Came here on a Sunday afternoon to grab lunch. The place was empty. The staff working was very kind and helpful because I never been here before so they explained all my options to me, which I appreciated. The amount of food was plenty - generous servings, however, the food itself was just okay. I didn't feel like anything stood out as being really good. It wasn't bad but I just don't see myself running back to eat there again. read more

I've ordered from this Qdoba location several times through Uber Eats mainly because it's very convenient and close to my work. Overall, it's a bit of a hit or miss. The flavors are really good and when the order is right, I genuinely enjoy it....That said, I've had multiple issues with consistency. The rice tends to be overly salty, which I've noticed at more than one location. I've also had orders where toppings were missing, added when I didn't request them, or drinks were completely forgotten, for example, today I ordered a custom bowl and did not request tortilla chips, yet they were added to my bowl anyway lol Because of the inconsistency, I'm giving it a 3.5. The food has great potential and tastes good, but accuracy and consistency need improvement read more

I enjoyed my experience at this location. It had been over a decade since I stopped at a Qdoba but I was pleasantly surprised. I stopped in shortly after they opened but all the food looked fresh and the seating area was nice and clean. They had a good pace while still being patient as you make your selections. The food could've been more flavorful which really impacted my experience but overall I'll go back again. read more

Went here for the first time and absolutely loved it. That steak was seasoned to perfection, so was the rice. The other toppings I decided to just add just try them on and they were also delicious. I know there's many other Mexican restaurants restaurants in the nearby area. But I can't lie. This was pretty good and I would come back. read more

I had to download yelp to write this review. I have Ordered with Uber eats twice now. I have never called a restaurant and complimented them before and that was my first order. overall 10/10 amazing experience especially coming from someone who goes to chipotle very often. This location outshines all the burrito places I've been too. The quality of food is perfect and staff is very kind and friendly. If you haven't been here, I suggest you do so because honestly. I can't stop ordering more. Second time I ordered another perfect experience, quality of ingredients especially in this queso. Hits the spot and I'm glad to have this on my mind if I ever want a amazing experience. I'm gonna delete this app now since I doubt another restaurant can make me write a review. Especially on how good my experiences have been at this one. Thank you. Adam z read more

You just cannot go wrong with Qdoba! This location is easy to see right off state route 434 and the service is great

Used to visit this place all of the time. At least 5 times a month. Food was always good. But the past year or so I've stopped going because wevs gotten a lot less meat and the seasoning is not what it was. The last time I went, I ordered double meat and I still took 4 bites out of my bowl before I tasted chicken. Even then it was stringy. One of the best things Qdoba had going for it was the chips and queso was superior to Chipotle and other places. When we got it this time the chips were stail. And this was during lunch time. Unfortunately, I got to say goodbye forever to Qdoba. There are too many other options out there for me to settle for low quality food. read more

This is was my first time trying Qdoba and I ordered for lunch and picked up a chicken bowl. I was not expecting the results, and I have to say it was really good. I like that you can get many options and not have to pay extra to add queso or guacamole! I added chips and it was a bag full. My bowl was full and I had leftovers. Will definitely recommend for a quick bite! read more

Extraordinarily mediocre food. I won't eat there again. Even Taco Bell is better. How can you serve poor nachos?

Not a bad mix up from all of the other basic tex/mex places. Same concepts as Chipotle. Nothing to really brag about 3 tacos with lettuce steak[2] and chicken. The quacomole was pretty good the rest of the stuff was nothing to bring about. read more

Recently just started going to Qdoba after a very long hiatus. It's just that I run into more Moes and Chipotles, so I swing in to those for convenience.. So it's not you Qdoba, it's ME! Got the BURRITO BOWL - Grilled Steak, Cilantro Rice, Black Beans, 3-Cheese Queso, Pico de Gallo, Fiery Habanero, Cheese, Grilled Fajita Peppers, Lettuce, and Sour Cream I believe I'm just missing the kitchen sink, lol Steak was seasoned well, and the combined efforts of all the toppings made every bite amazing. I especially liked how the fiery habanero I could actually taste the heat! Muy Caliente y Delicioso! read more

Staff and "manager" we so rude! We asked for quesadillas and they didn't even put cheese on it. I had the chicken burrito for lunch today from Qdoba. I had it wrapped with their whole wheat tortilla with black beans, rice, a little guacamole and pico de gallo. It was huge. I am so full that I won't be hungry for awhile. It reminded me of Chipotle's chicken burrito how it feels you to the brim. Look no further if you like a satisfying burrito that will keep you full most of the day. All the ingredients tasted fresh in there too. read more

