This was my first visit at this location. I got my eyebrows waxed, gel manicure, and a deluxe pedicure. My overall experience was great! They got me started in the chair immediately. One young lady on my hands and another working my toes. I choose a deluxe pedicure with orange. The service for both all together was amazing. The lady took time with my feet and hands. Providing quality care and carried on a conversation throughout. The brows took 5 minutes and they were waxed perfect! I recommend this location for sure! What I really like about this place is the interaction with the customers. The employees were much more interested in engaging in conversation with the customers than each other. They are very nice and pleasant. I purchased a spa pedi with a white French polish for $37. Not cheap but not to pricey. Kim was my technician. She did a good job except one toe is messy which I didn't notice until after I left. Kim did the white band perfectly without my giving her directions. It's not to thin or thick it's just right. Wanted to try a new salon so I went to check this place out. Friendly woman at the front told me to pick a color and have a seat in a spa pedicure chair. There was no water running for me to soak my feet in so I'm thinking do they want me to sit here and put my feet into an empty tub?? That's kind of gross. So I waited a few minutes thinking okay somebody is going to come over and at least start running the warm water so I can soak my feet while I wait. Nobody came they were all preoccupied with the clients they were working on. That is completely fine. I am okay with waiting as long as I need to in order to get my nails done I understand these places get busy. However, I should have been directed to a chair that either let me soak my feet or someone should have came over to start the machine. I looked at the technician who was working on the woman next to me, no eye contact, no nothing! Say hello? Acknowledge that I am there? I ended up leaving and going to my regular salon which was busier than this place with at least 7 people inside and I was still greeted by everyone and taken to a spa chair to soak my feet while I waited. I am not picky at all when it comes to nail salons but sitting me in a pedicure chair with no water in it is where I draw the line. I would rather have waited in a chair by the front desk! Instead I had to sit uncomfortably in a chair wondering if I'm supposed to let my feet just hang on the outside of the tub?? They charge $35 for a spa pedicure and manicure. Places in Winter Park are cheaper so I'm not sure that's a good price for this location. Brand new! During this opening time they are offering a 20% discount. The chairs are super comfy for pedicures (there are 7 of them). I got the deluxe pedicure ($30) that includes a nice gel scrub, massaging lotion and finishing lotion with your choice of mint or orange aromas. I chose orange. Smelled wonderfully sweet and the massage was relaxing. Then wrapped in hot towels. Love it. They line spa bath with plastic which I had not seen before. Kind of like a shower cap. Lots of choices of nail colors. They have 6 manicure stations for those interested in manicures. I am so happy to have found this place and plan to return every month! read more

Was on a hunt for locating a new nail salon and this salon popped up along my way home. Quiet salon and was met at the check in desk by a pleasant guy named Kevin. Decided to just get a pedicure as I've never been here and wanted to start with the basics...OMG...best pedicure I've had in a while. Kevin took his time and paid special attention to my feet and made sure I was ok consistently. The pedicure massage was awesome. I will def be back and will be asking for Kevin. read more

After visiting Mini's Nails & Spa, their service was top-notch. They were very cordial and hospitable. But quite honestly, I am very surprised to see a negative review of the salon. However, when I was there that day, the customer that claimed that the nail techs asked her to put her feet in an empty tub never did happen. All they told her was to sit in the pedicure chair and wait until a nail tech became available, but nothing about setting her feet in the tub part. If she had even taken the time to notice that there were surveillance cameras in the place of business, I don't think she would have even made that statement in the first place. So to the customer who gave the negative review, make sure you can back your statement up with evidence before you make such a bogus allegation. read more

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened several years ago. They use sanitary measures such as putting a liner in the soak tub for each and every customer and sanitize their tools. I got a very bad nail fungus from another salon near by because they did not use tub liners nor sanitize their tools. I incurred very costly treatment to remedy the situation so I am very impressed with Mini's cleanliness. I absolutely love their tech MARIA and always request her. I have a concurrent problem with a type of ingrown toenail called Pincer Nail only on my great toes and Maria does a perfect job of handling this problem for me. I will stay a loyal customer of this salon and would go elsewhere only if Maria goes to work elsewhere in a different salon and I follow her. Finally I have found a mani/pedi spa salon with which I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of their services. Also their prices are fair and competitive with the area. read more

I gave this salon a 5 so that you will read the review. I was looking for a new salon that has SNS products. I was told by the lady they have SNS. Well, she only had the powder. She did not have the complete system (gels, top coat, base coat, etc.) I ended up having to get gel top coat. She told me she ran out of the SNS base coat so I asked her why didn't you tell me before getting started that you don't have all of the supplies. What really upset me was she tried to tell me SNS is only the powder. I have been getting this product for about 6 months now and I also did my research before. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHADE TREE SALON. BTW, I paid her $40 for her service and let her know I will be writing a bad review. read more
