It came out hot and fresh and the burger was melt in your mouth buttery and juicy with crispy edges. I ordered the Super Nova with pickled jalapeños, secret sauce, and pepper jack cheese. Just the right level of spice, I would definitely order it again. We also ordered the Nebula loaded fries which were also hot and delicious. I loved the white cheese sauce they put on the waffle fries. Service was quick and they directed us to where we could find condiments and napkins etc. since there's open seating. We really enjoyed our meal and I would definitely go back and try their various other burgers and loaded fries. read more

Located inside the City Foundry, Intergalactic caught my eye. My friend and I walked arouto see what food places were inside and stumbled across a lady with some food from here. It looked delicious and I had to know what she ordered. We walked back and stood in line to order. There were only 3 workers working, and the guy taking the orders had gloves on while handling money. I had to ask him to change his gloves before going back to handle food. He was polite, and changed his gloves. I ordered the last encounter fries. It gave deconstructed burger vibes. It had waffle fries, hamburger, lettuce, tomato's, jalapeños, guacamole and sour cream. The fries were cooked perfectly, the hamburger had the crunchy edges even though it was crumble pieces. I order a burger build your own 2 patties, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomat, onions, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. When I received the burger it had a cold bun, it was not toasted , it was missing onions, must, mayonnaise, and ketchup. if you going to pay $12 dollars for a burger and you advertise that's what can come on the burger it should be on there when they give it tie you. I was told I need to put the condiments on the burger myself. absolutely makes no since when burgers is your business. I can go to any burger place and they add in the burger what you requested. This is BAD business. You will get better service at Burger King or McDonalds or Rally's. At this point t just give me my money back and get out the burger busines. This is not what you want to do. If I could give this place a zero stars on customer service, I would. It definitely doesn't outweigh if the food is good or not. We ordered Planetary fries and the cashier couldn't take my order because she was too busy talking to other people around her or on her phone. Then she entered the order, then asked again what I wanted to order, so I repeated "just planetary fries" and she seemed surprised that was the order. She really couldn't be bothered to be friendly or pretend like anybody in front of her was talking to her. We tried this place in December over Christmas break as well and it was the same type of experience, so this isn't just a "one time" thing, but we wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, we won't be back and we won't be recommending it to anyone either. Very well cooked and cooked thoroughly! Also, the secret sauce reminds you of a BigMac sauce from McDonalds but the guy told me that it tasted like that and it did. For somebody who frequents the Foundry as often as I do, I haven't made it to Intergalactic until now. I'll make sure to stop by more regularly in the future. While the line to order moves a bit slow (it's one of the more popular booths here), once I ordered it was only about 5 minutes until my order was ready. I tried building my own burger, and it hit the spot. The patties are thick and it comes on a nice toasted bun. I settled on something simple and Americana, which is where Intergalactic came in. See, they specialize in diner food. They have plenty of specialty burgers, fries and milkshakes. I had the Supernova burger which I believe is their spiciest. It had pepperjack cheese and lots of jalapenos on top. Their Wookiee fries had garlic and grilled onions as well as a load of cheese sauce on waffle fries. Did not get a shake but got a soda bottle. Yes, it was pricey, but you gotta keep in mind that they are all renting out the space inside the newly refurbished Foundry. This is my favorite place for burgers and fries. They have nailed it and there are so many options. I would tell you my favorite but I have liked all 3 that I've tried. Stopped in for dinner after work today, I got the home world burger (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, special sauce) and planetary fries (waffle cheese fries with green onion). I barely had to wait for my food. The burger was delicious, super juicy with the perfect ratio of toppings, meat, and bread! I might have loved the fries more though.. the cheese sauce they have is to die for. Portions are great, I paid less than $20 and I'm going to get two meals out of this. This spot opened up last week at the city foundry. Specializing in burgers, fries and shakes(they haven't implemented the shakes just yet) towards their menu. The concept is really nice. The food items are names from different outer space names like super nova and Big Bang. I got the Event Horizon burger which come with two burgers topped with cheddar cheese, spicy chili and diced white and green onions. I also grabbed the Rocket Fuel fries which comes with the spicy chili cheese sauce, sour cream and green onions. I thought the whole meal was great. They didn't overcook the meat and came out to be a medium. Only thing now to set this place atop is when they bring on the shakes!! read more

Coming in from California I saw a YouTube video on this place and it looked very good. Got into town and went straight there seeing they closed "soon". For there and walked around and seeing it was 712 and they close at 8 I decided to eat there. I got over there and the cashier was the rudest person ever. Went to The Foundry last night and had the best customer service from the two gentlemen working at Intergalactic burgers. Ordered the jalapeño burger with spicy ranch and it was probably top 3 burgers I have had in my life. The gentleman working the register recommended a loaded fry that tied the entire meal together. After finishing my meal, I had to get another one to go for my wife. She ate it for lunch today and even a day old, she said this burger was amazing.