Good food, seems fresh. Service was just okay; I ordered the steak and she only put a half scoop on my burrito (like 8 pieces total), but that's the first time that's happened at this location so I figured I just got a crabby employee. Otherwise it's good. Ambiance is very Chipotle-ish. read more

First things first amazing staff. Everyone is so nice and you can tell it's genuine. They have so many options to choose from it can be intimidating for your first time. Plus everything looks so good it's hard to choose. I went with a burrito on wheat since we just left the gym and I was trying to eat healthy, loaded up the toppings and dig in. It was extremely tasty and all the flavors were mixed in perfectly. It was also very filling. I got the steak with the new chimichurri sauce and it was great. Next time we go to that gym and want to eat semi healthy we'll go here. I mean you could go for more healthy options here, but I live for food so no thanks (: read more

I'm not a Chipotle fan. I'd rather pay more for quality. And there's nothing better than QDOBA's grilled chicken. Adding their signature spicy queso to any meal gives it a little kick, but pairing it with the chicken burrito is a personal favorite of mine because it adds a slight smoky flavor. I deliver meals for UberEats and have always been greeted with friendly service from the staff and managers every time I visit this location, whether I'm buying or picking up. Highly recommend in the area if you like quality tex-mex options. Just have to be willing to pay a little extra. Plus QDOBA carries Snapple and other bottled drinks as well. read more

My family went there Sunday night, 35 minutes before it closed. I didn't mean to cut it so close to closing but thought since they are just scooping food already prepared into bowls, it shouldn't take long. About 6 people came in after me. The young girl cleaning sighed as we walked in and had an attitude. Another manager or the owner came up to help and any questions I had, he'd just answer with sarcastic humor. He must have been very frustrated with the discounts we had, and very short with using the app. Very RUDE staff. The food was ok, except for my taco salad shell being old and spongy. I asked the girl if there were any water cups, she just answered "no" and didn't give us anything, so we drank water out of the to-go containers they put our food in. (She had all cups, straws, etc. cleared off the soda area already). If they close at 9pm, they shouldn't have an attitude when customers walk in at 8:25pm. Very rude staff! read more

!!!VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS; BEWARE!!!! They started doing the impossible burger at the restaurant and I was trying to ubereats it. I made sure to put a VERY specific note on this order to only do the impossible burger and not actual meat. Instead, I get my food about 15 minutes later, super excited, I take a bite and have a mouth FULL of BEEF. I was furious!!! Instead of calling me to let me know that they can't fulfill the impossible burger online, they give me a huge burrito with real meat. I haven't eaten beef in over 2 years and I was so disappointed that they cared THAT little. They could have at least given me a veggie burrito or something instead of REAL. MEAT. read more

Qdoba is a fan favorite in our household! It's tasty always has fresh ingredients. And not to mention it's close to our house which is an added bonus. My husband loves this place and we try to go here close to once a week. Qdoba is pretty closely compared to a Chipotle, however, they have queso, I mean hello! And all their topping are unlimited, which means if you want 4 scoops of guac, it's all free and included in the price, which is awesome. I usually get the kids meal, which is a small (ahem pretty large portion) naked burrito, aka burrito bowl, it comes with chips and a drink for $5.50, I mean you can't beat that. My husband gets the regular naked burrito with all the extra toppings. Qdoba also has a rewards card, so with every 1000 points you get a free meal. Each meal is 100 points. They also have double points week every now and then and that just gets you closer to that free meal. Overall, it's obvious this is our quick and tasty go-to restaurant for fresh ingredients and unlimited toppings. read more

Went to Qdoba for the very first time... I asked the employee "how does this work". She was annoyed and said "it's just like Chipotle!" I asked her what are popular items customers order... She responded "There's couple of popular items" (BUT didn't tell me them). I went ahead and ordered the quesadilla and the nachos... The items were ok, but not good enough to come back and try them again and or other items, especially with that customer service. read more

food was great a little bit better than chipotle I also liked the customer service very friendly, will come back for sure...

