I've ordered from this Qdoba location several times through Uber Eats mainly because it's very convenient and close to my work. Overall, it's a bit of a hit or miss. The flavors are really good and when the order is right, I genuinely enjoy it....That said, I've had multiple issues with consistency. The rice tends to be overly salty, which I've noticed at more than one location. I've also had orders where toppings were missing, added when I didn't request them, or drinks were completely forgotten, for example, today I ordered a custom bowl and did not request tortilla chips, yet they were added to my bowl anyway lol Because of the inconsistency, I'm giving it a 3.5. I enjoyed my experience at this location. It had been over a decade since I stopped at a Qdoba but I was pleasantly surprised. I stopped in shortly after they opened but all the food looked fresh and the seating area was nice and clean. They had a good pace while still being patient as you make your selections. Went here for the first time and absolutely loved it. That steak was seasoned to perfection, so was the rice. The other toppings I decided to just add just try them on and they were also delicious. Used to visit this place all of the time. At least 5 times a month. Food was always good. But the past year or so I've stopped going because wevs gotten a lot less meat and the seasoning is not what it was. The last time I went, I ordered double meat and I still took 4 bites out of my bowl before I tasted chicken. Even then it was stringy. One of the best things Qdoba had going for it was the chips and queso was superior to Chipotle and other places. When we got it this time the chips were stail. And this was during lunch time. I have never called a restaurant and complimented them before and that was my first order. overall 10/10 amazing experience especially coming from someone who goes to chipotle very often. This location outshines all the burrito places I've been too. The quality of food is perfect and staff is very kind and friendly. If you haven't been here, I suggest you do so because honestly. I am so full that I won't be hungry for awhile. It reminded me of Chipotle's chicken burrito how it feels you to the brim. First things first amazing staff. Everyone is so nice and you can tell it's genuine. They have so many options to choose from it can be intimidating for your first time. Plus everything looks so good it's hard to choose. I went with a burrito on wheat since we just left the gym and I was trying to eat healthy, loaded up the toppings and dig in. I'm not a Chipotle fan. I'd rather pay more for quality. And there's nothing better than QDOBA's grilled chicken. Adding their signature spicy queso to any meal gives it a little kick, but pairing it with the chicken burrito is a personal favorite of mine because it adds a slight smoky flavor. I deliver meals for UberEats and have always been greeted with friendly service from the staff and managers every time I visit this location, whether I'm buying or picking up. My family went there Sunday night, 35 minutes before it closed. I didn't mean to cut it so close to closing but thought since they are just scooping food already prepared into bowls, it shouldn't take long. About 6 people came in after me. The young girl cleaning sighed as we walked in and had an attitude. Another manager or the owner came up to help and any questions I had, he'd just answer with sarcastic humor. He must have been very frustrated with the discounts we had, and very short with using the app. Very RUDE staff. The food was ok, except for my taco salad shell being old and spongy. I asked the girl if there were any water cups, she just answered "no" and didn't give us anything, so we drank water out of the to-go containers they put our food in. I made sure to put a VERY specific note on this order to only do the impossible burger and not actual meat. Qdoba is a fan favorite in our household! It's tasty always has fresh ingredients. And not to mention it's close to our house which is an added bonus. My husband loves this place and we try to go here close to once a week. Qdoba is pretty closely compared to a Chipotle, however, they have queso, I mean hello! And all their topping are unlimited, which means if you want 4 scoops of guac, it's all free and included in the price, which is awesome. I usually get the kids meal, which is a small (ahem pretty large portion) naked burrito, aka burrito bowl, it comes with chips and a drink for $5.50, I mean you can't beat that. My husband gets the regular naked burrito with all the extra toppings. Qdoba also has a rewards card, so with every 1000 points you get a free meal. Each meal is 100 points. They also have double points week every now and then and that just gets you closer to that free meal. Overall, it's obvious this is our quick and tasty go-to restaurant for fresh ingredients and unlimited toppings. read more

