I wasn't expecting much from this place since we're in the middle of no where- missouri. But it actually wasn't that bad. I will say I was a bit surprised at how small the menu was. It's a good and bad thing. They've honed in on their specialty and developed a good product. From what I can tell the owners are Vietnamese and actively involved in running the store which is always a good sign. I ordered the meatball pho which is always my go-to. The soup was pretty good and flavorful. Not heavy, I want to say I tasted a little MSG, but not sure since I haven't had it in awhile and what pho doesnt have MSG? Either way, it was good with just the right amount of cut up meatballs. It came out super hot which I love. I think this store is a hybrid of boba tea shop and modern pho restaurant. I say modern bc it doesn't have the nostalgic Vietnamese feel. Sometimes I crave the feel and ambience of home made pho. For example hoisin and sriracha bottles at the table... Great service, friendly and attentative! Menu was limited which was fine because I always get pho and some kind of spring roll. They had a pretty extensive boba menu. I ordered the beef pho and shrimp roll. Beef pho was fine, except the beef was overcooked and I wish tendon and tripe was included. The broth was amazing! Authentic Vietnamese spot at Arnold. Service is very wonderful. The owner came to check on us occasionally and refilled the water constantly. It has a casual vibe. Being someone with extensive experience with Vietnamese food, here are my thoughts regarding the food: 5/5 on the pork egg rolls. It's freshly fried and was packed with delicious protein. 2/5 on the hot jasmine tea. It's disappointing that it's made with the boba tea jasmine mix. I threw it away after one sip. 4/5 on beef pho. Love the flavor and the toppings for the pho noodles. I wish there were more selections for the protein, such as chicken, beef tendon and tribes. Guess it's tailored to the clientele. Spring rolls & peanut sauce: they looked so delicious I didn't have time to take a photo before I picked them up, dunked them in their creamy, well-balanced peanut sauce & exhaled a satisfied sigh at first bite. Pho - I got the beef...believe me, it didn't even need meat, this bowl was full of flavor! Even on a hot day, I'd come back for this broth. I had no idea this existed..I am so glad I checked Yelp after making some Amazon returns to Kohls and finding this gem! I had the beef pho, wish there were more options and hope that more people come in! The mango tea with brown sugar boba was also great. The last pho I had was.in California a couple weeks ago, and this was amazingly comparable. I am so happy I found this place, give them a try! The dining area is super cute, clean and comfy. The food here was absolutely perfect if you love authentic pho and spring rolls. A friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is very clean and new. We dined in and had 3 Pho Beefs and 1 order of shrimp spring rolls. The shrimp spring rolls came out first and were freshly rolled and had plenty of ingredients. The peanut sauce was the best I've had in a long time. We then got the pho and all the fixings. The mint and bean sprouts were fresh and very tasty along with the lime slice. The jalapeños however were not fresh which would've been a nice touch, but the pickled jalapeños worked out fine. The sauce for dipping the meat was excellent as well. We will be sure to come back here again soon. Prices were very comparable to what you would see around St. Louis and the quality was well worth it! Also the owner was extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience even more pleasant. The food came out quickly as well! Definitely highly recommend you give it a try too! read more

The menu has changed since its been opened. They offered a lot of variety, but now it seems like they are limited to pho soups. They definitely have improved their boba teas overtime, which is great to see! When I went inside, there's limited seating, but they are very quick to serve you and wait on you. Pho just might be my favorite food. Being from San Diego California I never had short supply of Vietnamese Pho and excellent taco shops. I'm new to the St Louis area and this was my first pho place here. The service was very friendly and boba was excellent, perfectly tender and not rubbery. The tea was refreshing but not too overly sweet just the way I like it. With my pho I always get spring rolls and they were very good and fresh. The pho was very good too. The pho and boba tea here is amazing! I went in and got the pho, spring rolls, and the honeydew slush and all of the things I got were great. The pho tastes amazing with it without the added sauces and the spring rolls are definitely the freshest I've had! I think the focus is on the tea at this cafe , but we are lacking Vietnamese food in SoCo so I had to try their food. Limited food menu but not disappointed; in fact it just made it that much easier to choose. The Pho has so many levels of flavor. Fragrant is the best way to describe the broth. It's soooo good. The Basil is gorgeous. Is that mint in the spring rolls? Or basil? Either way, they were delicious. We also had the rice noodle with pork and the pork chop. Only thing we didn't try was the chicken sandwich. All so good/light/refreshing. Not oily . Thank you for using (mostly) paper To-go containers. Boba tea was fun. Jasmine tasted like flowers (in a good way). Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. It's my new go-to when in Jeff Co. thanks for opening. We need more restaurant diversity. read more
