was mushy and mostly melted, so I definitely won't be back. I recommend that others steer clear of this drive-through or establishment as a whole. I really wish I had read the Yelp reviews prior to stopping. read more

I ordered an extra hash brown with my points and I didn't even get my hash brown!!! Service was fine but still, my hash brown please!

Despite being out of chocolate syrup and forgetting straws, I can't rate this place enough stars. I put in a DoorDash order for a burger and and it looks like pic one. So ya know, I decided to take advantage of the customizations and request only salt. I removed every other ingredient, then requested additional salt. If you've made it this far, congrats! Take a look at pic two.... That's my order. You see, my girl really wanted a chocolate shake so I called as soon as I submitted the order to special request it since it wasn't an option online. They were sadly out of chocolate syrup. But that's besides the point. Fast forward to about 15 minutes after I placed the order. I received a call from DoorDash and my driver asked me to please explain my burger. After coming to the consensus that I simply wanted "extra salt", I was a bit wary that my request would fall short. That brings us to photo number three. They included extra salt packets, but fulfilled my salty desire with a lovely package containing nothing except their meat seasoning (salt). Ordered through drive thru at 3:45 pm of a Friday. They were busy! Both order lanes 5 cars deep to order plus traffic paying and receiving orders. Fries were cold, cheeseburger was crunchy? Stopped by today via drive through and when approaching the pay window an older woman who was working was on her personal cell phone having a full on convo as I waited for her to see that I was waiting to pay. When she finally finished her call. She did not even look my way for a minute. I sitting there dumbfounded laughing to myself thinking am I being Punk'd? Placed a Mobile order and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes while 6 other cars in the other lane got helped before me. I drove up to the window to let them know I was picking up a Mobile order since nobody was helping me. I was told my order wasnt taken because I'm in a truck, I then asked for an explanation as that doesn't make much sense. the young snotty girl laughed at me and told me "because you're in a truck like I just said" I proceeded to ask to speak to manager and was denied multiple times as she hid behind the window laughing and mocking me. after a few more minutes she opened the window and told me to leave and have a blessed day and I asked again to speak to a manager or get a refund as the order was paid for 30 mins prior. I was told the manager is busy and will not be helping me and I can leave. Have you ever called customer service and the person who answered didn't understand a word you were saying? You had to say and restate what you were looking for so many times in that conversation. That's what their drive through is like. The people sound like they don't care at all about helping you and then they get everything wrong. There is always something missing or at times even added in. I had to wait for 10 minutes just to get someone to take my order and that was as the other lane was having their orders taken. I've spoken to management before and they've put my name on some magical list that is supposed to get me a free meal, but then it would take 15 more minutes to get someone to fix that by hey couldn't even remove a small fry because the computer wouldn't let them. He called for manager 3-4 times before I told him I would just but the silly fry. I know you may be saying that I shouldn't expect anything else from a McDonald's, but that's a cop out. Don't go there they sold me 2 rotten salads on Dec. 24, 2018 that were expired. The stickers clearly said service by the day before my purchase. They were brown. I stood there waiting for someone to help me (I refuse to use a kiosk and do all the work and you charge me the same for doing your job). Another customer came in and was ticked because she was told to pull forward and waited over 6 minutes for her food. First ladies response when she asked for a refund "ummm", second workers response "I didn't have a chance to run it out". First worker looks at me, "did you want to order something? Literally the worst McDs on the planet. Slow, wrong orders, and one time they had NO SODA!!! How is that possible?

I thought that after this store changed hands, it would get better in terms of cleanliness, quality of food, and accuracy of orders. McDonalds began advertising that your 1/4 pounder would be cooked fresh. That lasted about a month at this store and now they are back to the same old dried up burger. It's a crapshoot on what kind of fries you will receive and if they will be hot. The store is not keeping up on their cleanliness at not only the lobby stations but also the bathrooms, at least the mens room. This store has an order accuracy by my count of between 60-70%. I have been given cold fries, no fries, sugar coke when diet was requested, cold burgers quite often, no napkin in the bag, etc. I have never ever ordered without having to repeat something and often having to correct it at the window. The pros are that I have recieved an accurate order many times but it is very disappointing to get home and find out that my order was wrong. So there you have it, I home that they can improve. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and when I took a bite the hard dried out mushrooms almost broke a tooth. I immediately spit it out and went back to complain to the manager. They made me another one. But I watched them the whole time. The workers were wearing gloves but the man making my sandwich touched his co-workers back. There was food on the floor through out the restuaraunt. There was no napkins available at the self service station either.
