Now I bounce around nail salons quite a bit because I always seem to like it the first time then it just goes down hill. First impressions can fool you! This place does do a great job. I really liked how they ACTUALLY made them short and had the white part thicker like I asked for. Typically they never make the white part thick enough in my opinion. If it thicker the longer you can do fills and it is cheaper! *HINT HINT* Plus I thick it looks cuter! The place is typical decor of a nail salon, nothing fancy. They do however have a problem with the nail "dust". When they do that electric file down part... the dust goes everywhere and they don't clean it up. That would be my only complaint. It was a Tuesday so garden nails was closed. So I went here. That was my first mistake. I should have driven out of town instead. Q nails is The worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have lived in many states throughout my life and have been to many many nail salons. my total was $90 and I tipped $20. So it was a total of $110. I went in for a mani and pedi. Got gel for both and the organic deluxe (whatever it's called) for my toes. Instead of doing them separately they had me do them together. Which means I was sitting like a contortionist the whole time. I had my back twisted the whole time while the old lady did my finger nails. She didn't even remove all of my polish before she started applying the gel. And she didn't even try to clean up my cuticles or shape my nails. And the lady doing my feet barely cleaned up my feet. Like, she did it like she was checking off the boxes but didn't actually put any care into it. It has not even been a week and my nail color has popped clean off several nails. I've never ever had gel do that before. She applied it over my cuticles which means it wasn't completely sealed to my nail. One day after, my finger nails gel started peeling. I wasn't even rough with my toes or finger nails. Sooooo disappointed by them and disappointed I myself for tipping so much. read more

This is hands down the worst salon I've ever been to. The pedicure was terrible and the pictures of the pink dip powder are from me. The pictures are self explanatory. I didn't let them finish my nails it was so bad. DO NOT go here. They didn't even care or say sorry. Cut my mom twice during her manicure. There is so much more I can say but I will sum it up with don't waste your time or money. FYI had to give it one star to post. Edit to my post. About an hour after I wrote this and I was sitting at a different nail salon waiting to get my nails redone I go down to wipe something off my toe and my polish just completely wiped off of my toes. I went back to the original someone to tell them to give me my money back and the man refuse to give me my money back and said let me repaint them. So went in for A pedicure at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and nobody was in there getting a pedicure I was the only one getting a pedicure the lady asked me which one I'd like I pointed out the $40 pedicure that said callus removal paraffin wax etc. not only did she cut my nails three times too short after I said no just once she never filed them and hardly cleansed them out. Not cut all the dead hard skin away. she basically rubbed lotion on my legs once hardly touching me put hot towels on and wax all in all a $40 pedicure that should've been an hour took 40 minutes and I'll never go back it was horrible then when she rang me up she said $45 I said I pointed to the $40 one and he said no it's 45 pay the 45 left they'll never get my business again She then moved onto the next gentleman and used the exact same tools that she used on me to do his feet they were never taken away or cleaned, just right onto the next person how is that sanitary? Now I have no problem paying $40-$45 for a good pedicure but to go in and have my feet soaked my legs rub with lotion once, no usual massage, and hardly get nail polish that actually stuck to my toenails I just can't understand nor will I ever patronize this business again read more

The man is rude, AFTER waiting a hour to get nails, she started them, i also wanted my toe nails just re painted, and I asked the price as she was doing my nails . The lady said $10 so I was okay with that and told her yes, he over heard us talking/asking and he loudly interrupted and stated the lady wouldn't have time and cannot paint my toes after finishing my nails.... The absolute worst pedicure I have ever received. I ask for the deluxe pedicure. I asked my lady on 5 different occasions to cut my nails as short as possible... she never did what I asked her to repeatedly. I thought well she is afraid to use the clippers, so when she started filing, i asked again would you please make them shorter.... she said ok, ok, and filed each direction twice. She left at least 1/8in of nail that could have been removed or filed down. Then when it came time for the hot rock and exfoliation she made two passes with each and the massage lasted almost 3 minutes. The callous removal...well I will let the photos speak for themselves. I have been going to this salon for about 6 months on and off & have realized that I only like Adam doing my nails. I call and make an appointment so I don't have to wait and it's usually in the morning right when they open anyways so not a bunch of people. I usually go for a gel coffin and they are always on point but I decided to try the dip this time, same shape, and I love them still. I wanted to be a little extra for Christmas instead of doing a solid color & they came out beautifully. (( just in case anyone is wondering I got dipping colors 37, 75, 86, and a pure white )). I do not recommend this salon. After waiting thirty minutes (even though I scheduled an appointment) I was given a manicurist with an attitude, who also seemed to be in a hurry. She sped through painting my nails only to leave the white French tips uneven. When I politely asked her to fix one of them she then sighed and rolled her eyes. Later when I was drying my nails, I noticed one had been smudged so again I politely asked her to fix it and got the same response. By far the worst my nails have ever looked. I came here many many years ago and had a horrible experience but I was hoping that things had changed. Well I was wrong. My nails are crooked and scratched while in the salon. I would have said something but the guy running the place seemed to be ok with talking poorly about people behind their backs and I didn't want to deal with the drama. So after spending almost $100 I now get to go spend even more just to get my nails redone. And the pedi was just half hearted. They barley scrub your feet and just seem to rush everything they do. Tina, Adam and staff are amazing. I just told them today that I had never had my nails done so much in all of my life. Their customer service is so great. They know just how to treat a client. If you need quiet relaxing time, you got it. If you want to visit and chit chat, they are the best to have a conversation with. They really respect their customers wants and needs. I love this place. I ALWAYS have went here, and i went this last time the experience i had was absolutely horrific... I'm truly upset and disappointed. I usually go to the guy i assume who goes by adam, yet he was busy. Some lady whom i have never seen before did my nails. i was there over an hour.. for only a fill!? got there at 5;30 didn't leave until 7 pm, closing time!? The window says fills are 14 dollars, i was charged the 30... But, that isn't the problem. If I could give less than one star I would. This place is horrible, filthy and very unaccommodating. I took my niece, along with our 2, three year old daughters, for a pedicure and polish for the little girls. Our children were yelled at, and even grabbed on the arm by one of the workers...telling them "no girl!" You need to sit!" These girls were NOT misbehaving...they went to the RR together, and the worker came to the door yelling at them to come out. Really? Our girls were on their iPads, patiently waiting for us moms to finish our pedis, until they could get their nails painted. They may have gotten up a couple of times to go look at the fish in the fish tank. But by no means were misbehaving. After bringing this up with management, the MANAGER said " You have unruly kids...don't bring them here again. You come alone!" Don't worry, you'll never have my business again..and hopefully after this review...you'll lose even more business. As with all these nail salons in Azle and Lake Worth, they start out great, but they go quickly downhill as soon as they build their clientele. The pedicures are terrible - don't waste your money. Even though you pay extra for "callus removal" they swipe it a few times and that's it, the nail polish went beyond the cuticle too.
