This updated review is well overdue , Since my last review in 2019. Qdoba has definitely stepped it up. Their bowls are plentiful, flavorful and pricing won't put a hole in your pocket. I made a online order for store pick up, and my order was ready by the time I got there (no wait at all). I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, with all the fixings, along with a large side of guac and chips. The chips were fresh out the fryer, hot and delicious. The guac was fresh and food was to die for . When we crave quick and delicious mexican fast food, a trip to Qdoba is always an option. The Myrtle ave location is the top of the list. The staff is welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable about the food they serve. They have chicken, beef and a vegetarian meat option that kicks "crumbled tofu" to the curb. Tacos, burritos and quesadillas are delicious but nothing beats the taco bowl. The crispy shell pairs well with the grilled chicken, cruchy veggies, black beans and other assorted toppings. They also feature seasonal options like lime habanero steak and mango salsa. The pickeled red onion, fresh cilatro and mango salsa is flavor bomb you won't forget. More guac? No problem, no extra charge unlike a similar restaurant chain that will not be named. Best thing about Qdoba, variety is key. You can always modify the flavor profile of the dishes. Wow! I know this is a chain restaurant similar to Chipotle but I don't think Qdoba gets the recognition it deserves because I've never really heard anyone say "Hey let's get Qdoba" Ironically this was first time going to Qdoba and I will certainly say it exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting anything special but this bowl was extremely generously portioned with free guac? Awesome! I had the 1/2 pulled pork and 1/2 steak and it was so good and juicy and tender along with the queso and all the fixings. Everything was fresh and delicious. I did a pickup order and customer service was very good and I didn't even expect my bowl to be that massive, it was enough for 2-3 people. I shared with my family and they also loved it. I can't believe I haven't tried them sooner. Their guac is definitely better than others and the queso is just so good. This might actually be the best Qdoba I've ever been to & I am a huge Qdoba gal! I recently started working nearby & was absolutely starving for lunch. I saw on the Qdoba app that there was a location not too far away so decided to mobile order! Sometimes I get scared to mobile order because it's never ready on time. I ordered the surf n turf & made my way over. Life saver that there's a parking lot! I ran in and the space is pretty big! There were a lot of people dining in & it was super clean! The girl behind the counter greeted me - she was so positive & had a huge smile on her face (which you don't see often haha) and had my food ready right away! Now as for my bowl, it was jam packed! Qdoba over Chipotle any day of the week. I am OBSESSED with this place... unlike chipotle , I don't feel violently sick after having a burrito bowl. Prices are similar to other Mexican fast food but what puts qdoba over the top is their FREE guacamole and FREE Queso ! No more paying 5$ extra for guac & a splash of cheese here ! The online ordering is extremely fast which is a plus for me . Must try: Build your own burrito bowl with seasoned rice , beans , pickled onions , jalepenos , corn , Queso and guac and a boat load of salsa . Did I mention they have spicy Queso as well? Prime location on Bushwick. Easy to get too near the train. It's like chipotle but it cost a little less which is great in my book. I prefer qdoba. I like their chicken protein bowl it's my go to. The food is usually good but sometimes it doesn't come out right because of a new employee or whatever the case may be. I usually get food from here when I'm at work. They have brownies and cookies at well. I like to heat up their brownies. They have small bowls too they're a few dollars cheaper. You can buy those for a kid or for you if you're not that hungry. Holy Christ, who do I need to harass to get a Qdoba in the Bronx - preferably Riverdale? When I worked in Rockland County I loved the Nanuet location. Once I stopped working over there the two locations in Westchester (Tarrytown and Yonkers) closed, and much to my disgust Qdoba really is not a thing in the city. Qdoba, in my opinion, blows Chipotle out of the water and should be more common! I had seen that this one had opened up in Brooklyn and couldn't justify making the trek out here - until I was going to a concert at the Elsewhere. Experience today was horrible. Ordered via Uber eats because today is a holiday and of course who would want to leave their home in this cold. Order sent an alert saying delivery food was 2 min away so I went down stairs when it said go meet Jose at the door. He was no where to be found. I'm in my boxers so I couldn't look very far to see where he was. Uber location changed and showed he is now 4 blocks away. I continue to wait. I get a call from my gf saying she can see him walking the wrong direction. I tried calling on the app and it didn't go thru. U would assume he would be smart enough to call if he was lost. He finally gets to the door walking his bike instead of riding it. No delivery bag, just food in his hands. So basically he got 1 star and no tip because he clearly didn't care enough about his job to at least protect the food from the weather Now to the food. Of course it's freezing because of jose but I can't be mad at the restaurant for that. I can be mad at them for not reading any instructions and missing food. Maybe Jose took it and put it in his lil back pack thAt he had but maybe if they staple or seal the bag that couldn't happen. I doubt it though cause whoever prepared the food didn't seem like they cared anyway. I asked for certain items on the side and of course they didn't listen. Now I have to heat up my lettuce in the microwave because I can't enjoy my food hot due to Jose. Ohhhhh I also forget to mention. He couldn't even keeep the bag up right. I haven't been to a Qdoba in a while because I haven't lived near one until I moved closer to this area in Brooklyn and decided to order at the counter. I love the variety of topping options - they made my customized steak bowl look colorful and healthy. The team members were really kind, and my order tasted great. I did Qdoba catering for a small party and everyone I met from placing the order, to the in-store pick up (FYI: they do offer delivery) was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and catering was great since all my guests could remix their own dishes. We did quesadillas, tacos, fajitas, bowls and so on. Catering for 25 costs $391. I can't believe I paid $16 for a burrito (they charge $4 delivery fee plus tax and tip!) and it's awful. Where's the pico de Gallo or salsa? Can't find any. So I have a dry flavorless burrito. They don't even give you any on the side so I have to resort to using old Taco Bell sauce packets. Never ordering from here again. read more

This is my second time coming here. The food is good and compared to Chipotle I think we have a winner. Qdoba offers way more toppings and they don't charges you for guacamole. I got a lot of food for $8.69. Major bonus points here. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with endless toppings with a side of tortilla. Here they don't skimp on anything.
