But the main problem came down to the price. I got a regular gel manicure and a regular gel pedicure absolutely no designs or extensions or even nail trims nothing, just regular gel for both. What attracted me to try them was the sign they have advertised in the front.. "$20 gel manicure & $30 get pedicure" so in my head I'm like wow that's a great price, i will need to try them out. Yeah no. Too good to be true. When it was time to pay, the lady said "$80".. i was entirely confused because the sign advertises $50 for what i got done.... So i asked her what each thing costs and she said "oh no yeah it's $70".... I am not a confrontational person so in my mind I was just like "I'm going to pay and never come back here again". That was so aggravating. I was not prepared to pay that much. I probably should have been more assertive. And the quality of my nails and the job she did was VERY lack luster. My nails came out very dull not shiny how gel is supposed to be and when she was doing my pedicure she very poorly "massaged" them for less than a minute each tbh. I'm just so upset :/ i really wanted to like this place. And i am not one to bash a business but it's hard not to write a review when i was very blatantly lied to. I am a very easy going person who does not do any fancy thing on their nails. I just go and get plain gel colors and call it a day. If you come here, ask about the prices before they start. Have them be very clear and upfront got what everything costs. Do not wait until the end. A business does not survive on dishonesty.

In the past, the quality matched the price, and we always left satisfied. The sets looked great, lasted a reasonable amount of time, and overall it felt worth it. Recently, though, things have really gone downhill. I'm now paying around $90 for a full set (not including tip), and the quality just isn't there anymore. The nails barely last two weeks before they start lifting, which shouldn't be happening at that price point. On top of that, any added designs like gems are falling off way too quickly. It's frustrating because I've seen how good this place can be, which makes the drop in quality even more noticeable. I don't mind paying for good work, but at this point it just doesn't feel worth it. I really hope they can get back to the level they used to be at.

I asked my wife for her candid opinion and she does like the place. The pedicure treatment is nice with hot towels and massage on your legs with a hot stone too. However, my wife did feel the person doing her pedicure was a little rushed. We got there on time, so it's not like time was wasted. My lady was nice and took her time with my clunky man feet and did a nice job on my toe nails and took all the old skin off... c'mon, everyone knows the process... yes, I notice couples in here all the time.... so ladies.... bring your significant other.... he will thank you. ****SPOILER ALERT***** they have new pedicure chairs and the massage is great. However after my appointment yesterday I've changed my tune.. one of the weirdest salon experiences in my life. A man did my mani pedi (didn't get his name) but the gel mani pedi took TWO hours, and almost half of that time was spent by him trying to convince me to let him be me & my husband's realtor (we're not looking to buy a house) and giving me "advice" on how to save money, because since I've only been married a year he assumed we're broke. Goes into stories about his "other job" where he approves people for Medicare/Medicaid and tells me that he doesn't do actual evaluations he just approves everybody who comes in because he "feels bad for all the teenage pregnant girls". He then started talking about the Vietnam war (???) and I politely mentioned that my grandfather is a Vietnam veteran, to which he replied that my grandpa probably had children over there with Vietnamese prostitutes. (wtf????) Then repeatedly tells me that I need to bring my husband with me next time so he can teach us how to save money. Two hours later and $105 short I'm leaving with a manicure that I could have done better at home. One of my toenails is only painted halfway and I didn't even notice until I got home because I just wanted to run out the door. Make sure you request a tech if you make an appointment here!

The wife did my pedicure and she was so attentive to my feet and nails as I struggle with lots of dry skin and nails that break. She recommended the deluxe spa to really help with my heels, so I took up the suggestion. The only thing that probably could have been better was the massage, but I'm pretty picky. A week later and my toes still look great and I love the color I chose. They do have a rewards punch card so don't forget to bring it with you to each visit. I can't wait to go back!

I usually get a gel manicure, and the organic pedicure in the lavender scent - smells wonderful and so relaxing! They also updated their massage chairs for an enhanced experience.
