Good food truck food! The line was a little long (but that's usually a good thing!) food came right to us. Service was nothing special, but it was exceptionally hot this Friday, so understandable. I ordered a Reuben sandwich at the Enterprise Center and was served what can only be described as a burnt bacon sandwich with a side of soggy chips. I don't expect gourmet meals at a sporting event, but this was genuinely one of the worst things I've ever tasted. What made it more disappointing was that I've had this sandwich several times before, and it's always been excellent--so this was completely out of character. Mistakes happen, and I would've been fine if the staff had been willing to correct it. But when I brought the issue to their attention--having only taken a single bite--they insisted the sandwich was made correctly and showed zero interest in resolving the problem. The dismissive attitude was worse than the food itself. The quality used to be solid, but after this experience and the rude customer service, I can't recommend this vendor anymore. You're better off grabbing something elsewhere. read more

Was walking around union station and saw this truck along with a few others. The workers were extremely nice and offered my dog some water and a small bacon treat. Decided to order from here and had the Mac and cheese. It was good, the pork on top was better and the bbq crispy crumbles made it. I would give this a 5 star rating but the chips my girlfriend got tasted burnt even though looking at them they were fine. This is how much I like Farm Truk. I drove 20 minutes to a random neighborhood to get a burger. I actually first tried their food at Enterprise, which as far as I'm concerned is a hidden gem for us 300 level folks. Now, their truck doesn't have their delicious nachos (those and their tacos are among the best food options at EC), but they do have the brisket mac and the delicious burgers. That brisket Mac just might be the best option on their menu, but I've yet to eat anything I didn't really like here. During Covid, they've been stopping in random neighborhoods, but they've also made it to 9 mile in Affton. If you happen to run across these guys, I would highly recommend stopping by. read more

Actually, my daughter and I experienced the Farm Truk vendor for the first time at the Enterprise Center at the Blues/Penguins hockey game on Thursday, April 3, 3025. We were both totally blown away!! I had the Brisket Mac, she had the Farm Truk burger. First the Brisket. I can't begin to describe the cornucopia of tastes in this one. Most brisket experiences in my life have been underwhelming and disappointing, not living up to the hype. But I can truly say that this was by far the absolute best brisket experience in my entire 65 years of living!! The portion was very good and I didn't think I would finish it all. But I couldn't stop, even almost ready to pick this dish!! The cheddar mac and green onions were also excellent, making the dish all the more phenomenal. My daughter, who is on a restricted diet, eats gluten-free, and eats in smaller portions can't stop raving about three Farm Truk burger with its freshness, exceptional taste, and soft and tasty gluten-free bun!! We plan on visiting the Farm Truk food truck located at 4001 Utah, St. Louis, MO 63116 on the south side (yeah, we already looked it up). Had their brisket Mac and cheese when they were in Forest Park last weekend and it was awesome. Best food truck there in my opinion because they had big portions and restaurant quality food with great flavor! Lots of good options on the menu that weren't super basic: fried green tomatoes, burgers, tacos, etc. my friend got the tacos and loved them. Good prices and big plus- accept credit cards. I went to Florissant food truck night tonight and Farm Truk food truck was there. I had recently saw a pic of the soft shell crab BLT and it looked really good. I have never tasted crab so I thought this would be a good time to try. I paid $15 for this sandwich and it included some chips. The chips were very plain and could use a tad more salt. The sandwich came with an avocado spread but I requested the basil aioli instead since I don't like avocado. It should have came with onions on it but there were none on my sandwich and only one tomato slice. The toasted croissant was really good. I learned I'm not a fan of crab due to the fishy aftertaste. read more

I see Farm Truk every time I volunteer at the Tower Grove Farmer's Market, but I never got a chance to swing by. So when I saw them today at the Brentwood Farmer's Market I was pumped to try them out. My husband and I ordered the Farm Truk Burger and I ordered their Egg Salad. The burger was amazing! With a big 'ol brioche bun, perfectly cooked beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and bacon strips this was one of the best burgers we have ever had! The egg salad was pretty amazing as well with savory bacon bits sprinkled atop and served on a bed of greens. The chips that come with the meals are fantastic too! I'm going to have to make sure I stop by more often to try more on the menu! read more

A neighbor arranged for the Farm Truk to visit our street during dinnertime recently. We were able to preorder for dinner with pickup at a specified time. It was great! Neighbors gathered and we had a yummy meal. Our family ordered the Veggie Sando, the Brisket Mac and Cheese, the burger, and a couple orders of the Fried Green Tomatoes. We thought the tomatoes were delicious, the breading stayed on, and the tomato slabs were cut thick. There was a nice kick to the mac and cheese and the portion was generous. My kid thought the burger was okay, but has had better (Hi Pointe or Shake Shack), and the other kid really liked her veggie sandwich. Prices were decent for food with such high quality ingredients. I was lucky enough to have the chance to try Farm Truk at a hospital employee appreciation event. They were serving a limited amount of items but when I looked what they had I new exactly what I wanted. I ordered their mac and cheese which came topped with smoked brisket and barbecue sauce. Barbecue sauce on chicken is honestly such an underrated combination that needs to be further explored in the food community becuase this mac and cheese was delicious. The cheesy mac and the sweet sauce, as well as tender brisket all went perfectly together. No complaints here especially when I was getting it for free. Hope I get another opportunity to try out this truck sometime in the future. If you see it around I would definitely give it a go. read more

I finally decided to try a food truck outside of work today. Farm Truk had a great menu, who doesn't love brisket or street corn? I tested out the Brisket Mac which tasted great. The cheese was flavorful and I love me some shelled pasta. There was a generous portion of braised beef brisket, drizzle of BBQ sauce, sprinkle of seasoning, and some crunched up red hot riplets on top. The serving size was great! I also got the bread pudding because, bread pudding. It was also the bomb.com. Moist inside, slight crisp on the outside. No raisins in this one (which made me happy). They used local honey, sprinkled powder sugar, and topped with whipped cream. So happy I decided to "Treat Yo Self" today. I'm happily in a food coma. Go test this truck out. The woman in the downtown StL foodtruck glared at me the whole time and then they served the person behind me first, claiming mine took longer because it was being 'made fresh.' So, I never thought that one of the best burgers I've had in my life would be under $10 and from a food truck! Chips were nice and crisp, but not greasy. Perfectly seasoned, and I usually am not a fan of chips. Burger was cooked perfectly, tasted fresh, onion straws were soooo good! I could seriously just eat those! (Side dish option?) I tried farm truk at the tower grove farmers market and I experienced food heaven. I ordered the brisket Mac n cheese which was a combo of tangy, sweet, delicious brisket and cheesy noodles.
