I stopped by here to check out their baked goods since they had bakery in the name. On one wall they had pre-packed pastry that were not made in- house. By the counter are "fresh" pastries I assume are made in-house. I grabbed one of each to try. Durian flavored cake $4 - 2 pieces individually wrapped. Smelled like durian, but tasted very processed, not unlike a Hostess treat. Mango Tango Crepe $6 - Tasted stale and mushy, not a lot of mango flavor. The restaurant is pretty big with lots of seating. Aside from Banh Mi (sandwiches), they had pho, rice platter, vermicelli bowl, egg rolls, chicken nuggets, boba drinks, croissant sandwiches, and specialty corn dogs. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2025

We stopped in here before a concert at the pageant. It's a huge space with two separate dessert cases. One is for the baked goods and the other is for various cheesecakes. You order on a touchpad, which can be overwhelming because the menu is huge, but the food came out quite quickly. I appreciated the plethora of vegetarian options, including their specialty, banh mi. But, the food was just so so. The crab rangoon tasted stale and unevenly heated and the banh mi sandwich was a bit bland. I'd probably pick a neighboring quick eats place next time I head this way for a concert.

Wowza ! Melt in your mouth French Vietnamese goodness. Great service , the croissant bahn mi is a whole other level ! They do have a vegetarian & vegan option as well here. Sam Bo Luong signature drink & Vietnamese coffee is a must try .

Ran here to grab some lunch. Will warn you it's not as fast as you might expect. Staff was friendly and helpful. My main complaint on my sandwich was that the ingredients were not evenly distributed throughout the sandwich making it hard to get a bite with a bit of everything. Flavors were good. I really enjoyed the Paris at night boba (once it was stirred up). Parking I can be a little tricky. There is street parking and some lot parking nearby. This was a nice storefront with simple tables. Nothing fancy but good for lunch with friends.

I went here to get boba tea to go. I got two artichoke tea. The first artichoke tea I got was when they first opened. It was great, very refreshing. Then I went again and it tasted different and did not include some of the same ingredients as the first artichoke tea I got. I just thought it was an off day. So I went back again and got the artichoke tea. However this time, I feel like it has more sugar water and less of the artichoke cube and no basil seeds that was in my initial visit. The quality seems to dominos from My first visit. Hopefully it will be better the next visit.

The last time I have been to this area of the loop was before this place was opened and to my surprise I saw this Bakery and I knew I had to check it out! I thought there was only going to be a few different selections since it's a bakery and a restaurant, but it surpassed my expectations! I decided to try the egg tarts because I have become obsessed with egg tarts ever since I've tried the first one. The egg tarts were pretty good and I love that it came with two egg tarts for the price of only 3.50, that was a huge deal! The workers at the front counter were super nice and they explained to me about some of the other unique pastries and desserts that they sold there and I love that they took their time to talk to me about what all they had at their store and the process in which they make them, so I really love that.

I ordered their Grilled Chicken Banh Mi and it was good! The paté was rich and flavorful, the bread was pretty standard, the chicken was so flavorful and saucy, and it was also jam packed with veggies. Price-wise, very reasonable. I would definitely come here again and try some of their other options. It's a good, cheap meal.

Came in because I wanted to try the Korean corn dog, and I had heard this place had them here. Overall, it's decent. WAIT TIME: It's a fast food type locale so no wait time. Place your order at kiosk or counter and sit wherever. FOOD: I got the half mozzarella half meat potatoes covered corn dog. It was what I expected it to be - a very fried yummy snack that left me pretty full. Nothing too special about it but it was what I was looking for. SERVICE: I did the self service kiosk. Was easy to order from. AMBIANCE: The music was nice and relaxing, giving cafe vibes. The tables were just like a fast food ambiance. PRICE: Corn dog was around $6. Reasonable for what I got.

I stopped in the Loop on the way home from Forest Park and grabbed a bánh mì with grilled chicken. It was pretty big and tasted good. Chicken was succulent. Next time, I want to try the Vietnamese bread and maybe the pork belly special. The staff was super friendly and helpful--and gave me a free crab rangoon.

Really love that St. Louis has a Paris Banh Mi and that it's in the Loop. The space is large and beautiful, and there is good variety on the menu. While I prefer the banh mi sold half a mile west on the other end of the Loop, the ones here are not bad at all - just a little on the sweet side for me. Where they really won me over is with the bò kho, which is the best I've had so far in STL (but be aware that theirs is spicy and that isn't always the case at other Vietnamese restaurants). The pho is also fine and will satisfy a craving. I recommend getting a bánh patê sô / pâté chaud while you're here - they are so savory and full of flavor. Everyone working here was also really nice. I'll be returning when I can!

