After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. They have several sizes and thicknesses of bolsters as well as blocks, straps, blankets, and sandbags so that you can fully explore the use of props in your practice without having to lug along all your own gear. She also sends an online form for you to fill out listing the areas you need to have worked on. Juliana brings all her equipment with her and brings it all together to provide a great experience. She is a skilled therapist who uses a variety of tools and techniques to work all the knots and stress out. She uses hot packs, deep pressure, cupping and the massage gun. Hot stones are also available for $15 more. Definitely recommend you use Mobile Massage when you need to get rid of those aches and pains.
