The establishment itself is conveniently located in the Colonial Landing shopping plaza near the Ross. Given that it is in a large lot, parking is readily available and I'm always able to find a close spot. The place has good lighting, and the equipment appears to be either new or in good condition. They are organized - when you have an appointment, you come in and use the kiosk to check yourself in using your phone number.

A Russian pedicure is a dry pedicure service. They use a sanitizing foam to cleanse your feet. The focus on the health of your nail. They offer upgraded services if you have other foot issues. The place is surgically clean. The decor is nice, organized, and well ventilated. The nail implements come out of sterilization pouches. The techs wear gloves, masks, and hair covers. For pedicures, you sit in a medical exam chair with a cushion for lumbar support. It's a treat for me to come here. It's certainly pricey but worth every penny! I adore my feet for weeks!

Instead of finishing my nails, she stopped in the middle of the service and passed me over to another nail technician named Lili. Unfortunately, Lili could not do a basic French tip properly. She spent almost an entire hour just trying to make the French lines, and after seeing how they were turning out, I finally gave up and asked her to just leave my nails plain pink. If you cannot properly accommodate walk-ins because you already have appointments scheduled, then simply say you are unavailable. I would much rather be told to come back another day than pay $57 and receive rushed, unfinished, poor-quality service.