    Yuzu Cheesecake

I stopped here on a Saturday while I was in the Loop. There are kiosks to order when you walk in. I placed an order for a Grilled Pork bánh mì combo with crab Rangoon and Diet Coke. I also got the Yuzu Round Cheesecake. Since this was digital I knew exactly what time I ordered and it took over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I thought this was a lot on a Saturday afternoon when there were only a few tables occupied in here. The sandwich was tasty and quite good but everything else was not. The crab rangoon was fried in old oil and slightly overdone. The Yuzu cheesecake was stale. The Diet Coke expired in September 2024 and I was there 2/1/25. So the baguette was crisp and tasty and fresh. The sandwich had slices of grilled pork, butter mayo, jalapeños, cilantro, sour carrot, and radish. I requested no cucumber. All of the components were tasty and fresh except the carrot and radish was not sour and tasted like it had no pickling. I would have enjoyed some more acid. The menu says the sandwich is $10.35 on its own which, after eating it, is more than fair. The combo with the 3 crab Rangoon ($3 up charge) and expired Diet Coke was $18.99 so I'm not sure 3 Rangoon and the expired bottle feel like any sort of value for an extra $8.64 when a 6pc Rangoon is about $6.99 at any Chinese restaurant. If I went back I'd get bánh mì and skip the rest.

Friendly service at Paris Banh Mì ! The bbq pork banh mi was delicious and full of crisp veggies! The baguette was fresh and delicious as well! The Korean corn dogs were okay but I think I'd stick to the sandwiches for next time. The bubble tea was refreshing and not too sweet (we ordered half sweetness!) which we enjoyed! The ambiance is fun and the restaurant itself is very clean - they also had Vietnamese music videos playing in the background which was fun! Overall a nice spot for lunch! *was so excited about the Banh Mi that I forgot to take a picture (I would recommend adding extra veggie, which is what we did!)

A+++ for the loml Thank you for bringing more banh mi places to St. Louis! It's in a great location in the Delmar Loop that has a parking lot on the side of its building. When you walk in, I love the vibes of the restaurant. And the workers are really friendly! My family and I got to go to the soft opening last weekend. I had to order the banh mi special, potato dog/cheese, and a classic Jasmine milk tea with boba. It was packed on their soft opening, so I ordered what I could! Meaning that I will have to be back again to order the other croissant sandwiches, buns, desserts, and more boba drinks!

One of the only places open on a 10 degree snow day. #1 Joe Fassi Combo Sandwich brought a tear to my eye with the first bite. It was so fresh and delicious that I did not want to set the sandwich down between bites. My wife had the meatball sandwich, which was hot, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to adding or removing ingredients from sandwiches. I had Joes Italian Kicker with the homemade artichoke salad. The artichoke salad was so good. The dressing was sweet but not overly so. I am not a fan of sweet Italian so for me to actually like this item kind of amazed me but it truly was good. I did not get the tomato sauce on my sandwich, and it was far from what I had convinced myself it was supposed to be lol. I am not a fan of brats and sausages and such but I do like salami. I convinced myself that it was going to be sliced garlic and red wine salami and well that wasn't what I got but I do like to try different things so I wasn't disappointed. The sausage was amazing. So flavorful and enjoyable... again a surprise because as I said, I am not a fan of this type of sausage. Now the giardeneria, it is delicious but it says hot for a reason. It was a little too hot for me but once I removed a bit I could grab little bites with my sandwich and it was less of a mouth burning experience. The cheese and cheese garlic bread the sandwich comes with is absolutely a flavor bonus. overall this was a great meal and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Now my dining partner got meatballs and pasta salad. While she wasn't a fan of the meatballs to the point where she raves, she did say they were good just not great! However she did very much like the pasta salad. She only wished there had been less black olives. Lastly, we did ask for to go boxes for our salad Because the portion was extremely generous and we couldn't eat all of either... we started to get up to go get the containers and a staff member saw us rising and took care of getting the containers for us which was very sweet. I would like to say that a lidded bowl would be better for salads because all the dressing leaked out of the styrofoam box but that was really the only disappointment.

I tried the Pretty in Pink cocktail, which was well-balanced and enjoyable, though the pour felt a bit light for a martini. Normally one martini gives me a slight buzz, but that wasn't the case here. We started with the onion rings as an appetizer. The portion size was generous, and they were tasty overall, though they had a tangy seasoning dusted on top that seemed a little odd at first. Surprisingly, it still worked. I ordered the Good Burger, and it was honestly one of the most flavorful smash burgers I've ever had. I was genuinely impressed. I got the sauce on the side since it also came with the onion rings, and unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of it -- it was a bit runny and lacked flavor. My friend ordered the vegan burger and absolutely loved it. The inside of the restaurant was cute and had a great atmosphere, though there was an unusual smell indoors, so I was very thankful we were able to grab one of the outdoor tables. Outdoor seating is pretty limited, though, so keep that in mind if you prefer sitting outside.