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that I couldn't read the menu. It's seriously small enough that I had to lean over the counter and then squint to read it. Things got better from there. Shredded beef burrito was delicious. My friend got 4 tacos. They were good size and only $7 for 4. Good service & clean place. read more

I hate to do this but with how terribly expensive things are getting to be these days quality shouldn't decrease. I got a steak burrito I paid close to $14 for. I wasn't fully wrapped in the foil ( could just got another piece to add. And it was COLD. Every bit of it was COLD and I got it to go. I live 3 minutes from the store. No reason my food should have been a temp of something that was left out over night. Oh AND it fell completely apart on to my table first bite. honestly have never wanted to request a refund so bad in my life and would have gotten back in my car had it not started pouring down rain and the burrito was now deteriorated. I'm seriously livid with this. This is not the first bad experience I had with this place but I things don't always go right and that's fine. Not one part of this was right. I ate better MRE's in Afghanistan than this. I hope management sees this and reaches back out. I want a refund. Inexcusable on every level. How do I get extra steak and got extra cold. I'm willing to take this down if someone can rectify this. read more

I went here for lunch. It wasn't crowded which is great when you only have an hour lunch. I got the shrimp burrito bowl without the queso... OMG it was amazing!!!! I used fresh limes to add flavor & reduce the cals. I avoided cheese & sour cream and ended up with a very healthy, extremely flavorful lunch.. sings-"I'm in love with shrimp bowl" Also, this place was cheaper than I expected. Ordered 2 nachos with steak, the server kept dropping the steak into every single add on of food ( lettuce, cheese sauce, beans, etc...) I had to ask her to please add a little more steak to the bowls since what she was adding fell off. I asked if I could add the rewards later as I couldn't get the app to work and it seemed as if I asked her if she had 3 heads (she didn't know) I just told her never mind! Went to eat and half way through the meal my husband found a half a hair in the cheese sauce, brought to the managers attention he offered to remake or refund he did apologize but I just felt so disgusted and threw my plate away as well. We opted to have $$ refunded for my husbands food. Next day I had diarrhea all day!! This has been a horrible experience and I do not plan I'm going to this place ever again yuck!! read more

I have dined here about 10 times and 7 out of 10 times they have torn a gaping hole in my burrito, and then just stand there awkwardly and ask you if you want them to rewrap it or put it in a bowl etc.. GUYS, this is unacceptable. It is always the same repeat offenders that tear the burritos because they can't bear to slow down and take a bit of care to do things properly. I used to live in LA, I know what real Mexican food is and I know that it is possible to roll a burrito with a large volume of fillings without tearing it. This needs to be addressed by management because I seriously don't even come here anymore because of this non-sense. I actually like the food here and I feel bad writing this review but something needs to be addressed here. Just for the record, I did not ask for extra meat or extra anything. I just get the standard serving size. read more

I went in to redeem my free chips and queso for joining the rewards program. As I went up to the line, I told him that I wanted chips and queso, and he told me to come to the end. At the end of the line, I said it says I have a free chips in queso. He told me to scan the barcode. When I scanned the barcode he said, very annoyed, like I should have known, you need to buy an entree first. I said I was so sorry it didn't tell me that on the app, and I continued to apologize profusely, like it was my fault. He looked annoyed and didn't say anything. I went around to the front of the line so the next person could come through. A very kind lady made my burrito, which I was happy to pay for. At the end of the line after the transaction, that same gentlemen told me next time double check to make sure you don't have to buy somethig first because it makes it very difficult for him. I told him that it didn't say anything about purchasing an entree. It just said one free chips in queso. Nothing else. He then said double check because I get locked out and it saves your card and continued on about how inconvenienced he was. I repeated to him, I checked before I came in the building, so thank you. He didn't say anything and looked annoyed. We very passive aggressively wished each other a good day and parted. It says absolutely nothing in fine print about needing to purchase an entree inside of the app, so how about you tell me before You instructing me to scan my card since you with there, instead of snapping at me at checkout. I know times are hard right now, but If you are going to be unspeakably rude to your customers, make sure they actually deserve it. I was gracious to the guy the whole time, so it left a very sour taste in my mouth. 2 stars for the food and the nice lady who made my burrito. read more

Better than chipotle, (but I am biased against them) but still... Meh.. The chips are sometimes stale so I stopped getting them. I almost always get a salad and those are pretty good. However the most recent time I was there (just a few days ago), they were out of beef for my fiance's tacos. It was 6 p.m. and she made no move at all to tell me when there would be more. She said I could choose between chicken or Pork... I was annoyed that they ran out so early and were not even cooking more. The girl left the counter in the middle of preparing our meals and didn't resurface for over 5 minutes (really.. I composed and sent an e-mail to a client... at least I got some work done). All in all, this is a decent place for take out if you really don't feel like putting forth the effort to go somewhere else, but is good for little else. read more
