The older lady was nice and said it was because of the short staff but that other lady was just disrespectful. Adaline stated, "This is not Walmart, we don't do those types of exchanges," and claimed it was not their fault. Gabriel then told me I could repurchase the same food again at a discounted price. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager available at the time. When I asked for the manager's name, I was told they could not provide it due to "privacy," which made no sense considering employees wear name tags displaying their names. I also asked for the phone number to the location and corporate so I could file a complaint, and they refused to provide it, telling me to "just Google it." The way I was treated was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing, as if I were trying to get something for free, when all I wanted was a replacement for food that was not fresh. To make matters worse, they even threatened to call the sheriff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. This was far from the "my pleasure" customer service experience that Chick-fil-A is known for.