I hate to do this but with how terribly expensive things are getting to be these days quality shouldn't decrease. I got a steak burrito I paid close to $14 for. I wasn't fully wrapped in the foil ( could just got another piece to add. And it was COLD. Every bit of it was COLD and I got it to go. I live 3 minutes from the store. No reason my food should have been a temp of something that was left out over night. Oh AND it fell completely apart on to my table first bite. honestly have never wanted to request a refund so bad in my life and would have gotten back in my car had it not started pouring down rain and the burrito was now deteriorated. I'm seriously livid with this. This is not the first bad experience I had with this place but I things don't always go right and that's fine. Not one part of this was right. I ate better MRE's in Afghanistan than this. I hope management sees this and reaches back out. I want a refund. Inexcusable on every level. How do I get extra steak and got extra cold. I used fresh limes to add flavor & reduce the cals. Ordered 2 nachos with steak, the server kept dropping the steak into every single add on of food ( lettuce, cheese sauce, beans, etc...) I had to ask her to please add a little more steak to the bowls since what she was adding fell off. I asked if I could add the rewards later as I couldn't get the app to work and it seemed as if I asked her if she had 3 heads (she didn't know) I just told her never mind! Went to eat and half way through the meal my husband found a half a hair in the cheese sauce, brought to the managers attention he offered to remake or refund he did apologize but I just felt so disgusted and threw my plate away as well. GUYS, this is unacceptable. It is always the same repeat offenders that tear the burritos because they can't bear to slow down and take a bit of care to do things properly. I used to live in LA, I know what real Mexican food is and I know that it is possible to roll a burrito with a large volume of fillings without tearing it. This needs to be addressed by management because I seriously don't even come here anymore because of this non-sense. I went in to redeem my free chips and queso for joining the rewards program. As I went up to the line, I told him that I wanted chips and queso, and he told me to come to the end. At the end of the line, I said it says I have a free chips in queso. He told me to scan the barcode. When I scanned the barcode he said, very annoyed, like I should have known, you need to buy an entree first. I said I was so sorry it didn't tell me that on the app, and I continued to apologize profusely, like it was my fault. He looked annoyed and didn't say anything. I went around to the front of the line so the next person could come through. A very kind lady made my burrito, which I was happy to pay for. At the end of the line after the transaction, that same gentlemen told me next time double check to make sure you don't have to buy somethig first because it makes it very difficult for him. I told him that it didn't say anything about purchasing an entree. It just said one free chips in queso. Nothing else. He then said double check because I get locked out and it saves your card and continued on about how inconvenienced he was. I repeated to him, I checked before I came in the building, so thank you. He didn't say anything and looked annoyed. We very passive aggressively wished each other a good day and parted. It says absolutely nothing in fine print about needing to purchase an entree inside of the app, so how about you tell me before You instructing me to scan my card since you with there, instead of snapping at me at checkout. I know times are hard right now, but If you are going to be unspeakably rude to your customers, make sure they actually deserve it. Better than chipotle, (but I am biased against them) but still... Meh.. The chips are sometimes stale so I stopped getting them. I almost always get a salad and those are pretty good. However the most recent time I was there (just a few days ago), they were out of beef for my fiance's tacos. It was 6 p.m. and she made no move at all to tell me when there would be more. She said I could choose between chicken or Pork... I was annoyed that they ran out so early and were not even cooking more. The girl left the counter in the middle of preparing our meals and didn't resurface for over 5 minutes (really.. I composed and sent an e-mail to a client... at least I got some work done). I just had an impossible bowl at the Altamonte Springs Qdoba. I am a regular customer at this location. This is not the first time the protein, beans, and rice were dried out and did not taste fresh. It was very unappetizing and a waste of money. I was hungry and did not want to seem unagreeable. A new bowl would have been made with the same stuff. I'll go somewhere else next time. read more
