Chrome gel nails

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 7 years now and they are the absolute best. The quality is amazing and the services they provide are top tier. The vibe is very relaxing and soothing. I definitely recommend this nail salon if you are in winter park / oviedo area.

Tracy was very good and professional! This was my first time visiting deep nails and this will be my go to now, the price is also very fair !

***one week and three nails have fallen off. My bails hold acrylic very well. I've never had them fall off.*** I will absolutely never come to this place again. I tried to go as soon as they opened on two different Sundays, and both days they were late to open (15 minutes and 30 minutes). I just went there again, trying to give them another chance because they're conveniently located for me, however, it was probably one of the worse experiences I've had. A regular pedicure is $22 and I asked for gel polish. At the end, they told me the pedicure was $45. I asked why the price had jumped $23 and the lady said it was because I got gel polish. I said that didn't make sense, a bottle of gel polish doesn't even cost $23. She said it was because they use the machine. I asked her to show me where on their prices it said $23 to add gel polish and she couldn't. I also got a full set, which was $45. So for a full set with gel polish, it was the same price as a pedicure with gel polish but no tips or powder. On top of it, the full set is completely uneven and she left an excessive amount of stuff under my nails, even after I asked her to clean it all out. On top of it all, the lady squirted the glue all over one of my fingers, and instead of cleaning it off quickly she tried to transfer the glue from that finger to the other nails, which just made a mess. Also, after already being there for 2 hours, the lady doing my nails stopped to go wax some girls eyebrows who had literally just walked in the store. When the lady rang it up, she changed $87 instead of $90 but I will never ever go back gere

If I could give to this place 0 stars I'll give it 0 stars. I went to get my eyebrows done and she screw them up. She cut it straight like I was doing some kind of Halloween custom. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone. Look at the pictures attach to this. I can believe that this please let people like her working on someone else's face with out experience.

You can see where I was indeed bleeding

Stay away. Tried this place for the first time for a gel pedicure. I was helped by a short woman with thin black hair. As she was doing my pedicure she was being very rough with the cuticle cutter. I told her it was hurting. She said something I couldn't understand and began doing the same to my other foot. I told her to stop and explained that she made me bleed. She was disgustingly rude and said "you're not bleeding, blood where?!" I pointed directly at my big toe that was red and inflamed and indeed bleeding. She began arguing with me and I told her she didn't need to be rude and I only wanted her to stop cutting my cuticle. I don't understand why someone would work in this industry that's willing to argue with someone because they're causing you pain. She has no clue what she's doing and should NOT work with the public period. I will NEVER go back and if I get any kind of infection I'm going after them legally. If my toe had not been cut why would alcohol burn the crap out of me when she sprayed my feet after cutting my cuticle. Just admit you've cut my cuticles too deep and apologize. She did not apologize one and charged me $42 for a basic gel pedicure. STAY AWAY and I plan on reporting them for shady unethical practices for cleanliness and hygiene. I have pictures of the moronic woman as well as my feet. In the picture you're can clearly see that my cuticle was cut far too deep and was super red, which was previously bleeding!

Viet's beautiful work on my acrylics and polish. And BONUS! He added Thanksgiving themed acrylic designs...a pumpkin and a cornucopia. :-D

I've been going to Deep Nails Spa for 2 years now, and they keep getting better and better. I tried a variety of salons all over the Orlando area and I haven't had anyone else do such a great job with acrylics. They are thin and strong...and they last a solid 3-4 weeks. There is a great selection of polishes to choose from, including gel and crackle, as well as options such as jewels, painted, or acrylic designs. Traci and the ladies are always very polite and friendly. Their newest employees, Viet, Andy, & Charm, bring a freshness and vitality to the shop that is invigorating. Viet has done my nails twice now and has done a fantastic job creating impromptu acrylic designs (cat and ghost for Halloween, and pumpkin and cornucopia for Thanksgiving). On top of their friendly and professional service, you can't beat the price! :-D {P.S. If you read any of the negative reviews, please note that they are primarily from people far out of town...they are likely internet trolls, not real customers.}

Show up this morning for a nice relaxing pedicure and had to leave because I was totally disgusted by the way I was treated. I was asked what I needed and then man went to speaking in his language and then ok let me see how long back to speaking his language to one of the lady employees looking at me like someone just pissed in her coffee. Not very welcoming at all. And that's why I walked out and left. I'm not a regular at your business but I did go when I have some down time for a little pampering. Word to the owner learn to be a little bit more nicer when customers comes into your place of business. A little smile and kind customer service will not hurt you. If a customer leaves with a bad experience they for sure won't be back again. It will only let me post if I choose a star for rating. You really shouldn't even get 1 star in my opinion.

The pedicure chairs, 8 in total.

So far so good! This is a new spot and so it's nice and clean, which is always a plus. I didn't get the warmest welcome from the man in charge, but the woman doing my pedicure was very polite and professional. It appears this place may cater to a senior clientele, which may explain their lack of enthusiasm. Polish wise, they have a great selection. OPI, Cuccio, Essie, and a few brands I'm unfamiliar with, but provides for trendy colors. I enjoyed the pedicure and the chairs offered a nice massage with the air compression and traditional shiatsu deal you're used to. I would come back for a pedicure for sure.

I so love coming here. Super clean, super friendly and super relaxing. Great late hours mean I don't have to feel rushed. My favorite place to come for a bit of mom pampering!!

I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I really want to bring my son back here soon to try that with him.

I was able to book same day for the kids room for both of my kiddos and I have to say it was a great experience. We felt super welcomed by the staff and the owner, Felicia. The kids really loved the experience and even begged to go back as soon as we were done. I do want to return and get a couples massage with my husband in the future. First timer and will definitely be a return customer. They offer everything from hair and makeup…read moreservices to spa and med spa options. I scheduled the body ritual service with Dayan. As you walk in you are greeted by a rep that checks you in. You're then ushered to a waiting area for hair and makeup services or to the locker rooms and lounge if you are receiving spa services. The locker room was set up really nicely. Lockers were large, and included a lock and key. They provide robes and sandals. The sandals were surprisingly comfy but the robe was not plus size friendly! That was my only negative. They provide ample space to freshen up before or after your service, including a shower. And a lounge with teas and water to relax as you wait for your spa tech. My service: Body Ritual included a dry scrub with exfoliating gloves, followed by warm Shea butter, then she wraps you in the blankets to seal in the moisture. She then gives you a face massage and applies a face mask and then a foot massage with reflexology. It was very relaxing and my skin felt great! Key tip! Make sure you bring your own spa headband or scrunchie. I am used to my spa providing this but this one did not have anything to protect my hair. They have many specials right now and will be offering black Friday specials that I plan to take advantage of. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to try more of their services.
