My girlfriend and I took everything to Forest Park for a picnic, which sounded like a great idea until we realized how messy that sandwich is lol. Still completely worth it. We also got the beef toasted ravioli and the dessert ravioli. Both were good, but next time I'd skip the beef and try the cheese ravioli instead. The place itself is small and basically to go only, with some seating outside and neighborhood street parking. Being tucked into a neighborhood gives it a really family owned feel. It was super busy when I went. They probably made 10 orders before mine and had another 10 waiting after, but they were still really quick and everyone was friendly. Definitely coming back. That chicken parm alone is worth another trip.

Ordered the porchetta with his house made Schiacciata bread. The sandwich itself reminded me of a modern version of porchetta and a bit different than other places I've had it as a sandwich. I will say that it was delicious and a very good size for the price of the sandwich. I did like his house made bread and his Italian salsa verde was on point too. No ambiance to this place at all. Was a tiny lil corner store turned into this lil deli and judging by the foot traffic while I was waiting, most are stopping in to grab a sandwich to go. Only a few small bar seats in the place and a couple of picnic tables outside. Definitely worth the visit and I could see this place really doing great if managed properly. I would go back for that porchetta!

I stopped by on a Sunday just before a rush, so I was able to get my food ordered and made promptly. I just had the spicy chicken katsu sandwich and fries, which was very good. Particularly with the sheer amount fries in the box, you could easily split it. I do want to eventually come by and try one of their desserts, but I was absolutely stuffed after my food, so I did not indulge this time. Considering the serving size, I think the price is very reasonable. It's not a huge menu, but sometimes that's just a sign that they only make what they know they can do well. Highly recommended

I was greeted promptly and then the cashier helped me select some items since it was my first time here. Went with the egg salad sando and togarashi fries and a pork tonkatsu sando with sweet curry fries. They both came with a curry dip. Togarashi is the clear winner, even for a curry fan like me. The decor is so cute, with murals and a variety of seating. There are cards and games in one corner. Note: this is NOT fast food. Ingredients are prepped, but the time it takes to fry a pork tonkatsu is the time it takes. There were only half a dozen people in front of me, but there was a bit of a wait. I'd love to come back and try the taiyaki and fruit sandos. I'll be enjoying my leftovers for the next couple of days. The egg salad sando seems very pricy, volume-wise compared to the pork.
