What sets this little hidden away nail salon is the additional services they provide!!!! I've been going to Frank for reflexology over the past 9 years. Whatever is ailing me - headaches, sore muscles from travel or sports or stress, he works the appropriate pressure points and I walk out feeling better. This is not a spa-like relaxing reflexology massage. It's intended to address and target specific areas. Just remember to breathe thru the uncomfortable parts. He gets deep into you muscle knots so it can get painful. HINT: push thru the short moments of pain because the results are so with it!! Other services they provide that I have done: acupuncture for mini facial glow/reduction of lines and cupping. All of these have been very successful with results. I would give this place zero stars if it was possible. I like to go to places around my house just out of convenience and regretfully tried it again last Sunday. I couldn't remember why I had been avoiding it but it was clear on my last trip. They weren't busy and I got sat for my pedicure immediately. The tech's shorts were so short, I could see her butt cheeks. Not a deal breaker but seemed unprofessional even for a casual nail salon. The tech was cutting my nail too low, I told her it hurt and she continued! After she cut my skin and made me bleed, I told her to stop and throughout the pedicure she kept trying to clip the skin near it, making me nervous and I told her to just stop cutting and clipping all together. Most unrelaxing pedicure ever. The tub had no plastic liner, I didn't see her sanitize tools afterwards before moving on to the next customer. GROSSSS. People can get infections from things like this. My manicure wasnt much better but at least there was no blood, so that's a plus. A middle aged gentleman took over, he was pleasant until I questioned why he was cutting the sides of my nails so far back. I've never had someone do that and told him that, which clearly offended him. He started to tell me why and since it was creating a weird shape, I requested he stop and he listened to me. I asked for very short and kept asking for shorter, which he was reluctant to do. It just seemed weird that I felt like he was trying to do what he wanted and not what I asked for. So they ended up too long and a few were actually cut at a slant. I will never return. read more

***one week and three nails have fallen off. My bails hold acrylic very well. I've never had them fall off.*** I will absolutely never come to this place again. I tried to go as soon as they opened on two different Sundays, and both days they were late to open (15 minutes and 30 minutes). I just went there again, trying to give them another chance because they're conveniently located for me, however, it was probably one of the worse experiences I've had. A regular pedicure is $22 and I asked for gel polish. At the end, they told me the pedicure was $45. I asked why the price had jumped $23 and the lady said it was because I got gel polish. I said that didn't make sense, a bottle of gel polish doesn't even cost $23. She said it was because they use the machine. I asked her to show me where on their prices it said $23 to add gel polish and she couldn't. I also got a full set, which was $45. So for a full set with gel polish, it was the same price as a pedicure with gel polish but no tips or powder. On top of it, the full set is completely uneven and she left an excessive amount of stuff under my nails, even after I asked her to clean it all out. On top of it all, the lady squirted the glue all over one of my fingers, and instead of cleaning it off quickly she tried to transfer the glue from that finger to the other nails, which just made a mess. Also, after already being there for 2 hours, the lady doing my nails stopped to go wax some girls eyebrows who had literally just walked in the store. Stay away. Tried this place for the first time for a gel pedicure. I was helped by a short woman with thin black hair. As she was doing my pedicure she was being very rough with the cuticle cutter. I told her it was hurting. She said something I couldn't understand and began doing the same to my other foot. I told her to stop and explained that she made me bleed. She was disgustingly rude and said "you're not bleeding, blood where?!" I pointed directly at my big toe that was red and inflamed and indeed bleeding. She began arguing with me and I told her she didn't need to be rude and I only wanted her to stop cutting my cuticle. I don't understand why someone would work in this industry that's willing to argue with someone because they're causing you pain. She has no clue what she's doing and should NOT work with the public period. I will NEVER go back and if I get any kind of infection I'm going after them legally. If my toe had not been cut why would alcohol burn the crap out of me when she sprayed my feet after cutting my cuticle. Just admit you've cut my cuticles too deep and apologize. She did not apologize one and charged me $42 for a basic gel pedicure. STAY AWAY and I plan on reporting them for shady unethical practices for cleanliness and hygiene. I've been going to Deep Nails Spa for 2 years now, and they keep getting better and better. I tried a variety of salons all over the Orlando area and I haven't had anyone else do such a great job with acrylics. They are thin and strong...and they last a solid 3-4 weeks. There is a great selection of polishes to choose from, including gel and crackle, as well as options such as jewels, painted, or acrylic designs. Traci and the ladies are always very polite and friendly. Their newest employees, Viet, Andy, & Charm, bring a freshness and vitality to the shop that is invigorating. Viet has done my nails twice now and has done a fantastic job creating impromptu acrylic designs (cat and ghost for Halloween, and pumpkin and cornucopia for Thanksgiving). Show up this morning for a nice relaxing pedicure and had to leave because I was totally disgusted by the way I was treated. I was asked what I needed and then man went to speaking in his language and then ok let me see how long back to speaking his language to one of the lady employees looking at me like someone just pissed in her coffee. Not very welcoming at all. And that's why I walked out and left. I'm not a regular at your business but I did go when I have some down time for a little pampering. Word to the owner learn to be a little bit more nicer when customers comes into your place of business. A little smile and kind customer service will not hurt you. I didn't get the warmest welcome from the man in charge, but the woman doing my pedicure was very polite and professional. It appears this place may cater to a senior clientele, which may explain their lack of enthusiasm. Polish wise, they have a great selection. OPI, Cuccio, Essie, and a few brands I'm unfamiliar with, but provides for trendy colors. I had a horrible experience at this nail salon this past Sunday. The nail tech took an hour and a half! To do a fill and it was horrible. My nails were uneven and the acrylic on top of my nails was uneven and lumpy. She had no idea how to apply the acrylic, shape my nails and paint. It looked as if a 4 year old painted my nails with the strikes and how much polish she used. I ended up having to tell her to remove the polish and left to go to TC nails on the other side of the plaza to have that nail tech COMPLETE WHAT SHE COULDNT DO. Friendly, clean, and lots of polish selection. Peter, the owner, is the only nail tech that does anything relating with acrylic. Tracey is the only nail tech that does gel/shellac polish and does really cute nail designs. The other techs are able to provide pedicures and regular manicures. Because only certain techs do certain skills, the wait to get a fill or full set could be a while since Peter is the only one that does it. Likewise if you want gel/shellac polish. Otherwise, the service and outcome is always clean and never disappointing if you're patient to wait. Best to make an appointment if you want gel polish or acrylic done. Best nail salon in the Oviedo/Winter Springs area! The staff was welcoming and nice. None of that nasty side talking about customers. I visited during a slow time on a week day, so I got full attention by everyone in the salon! Literally, someone was working on my pedicure, then I had another come over to start my manicure on one hand, and someone else was working on the other hand. They made me feel like royalty. I went there to do my nails one time and an older gentleman did my nails he did a great job. The next time I went there a Philippine lady did my nails but she didn't cut them short like I wanted them to be. She made the hot water scalding and went and turn the cold water on when I told her it was too hot and put my foot back in the water and I burnt my feet practically. I kept complaining it was too hot in there they didn't have the AC on and it was over 90 outside the girl at the front desk kept giving me a dirty look when she pretended to walk by and turn up the AC which they didn't. I was frustrated and saddened by previous negative comments. The owners are GOOD people who do quality work and are by far prejudice.
